Terrible, appointments dont matter and sometimes even overlap into other appointments. Do not get a skin fade here unless you want to be scratched up with god knows what has been on these clippers. Strict covid regulations are just excuses at this point. Whats the point of masks when you cant keep them on (properly) at all times anyways?

Due to covid they have special procedures for haircuts. No walk ins. You have to schedule online. That being said I always forget her name I think its Jenna but she is awesome. Fast haircut and really good with a high and tight haircut. Extra stars for speedy haircut. I dislike waiting and when a haircut takes too long. Keep up the good work.

Went in for a haircut and the very nice lady told me that my hair was extremely damaged (I used to bleach my hair). She not only cut off what I really needed off but she also provided me with some great products to help get it healthy again.

I cant believe I went here. My hair is a mess!! Im so disappointed. I should have said something instead of being nice. I even showed the lady how I wanted it and it doesnt not look the way in my picture. Im finding hair that is longer on both sides of my head. My hair is way too short and a mess. I came here to fix it and they gave me awful haircut. Please get your people back in training.

Stella was a fantastic stylist. She did my hair exactly like I asked and once I styled it myself at home it looked perfect! She was kind and welcoming even though they were very busy the day before Christmas eve. She has been doing hair 20yrs and it shows! Fantastic value for the cut I received. And even though I only cut my hair once a year I would come back to see her! Thanks Stella!

Morgan gave me a pretty nice haircut! I’m a guy with long hair but it needed some substance to it. She gave me some man layers and helped me style it with good product. Will have her cut me again in the future!

It was my first time in Supercuts and I loved the service and the stylist was so lovely and very experienced. I recommend Stella, she was very nice in giving advice and really enjoyed her job and was helpful in everything. Thier prices are very good and fair. The place was clean and also comfortable.

Im not sure what As(whatever is talking about) but Morgan did a fantastic job cutting my hair. She is obviously very talented and going places. Her cut was exactly what I asked for. I went to her when she was in cosmo school and followed her here. She has cut my hair for almost 2 years and I have no complaints. When she was in school, she also did my coloring. I cant wait for her to be able to do coloring at Supercuts. She rocks at fantasy colors. Shes much better than where I have to get my fantasy colors right now. So much so, that I get my color elsewhere and still go to Morgan for haircuts.

Morgan is wonderfully cheerful and professional about her work. Every time I go in for a color and cut (I dye my hair a lot,) she always manages to do a wonderful job!

Always a great experience! I have followed my stylist, Jenn Winger, around for years. She has been transferred a few times and this particular location is farther from my home but it is worth the drive to feel comfortable and confident in your stylist. I know I am one particular customer and Jenn has always been patient, accommodating, and seems to get the picture of what I am trying to go for in spite of my rambling and often confusing communication. I will continue to go to her no matter where she is!

I go a really long time between hair cuts (my most recent was a 2 year gap) and bleach and dye my hair at home. Needless to say my hair needed some help! Lydia took great care of me, lopped off my fried, split ends and added the choppy layers back into my hair. She recommended a leave in conditioner to help rehydrate my hair and even told me how to take care of my daughters curls since I had no idea (me and her dad have straight hair and my mom who gave her the curly hair passed before she was born). I highly recommend

Shes super welcoming, addresses every concern I have about my thin, fine hair, and she offers her opinion and expertise on how to keep my locks feeling healthy and full. 100% would reccommend. Annoyed. My husband took our 16 year old son in for a cut, he has great hair but it had grown out way too much. Our son ALWAYS leaves some on the top, fade on the sides. I guess the female barber didnt hear his request right. She started the cut with a straight up shave right off the TOP of his head, forehead to back! Son and husband were in shock. All hair eventually buzzed off 😒 He is going on a trip this weekend, took him in for a cut so that hed be looking nice - weve been to this location several times and have never had problems. Makes me sad because he has great hair, and now here he is in the middle of winter, right before Christmas holiday, with a super short buzz cut, which he NEVER gets. I wish she would have made sure, repeated and confirmed back to him. She started at the very top! No going back from there. We could have done a buzz cut at home if thats what we wanted. Lesson learned, be very clear and confirm more than once on exactly what it is that you want.

