Not from the area and need a haircut to freshen up. Looked around few places and ended up coming to Rigo’s good choice. Overall experience was a 5. They take credit cards which is awesome some places still don’t take cards. Highly recommend this barber shop. Will return if I’m in the area again.

I walked out after waiting an hour and a half for the owner to cut someones hair. Then go outside to smoke vape pen then come back in and take someone who came in after me. I guess if you want a haircut you just have to sit there till they decide to call you. No thank you I will just go somewhere else

It took 2 hrs and 10 minutes to get my son haircut, they do good, despite that, probably i wont come back, I appreciate my time.

This babrbershop is to me the best. Ive been to all the old school barbershops like franks ?pats?ect and this one here is awesome. They welcome you and yes wait is a litlle long but worth it. Beautiful women barbers so the view is worth the wait and the fellas are koo. People have their certain barbers they want so therefore thats why the wait is long. As for me they all go to barberschool and get certified so when there is a new barber ill go to him cause like the others they started new at one time so i show some love. We all have choices so if you wanna knock on rigos then i suggest you go to another barbershop because to me this is the Cheers of barbershops....

I love this barber shop. They are up to date on all the latest styles and even have a black barber. The wait is worth it, you will definitely leave looking fresh. A cut above the rest.

The only good thing about this place is rosa the last 3 times I was in here I called ahead to see if it was busy and this is what I was told ohh no its not busy I get there within 5 minutes and they got people outside waiting I can see what everyone talking about with the wait time at least be upfront and tell me its looking busy in here today I wouldve understood instead of wasting my gas

Ive been going here for a few years now on my lunch break every 2-3 weeks. Fast, Great Price, and Friendly Staff. I would recommend it...just not on my lunch break. I dont want it too crowded :)

Ok! Here is the nitty gritty on this barber shop. It is a long wait. Mostly all the time anyways. HOWEVER! Its worth the wait. The reason you wait for awhile is because they get down and do it right. They dont rush you out the door just to collect. They do good fades and take the time to do it right.

My son got his first haircut here... let me tell you my son is a troublemaker... i was amazed that he sat still through his haircut and was so calm. The lady did an awesome job on my sons curly hair

The shop owner is very rude. Im at the shop right now and they are supposed to close at 2:30. They have the door locked. I knocked on the door and the owner let me in. He said they were closed and I asked the other Barber if he can cut my hair and he said that he has things to do and cannot cut my hair. They are still cutting hair but yet they wont stay open until the time posted on their website and door. Ive noticed that these guys only take care of their friends. This is a horrible place to get cut due to the fact that is not run like a professional business. Im sitting outside the shop right now as I post this. That was at 2:20 and Im just posting this right now at 2:24 and the shop closes at 2:30. It is horrible. 8/27/17

Just wanna share an update. Still bring my son here, actually went sunday my self for a shave and this place is still great. All barbers are friendly and out going. I read a few reviews and see people complaining about it being busy on a Saturday. I mean its a barber shop and its Saturday. What did you expect? lol. The owner is awesome, not only does he own the place he is also a barber. That shows a lot.

I took my son today to get a haircut and oh my gosh Rigos Barber shop is the best, I almost cried my sons haircut came out beautiful. Rigos Barber shop is our Barber forever my son and our whole family loved his haircut, thank you so much Rigos.

Rigos was the Worst barber shop I have ever been in. There is no waiting list, and they estimated my wait time to be 25 min, And I waited an hour and 15 min. Almost triple the time. There was 2 customers who walked in, while waiting, and complained about there childrens haircut that was given. I also didnt like their open comments about customers. If you walk into this shop, watch what shirt you wear, and what you say because thell make fun of you for having it. I dont like people being discriminated. After this posting, I will mention this to the better business bureau. I have been to many barber shops and even in different states because I am a truck driver, and I can say, this was one of worst shops I have ever been in.

Jordan is the best barber I know not to mention just a good guy. Osman isnt bad either.

Got a haircut here about 2 weeks ago. I moved to the west side and wanted to go somewhere nearby. It was from a woman who works near the entrance. I let her know how i wanted my hair cut. During her cutting my hair she called 2 people on her phone. When she was finished she didnt style my hair the way i wanted. Usually, the barber puts gel, oil or water and combs your hair which she didnt. I could of told her to again, but what for if she didnt listen. Plus, the haircut wasnt all that great anyway. Might consider going and trying a different barber, but for the time being Ill stick to Franks on 7st and baseline. ***REVISITED/UPDATED: 11.10.18 I went back for another haircut. It was pretty busy. I got my haircut by Angel and he hooked my hair up. I will be back.

Horrible customer service. Had to wait over an hour, while barbers were available, for no reason. The difference is that I am a woman, men that came in after still received service before me . Thankfully at least the hair cut was good. Maybe if they stop discriminating, and bullshitting so much while people are waiting,this could actually be a good barber shop

Every barber here can cut hair.. No matter who I get I always get a good cut.. But Osman is my regular barber..

Took my 2 yr old to get a hair cut and they took good care of him. Very patient. Normally he screams his head off. But the barber made him comfortable and talked to him while cutting his hair. Took 20 mins and not one time did he cry :)

Best Barbershop, with REAL barbers. There is a wait but its worth it for a good hair cut. My son has been to others like Rays & no one can cut it right like Osman or Liz at Rigos.

This barber shop has alot of experienced barbers but sometimes wait is too long.

They play around too much that causes a long wait time. And have no written system of checking in this causes people to argue who was there first. wait time can be more than hour with 5 people cutting hair they spend too much time goofing around.

Very friendly barbers, great haircuts, overall a great barbershop. Only thing that could be improved is the waiting system, there are no numbered tickets or sign in sheets.

Didn’t give me what I asked for. Got my haircut completely wrong and the wait time is ridiculous. I understand that the wait time for any barber shop is going to be long but the barbers take so many unnecessary breaks for arguments it is horrible.

If i could give them a 0 star i would horrible way to treat a new costumer i sign up on there lil paper they said and hour or 2 so came back and still was busy so she said an hour im like cool ill be back she said ok that front desk lady and came back and closed on me even the lady that told me come back we locked eyes like come open the door cuz she the one that told me to come back and totally ignored me..horrible service they lost a costumer

Went there just yesterday and asked for a bald mid fade . They didn’t sterilize their equipment because now back of my head is super irritated with a bunch of bumps . NO SANITATION
