I was one of their first customers when they took over the store from the previous owner. I do not live in the neighborhood now but travel quite a distance to get my haircut twice a month. This is a family organization from top to bottom, very outstanding in their abilities and their service!

I took my brother here to get his birthday hair cut here because the usually do a good job. I dont know if its because of covid but they changed what they do. First she did a good job on his hair cut but she trimmed his beard and she couldnt of done a better job on that. It was a sloppy cut. Then when it came to pay for it. They have no signs that says the dont take debit card or credit card. I had to go to the ATM to take cash out which is fine. Then when I look at my bank account that ATM took TWO different FEES out of my account. The didnt mention the SECOND fee. Im sorry that is not very business like. You need to address what kind of hidden fees you have in your business. Not very nice!!!

Eddie is one of the greatest barbers in town. Very professional, and very dedicated to his work. He remembers so much it’s impressive. I can sit in a chair for 30 min and watch him greet the next 10 customers by name. His great work shows in your haircuts and his friendly attitude shows in his business. He has a strong team behind him, don’t count them out.

Twins is a haircut business that I can always rely on. Ever since my dad took me to this shop during my High School years I have always gone to them for my haircut. In my area, there are not many haircut shops that I trust with my hair and the look I want to achieve. But obviously with Twins Barbershop I dont get that issue because they somehow know what I want or assume what I want to have done to my hair. They always make sure that they are doing it correctly of how I want it and I definitely appreciate that. The store appears like its run by family or friends or maybe both which makes it always look inviting to me. The whole experience is what you would expect to find in any local barber shop, friendly and lively. The only gripe I have with Twins is that I have to take a shower when I get home. The tiny strands of hair thats left from the cut is a nuisance to clean but I dont really care; its a minor thing for a good cut.

Agon one of their barbers is very nice to my son and I who get our haircuts by him. Very friendly and professional, I appreciate him knowing my son and my name by first name basis. I feel very comfortable going to this shop at least 2x a month. Thank you for hooking us up Agon!

I have never been more comfortable walking into a barbershop. I go to Eddie every time and don’t even need to request my haircut, he just remembers my specific cut and has a good conversation every time. I have never been dissatisfied leaving the shop and don’t think anyone ever would. I fully recommend this barbershop to anyone and everyone.

They did an AMAZING job on my 3 boys hair. The line was long but we didnt have to wait too long. At first I wasnt too happy about paying $16 each for haircuts, kids price...but definitely worth the price! The barbers took their time and made sure their haircut was done perfect. My boys are going to look Great for school pictures. We will return again for the next haircuts!

I take my son to this place every time he needs a haircut. Everyone is very nice and helpfull and that is why I keep coming back. Its just an all around great place to go to for a haircut.

Their customer service is great an the majority of barbers are amazing and always super friendly and cool but the only thing I would suggest they add is to stay open later an be open on sundays because of mine an many other peoples work schedule its difficult to make it there. So if they would just open on sundays for a half day or something theyd be on top of the game. Overall I give them a 9.5 out of 10.

Best haircut Ive got in 20 yrs

The lady who cut my hair was the rudest barber I have ever been to. (she had black hair, pale skin, glasses). No Hello, how are you? No greeting. Just sat me down, and said nothing for 10 minutes. She was clearly PISSED OFF. First words to me were, Where do you usually go for your haircuts? As if I instantly owed her my loyalty and business. I live on the other side of the city, I reply. Awkward silence for another 5 minutes. Then she forcefully wrenches my head to one side, then back. The haircut actually was pretty decent, except for the fact that she didnt listen to me when I said I wanted it longer in the front, not the same length as everything else. It bothers me that now I have to wait for my hair to grow out before I can have someone fix it. When I brought it to her attention that I asked her to leave the front longer she says I just touched it up. A bold faced lie, since she took at least an inch off. Admitting your mistakes and owning up to them is good customer service. Youre supposed to say Oh, Im sorry, let me try and fix that. Or something to that effect. Not just deflecting blame. Im sure the other barbers are good. And this lady skillwise was actually pretty good. But her attitude was horrible. And that lead to a bad customer experience. Wish I could give her name, but she never bothered to introduced herself.

I am very particular about my hair and who I let cut it. Every time I come in to Twins barbershop and ask for Eddie, I already know its going to be a perfect cut to exactly fit my preference and have me feeling confident about myself for the next 2 weeks. This is not a regular barbershop who only does buzzcuts and line ups, while making you feel uncomfortable. This establishment is a very homey feeling environment, and has different barbers for different specialties in hairstyles(although they are all highly skilled with all styles). I would highly recommend Twins Barbershop to anybody looking for a confident haircut.

Agon styles my sons and my guy friends hair really nice. I request him every time I am in there. Never had a bad experience. As for the other employees, even though I never had a full experience with them, just watch them do their job, every customer theyve had looks happy with their cut too.They are great with kids too! Plus i can explain a cut with pictures to Agon and he chops up a masterpeice!

I trust the barbers here so much (especially Milana and Eddie) that while I was travelling for a month and a half, I wouldnt let any other barber touch my hair, until I got back to Milana!

Rude lady, did not have any conversation other than what do you want. Knicked me atleast 5 times during fade. Cut my hair so terribly I lost over 4 inches of hair when I asked to take off an inch and a half tops. Upcharge for a terrible fade with 4-5 Knicks visible in the picture on back, left, and right side... I tipped her 6$ and regret it because my gf noticed all the Knicks I couldnt see. She was so rough and rolled her eyes when I said I didnt like the look she gave me.

I met Eddie when I was 22 years old. I am now 42 and never, not once, have I walked out of that shop with nothing less than a perfect hair cut. I have strayed a couple of times but not to see if the grass was greener on the other side but because I was on vacation both times. Las Vegas and once in Boston. Let me tell you --- the grass was not greener! I now make a point to have the grass trimmed before I go on vacation! Truly a top notch barbershop!
