Jennifer and her gals are just fantastic! So many other salons and barbershops I have tried just cant seem to cut my hair right but these ladies listen, understand, and communicate well. I go out of my way to come here.

Miki did an excellent job coloring and styling my hair. She took the extra time to make sure all of the excess color was removed from my hairline and my hair. For some reason this isn’t always a priority at Supercuts.I will request her in the future.

My hair was okay not what I wanted . and my husband hair was horrible. He asked for a fade just simple hair cut . and one of the ladys cut his hair different sizes on each side. My husband was so embarrassed.

Got a great fade and trim from a younger gal there, she was busy keeping up with her other tasks, but did an amazing job! Definitely will be returning for more trims to come.

If you go in without an appointment, expect to get the bare minimum. The stylist acted like she was annoyed because she had to cut my hair and didn’t say a word to me the entire time I was getting my hair trimmed. Those who walked in with an appointment got much better service. I’ll happily make an appointment next time, but not at Supercuts.

I took my boys in to have their hair cut and Brittany and Leslie were absolutely amazing, my youngest son was having a very difficult time with holding still and Brittany worked with him so well and was able to complete his hair cut. Both my boys look fantastic and Im very happy with the outcome, I will definitely be coming back!

The lady who cut the boys hair was amazing! We will definitely return and drive the hour and a half to have her cut their hair again!

I even followed her when she transferred from the Supercuts down on Bell Road to the Happy Valley Supercuts, even though it is further away for me. The staff is very friendly. They give great haircuts. Which brings me to the wait times that are crazy long. I highly suggested that you check in online and dont walk in like I did the first time. Youll be sorry. Other than that. Fantastic place that have hot towels and beard trimming for men.

The stylists were friendly and welcoming, the salon was clean and simple. Essence was wonderful, she took the time to understand what I wanted and even gave me a suggestion which I absolutely LOVE. The cut is clean, healthy and makes my hair look full. I would highly recommend this location and Essence for her great attention to detail. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Showed up for 1220 appointment 30 minutes later still appointment has not started. There was one person available but she would not do it it said instead I had to wait for Vanessa. Terrible approach to service will not ever go there again.

I went last week for cut my hair. The hair cut was fine but I had to tell the hairdresser to cover her nose with her mask. Also, the hairdresser were not using gloves. They should use it and change it with each customer.

Watch pricing at this location. I get my hair cut the same every month. I have always been charged for buzz cut price $13 until today when I was charged $18.95. When I asked why the stylist rather rudely stated that since I requested 2 different size clippers it does not qualify as a buzz cut because it has to be the same size clippers used all over. I tried to explain that in my past haircuts they gave always been $13. She stated that I have been charged incorrectly by the other stylists. Lost my business and any recommendations.

My family and I have been coming to this location for about two years and we are always met with a smile. Colleen hands down gives the BEST haircut to my husband and son, consistently - every time. She’s always upbeat and friendly. We really enjoy chatting with her (and her coworker Jen whose chair is nearby) and she knows just what to say to get my son to sit still! He’s cut his own hair several times and she was able to fix the damage a kid with a pair of scissors did! She’s done my color and cut several times and it always looks great. Overall, I’m very pleased with this store. I would recommend asking for Colleen. She’s fantastic!

Finally. someone who knows how to do my skin fade right.. Went in yesterday and Vanesa (the girl in purple hair and boots) hooked it up.. even trimed my eyebrows.. I left that place lookin 10 times better. Haha

I have been getting my hair cut by Jen and Phillip for YEARS even though I dont live anywhere near Phoenix! My husband and I have lived in Flagstaff, Petrified Forest, the Verde Valley and now an hour east of Tucson, and I always plan on getting my hair cut here whenever I drive through the Valley. They do such an excellent job. Wish they were in Tucson!

Great place to get a haircut a lot of good stylist there very friendly atmosphere myself I prefer Victoria she does a fabulous job on my hair and my style. You can make an appointment online its probably preferred to get you in and out quicker or you can just walk in. Joey conveniently-located you can zip next door and grab a sandwich or go next door shopping at Frys a lot of different restaurants in the area. This is definitely my number one preferred place to get a haircut

I’m not one to ever post reviews or share my experiences but I typically always check other’s reviews before going to a new place. I was helped by Jennifer (store manager) when I called to ask if they were busy. When I arrived she warmly greeted me and was very kind throughout my experience. I shared my hair history with her and told her I was just looking for a trim. I’ve had many haircuts from many different salons from upscale to Supercuts.. I got home and my hair had finally dried. It looked absolutely spectacular! I told her I’m a mom who doesn’t usually style it but I needed something easy to maintain. My hair has never curled up like this before! I was shocked! I had this awkward wavy/straight hair that needed to be touched up with a straightener or curler if I wanted to ever wear it down.. my hair lived in a messy bun! It now looks better sitting naturally air dried after a shampoo/condition with zero “curl enhancing” hair products than I could ever forcefully make it look! Even after washing it at home it looked just as great as after leaving Supercuts! This talented Jennifer just earned a new loyal client!

