Its been a while since I havent cut my hair. Last Saturday, I decided to make a new change with myself. So, I went to the barbershop near me. It was my first time having their service, but I was so amazed by the very good cut. I liked the barber for being excellent and friendly. His service was highly recommended.

I took my son for a haircut a year ago and since then he has been my son barber, and Danny knew exactly what type of haircut I wanted for him, he was cordial, fast and did an amazing job!

Ever since I moved back to the Valley, this is the only barbershop that I hit up. Great work, great customer service.

Got my first haircut since the pandemic started. Father and son operation, Hugo and Danny. One other customer in the shop and I got the impression this is a very friendly neighborhood business. Prices are cheap compared to other places in the neighborhood. I was very pleased with my haircut when I left. This will definitely be my new neighborhood barber shop!

Ray gives a quality haircut for only $14 he is a father and son barber shop because of the pandemic he only works by appointment these days but hes a great guy a great conversationalist a heck of you humanitarian just an all-around good guy gives a great haircut. Lawrence

I finally found a barbershop that doesnt take forever, has a chill environment, and most importantly gives great cuts! Ive been in Phoenix for 4 years bouncing around trying to find a good consistent barbershop and Im relieved that I was referred to Daniel at Nates Barbershop! Go hit them up! Youll be happy 💪 I usually go in on Mondays and its never too busy. The longest Ive waited was about 15 minutes!

If you are wanting one specific barber then the wait can be quite long but its well worth it. Been taking my boys here since their first haircuts 10 years ago!

I came here looking to just get a haircut and was not expecting the service to be as good as it was. From the moment I walked in the door both barbers welcomed me and made me feel at home. TV was playing the news which was perfectly fine by me. I was attended to in no time at all and my barber did an immaculate job on my hair as well as strike up conversation with me the entire time. Will definitely be back.

Hugo had me cut, cleaned up, and ready to go in about an inning of baseball on the TV right in front of me. The shop was clean. The haircut is great, no mistakes or stray hairs that were missed. The conversation was good, not forced or uncomfortable. The best part was it was only $14. Its hard to find a decent haircut for under $20. Thats about it. When i first moved to Phoenix I was just looking for a place somewhere near downtown to get my haircut. I came across Nates Barbershop and was welcomed in by Danny and Hugo. I will not go anywhere else for my cut now. They are friendly, conversational, and professional - not to mention affordable. I always leave feeling good and appreciative for the service. These guys are great, I highly recommend.

Moved here a few years ago and was looking for a barber to go to. Finally found Nates. Great, quick, and affordable haircut with walk-in service, so no appointment needed. Go there over my lunch hour and they get me in and out and on my way. Danny and Hugo are very friendly and courteous. They also cut great flattops! Only place I go to now and had tried many places before finding Nates!

Family owned father and son. In my option theyre the best barbers in town. The level of craftsmanship is second to none. Their fades rock. Well worth the inexpensive cost to look on point. Try his clean-up service when you want to get touched on you way to work. Great placr when you want to support small businesses owners.

Best babershop i been to. Run by father and son they are a good team. Fresh haircuts every single time . also everyone in the area charges $20 for the cuts. They only charge $15 . highly recommended.

Just went to have my sons long hair trimmed up and came back from the thrift shop to all his hair gone. I made it clear my son wanted to keep his hair long. My son is only 7, but hes not happy.

Terrible place to get a hair cut, specifically showed the guy a hair style I wanted along with stating leave it long on top, but came out with a military crew cut instead. When I saw it and said it wasnt even close to what I asked for, the guy had the audacity to say the way he cut it looked better than the picture I showed him. Would not recommend.

You cant go wrong with either Hugo or Daniel as your barber at this barbershop. Haircuts are a great value, with personal touches.

Terrible haircut. Inexperenced barber owning business over 20 years. What a joke Had to go to different barber shop to fix my haircut. Barber asked me who cut your hair. He told me it was a mess.
