Went here for the first time today. This place is awesome! Kind of old-school and super classy. They had Frank Sinatra playing in the background, pretty cool. Vlad cut my hair today, he was GREAT! He cut my hair perfectly as if he had already been my barber for years, but this was our first meeting.I will definitely be back, I highly recommend this place and am making this my bi-weekly go-to spot for a haircut.

The first time I went here was excellent. No complaints. However, the second time I came was not great at all. First, I showed up on Saturday at the posted open time but no one was there. I came in the next day and my hair was cut by a gentleman who was incredibly rough with the clippers; last I checked, hair clippers arent supposed to hurt as they run through your hair, but here we are. I have several areas on my skin where my skin was nicked by the straight razor as he cleaned up the edges and had some razor burn on my neck. He did shave a line for a part into my head, but when I got home I realized this line wasnt the cleanest. Its hard to tell from a distance, but the fact that I can see it means he definitely could have too. On top of all of this, he did not give me a hot towel finish (which is supposed to come with a hair cut service) AND charged me $20 instead of the posted $18 for a haircut. Wont be returning.

Haircut was excellent but the beard trim left a bit to be desired. The barber used the trimmers directly on the skin of my neck which was slightly painful as it caused some minor cuts and redness. He used the straight edge on other areas for clean lines but not on the neck which was a little crooked. He completely missed some neck hair too, which I unfortunately did not notice until after I left. I noticed the straight edge was just sitting on the counter next to his work station. I did not see him sanitize it or his clippers after the previous patron but I cant be completely certain. Other places Ive seen them submerge their straight edge blade in an alcohol solution between patrons. The atmosphere was nice and the barber was polite, but my neck still looks pretty red and scratched up 3 hours later.

The gentlemans barber shop. The barbers are very friendly but professional. They do excellent work. I love the hot towel wrap at the end of the haircut! I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Yuris for years now, only person I trust to cut my hair in the valley. I would highly suggest giving these guys a shot as they are the best in the valley.

Great first experience but went in for a haircut after work on a Saturday at 4:47 and the lady inside turned me away saying she was closed. I told her it says 6pm online and she replies with No at 5... maybe they changed hours but even the door sign says 6pm....

The men/women that work here are great. I live in East Mesa and drive 35 minutes just to get my haircut here. Best customer service for a barber shop and the skills they have with a straight razor is amazing cant say enough about this place very glad I randomly went in one day.

I picked this barbershop based on location and reviews. I little uncertain bases on appearance but I went for it anyway.I got what I hoped for.. a quick haircut that looks great. What I didnt expect was the straight edge, old style blade, shave followed up by a nice hot, wet towel.Alex was my barber that day..a simple Jewish Russian of few words. Very nice guy. I mentioned his reviews and he seemed genuinely surprised. He had no idea such reviews existed.I plan on coming back next time Im in town and in need of a haircut.$14.00 and worth every penny.

If you want the most uneven hair cut, you’ve found your spot. 4 out of 5 times I go here the left side of my head has substantially shorter hair than the right. I don’t understand how hard it is to cut hair evenly.

Im on business in Phoenix and arrived on Friday needing a haircut. Like all of us we search the net for barber shops and read the reviews. I went there shortly after 9:00 am on Sunday, was first, and got one of the best haircuts in a long time. Well worth it and the positive reviews are accurate.

I always get in and out rather quickly, but they always take their time on the cut. Very personable service, and I always look forward to the back massage and hot towel! Keep the beard trimming to your own home if you are picky about an electric trimmer chopping away at your beard.

Stayed in phoenix for a confrence my boss flight was earlier then expected and needed hair cut badly. He sat in i believe in alexs chair and let me tell you he has never looked ao sharp since ive been employed by him. Alex was friendly and funny and a slight accent which made him even more funnier bht over he had a great expirience. They offered him a list of drink,soda pops,water. They even gave him a great massage (that i couldve used as well) the ambiance was calm and relaxing as well. loved this place we need one in my home town too!!