Went in a few days ago, had a bad experience before but decided to give it another go. So happy with my outcome. My stylist. (The one with green and blue hair. I cant remember her name sorry... ) anyways, I had been trying to get the red out of my hair because it had been purple and only the blue was coming out. She offered a $3 solution and my hair looks amazing! Her cut was great and she did a good job on my eyebrows. So glad because this is the closest location to my apt. Will return for her. She also sold my the shampoo she used so if I didnt think enough came out, I could use it again. If give 10 stars just for her.

I had an awful experience with Morgan as my barber. She has great customer service but left me with a horrible haircut. I asked for zero on the sides and nothing on top, super easy request because I know these are not your average barbers so I gave them a shot. My haircut seems like I walked out the same way I came in lol. The sides are butchered not even attempted to blend it in to say the least. I had to go to a close by barber to fix this what a night. You tried Morgan I can tell you were struggling with an easy request cut. Not your fault just disappointed

As a single mom I dont have the budget for $60 haircutt so i decided to go to supercuts. I showed the lady a reference of my own hair from a few years ago. Short and layered. I was fine with the lengrh but some of the layers were just way to short. It looks horrible. Im sure itll look a lot better once its grow out a few inches.

I went to this place on Sunday never been to a Supercuts in my life. I walked in with my kids and it was 4:25 pm that day. I sit my kids down and go to sign in and stylist tells me sir we are not taking anymore appointments. I said excuse me? He says we are not taking anymore appointments. I told him but you guys close at 5 correct, he says yes but we are not taking anymore appointments. There was one person with their child waiting. I said under my breath this is bs the stylist said excuse me sir do not talk like that in my store in front of my customers. I told him I will never step in the place again to kiss my a#$ I am not in the right what I told him but whatever happened to having a sign that says we are closed. The stylist needs to go to customer service class 101.

The place is nice and clean and I always have a great conversation with my hair stylist Jennifer. She always gets it right and does a great job dying my my hair as well.

First two times was good with the same girl. Went a week ago and the lady who did my daughters hair didnt seem to what she was doing. Had to keep having her redo it 3 times because it was uneven on the bottom.

In before 6 pm and was told I would be serviced right away. Another male customer who had been waiting appeared frustrated and told the stylist he had to leave. The stylist was busy cutting a girls hair with her mother sitting by. She kept trimming the girls hair over and over.After waiting at least 45 minutes I told her I had to leave also for my appointment. Very poor and deceiving service. The stylist should have told the truth about the waiting time right away.

Best kept secret on Baseline...I always went across the street to the hair place next to Frys.It was always meh.. and sometimes the people were rude.I have left after sitting for a while and watching People get a bad haircut.So, I did a search and found out that SuperCuts is right across the street close to the Walmart. I decided to give them a try, Im glad I did.It is a very clean shop with very nice people working there. A huge improvement over what I had been putting up with for the last 5 years.I went in and was greeted by Sarah, I know right away when telling her about my hair that this was my new place. She did a bang up job and had me looking like Sam Elliot in no time. No really, she did a great job.Turns out shes the manager and if she is an example of her employees, this place is a hidden treasure. Do yourself a favor and walk away from the uncaring dump across the street and make an appointment or take a chance on walking in to this SuperCuts..Youll walk out with a smile.Thanks Sarah for the great look!!!

Went yesterday for a color & trim. Color came out great, trim is so uneven, looks like my 3 year old did it. Very noticeable if I wear my hair out/down!!

The haircuts are okay but they have an online checkin that is suppose to save you time but it literally does nothing and they do not even take in to consideration. Every-time I “Check-in” online, which is suppose to save you time, I show up and just end up at the bottom of the list. Kind of annoying that they yank their customers’ arms like that.

I showed up 15 min till my appointment didnt get in till 10 min after my apt and the lady was rude and rushed my hair cut I have a bald spot on the side of my head and the fade is horrible she said dont worry itll grow back worse place to get a hair cut first time I thought it was a fluke but now I know people there dont care Ill be going to a real barber next time tired of playing with supercuts and great clips both suck
