Very unprofessional. I had a schedule and confirmed appointment, & when showing up 20 minutes early, was not welcomed but instead told they were closed. I pulled up me reservation that was booked 6 hours before my arrival and the “barber” stated that if i decided to stay that there was still three people ahead of me. I asked if she was going to honor my reservation and she replied no I cannot I have had people waiting. I have never heard of anyone not honoring a scheduled reservation even after I got a text message reply that it was confirmed. Needless to say that there was multiple people drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking weed as if it were some kind of night club. I also witnessed customers selling weed to each other in the 15 minutes I was there. I will never be going back, I hope you get a handle on your business and can act accordingly to good paying customers like myself.

Very good hairdresser. Did a great scissor cut. Was very satisfied with her professional skills and advice will be back . its hard to fined beutionist. That know how too scissor cut . not just anyone can cut hair.