I wanted to thank Essence for doing a great job with my haircut and color yesterday. Essence is very nice and professional. I recommend Supercuts at Happy Valley Town Center to my family and my friends due to the great customer service and the great pricing for the service.

There were two women working when I went in around noon today. I wanted a trim and to rid my thick hair of some weight. From the moment I walked in the door, I should have known that it was not going to be a good experience, based on the greeting. The stylist called me back, then realized she hadnt cleaned her station. Had me stand there while she kind of swept her station. I sat in the chair and she began lecturing me about thinning my hair. At one point she said I just dont know what is wrong with you people wanting to do that to your hair. I was completely taken aback at her terrible customer service, I kind of just wanted to get out of there. Well, good thing that she doesnt care at all about her clients, because 3 minutes later she was done. I dont even think she did the left side. I felt sick about how awful of an experience this was, I just paid and left. I even tipped her, because she was staring me down as I filled out my receipt, I didnt want another lecture. I will never go back to this location, just out of fear of running into this woman. Next time, if I cant get an appointment with my normal salon, I will definitely choose Great Clips. They are MUCH nicer there.

The customer service provided by Jackie was terrible. I was a walk in who got immediate service but as soon as I sat down at her chair I was made to feel like an idiot when I used the wrong word to describe how I wanted my hair cut. She was rude, and confrontational. Thrown off by her behavior I asked should I just go somewhere else? She quickly responded “I’ve been doing this for Years I think I know what I’m doing!” She then asked me if I had any pets because I had an area of my hair that was shorter than the others which is a sign that a cat had eaten my hair!! Bizarre!! After completing the 3 minute haircut she removed the poncho and dumped the hair clippings all over me. People like her should not be in this type of business. I am your average Mother who doesn’t allow herself the luxury of a simple haircut because my kids have needs that come before my own. So when I finally gave myself a treat I got a horrible experience!!

I have been going to Supercuts for many years and this Supercuts has been the absolute worst. The manager Jennifer is was super rude to customers in front of other customers and then talks about them when they leave. This was my families first time there and she was very nosy in our business. Asking a lot of personal questions. Not very professional.

I live closer to two other Supercuts locations and go out of my way to come here after being hacked up at other locations. My last six haircuts have been with Jackie who is always fantastic! I’m always impressed that she remembers me especially with how busy this location is. Jackie always takes the time and makes sure I get exactly what I want and i’m happy with my haircut, reallly goes above and beyond. And if for some reason she’s not there the rest of the folks are great too. There’s a great atmosphere of people talking and joking between staff and other customers.

Worst place Ive ever taken my son, these ladies couldnt cut a cake!!!!! Then when asked to fix thier error, we were led around over a hour! With no refunds, or fixed cut, just a crying kid and pure disgust for the handling of the situation, maybe Sara could focus on hair cuts instead of hitting on old men..... the manager was the one who led me in circles and never fixed the situation. Corporate has been informed, inexcusable service all around.

At first I was scard stuck at my moms so many years and being successful and climbing that ladder a lot of thats hard to climb for unwed or divorced women who raised a couple of children it just happened to be all that ADHD HD whatever ATD you know I dont have my haircut tonight probably 8 years so walking is girl with green hair green lipstick its a wild eyes she has super thin scraggly hairdo herself that I have completely chopped off with a butcher knife I think she was more scared than I was the shop could be excellent if you tell them women what you want what you want them to do in the end after I did explain to her what I needed because Im a Beauty School Dropout I know a little something about something about my hair about what you will look attractive on my face I also read up everyday I do research everyday on beauty because I think thats what men look for. Not only on the outside but in the inside I got it on the inside but I know Im going to have to work for it on the outside thats going to be something important. Because thats what people see it first most people unless theyre an empath right those people are either real or fantasy but I believe what I believe so I give this place for 4 stars. I gave it to two cuz if its just wasnt right they should just specialize in doing men then men were in and out and they look awesome so youre either Barber or beautician being a senior am know wish it what your skills are and what your gifts are with the freaking position that you have in schooling that youve done to actually complete the job that you are actually at dont act like youre stuck at Supercuts become a person that gives Supercuts Im so stressed out after having to tell that girl what I wanted 19th and Thunderbird is better place thats only if the right clientele is still there he knows who he is

Place was not very clean and not too welcoming. I also was not satisfied with haircut quality. It was a 5 minute haircut just to take next customer.

I always have the same person do my hair. She knows what I like and they keep notes on what you have done so even if my hairstylist isnt there when I need my hair done they will know what I like.
