I started bringing my 4 year old son here after getting tired of paying for awful haircuts at the kids haircut places. We see Don, who does an awesome job and is just as patient, if not more, with my shy little guy. He takes a minute to sit down with him in the waiting area first and let’s him get comfortable before starting which I SO appreciate. And his hair always turns out looking insanely dapper! We have seen Martin too, he also did a great job.

My son has been getting his hair cut here for a couple of years. I love the atmosphere. Scheduling is super fast, easy, and precise. Weve always great service...best yet, my 13 year old son actually lets his MOM take him here for a haircut so that in and of itself is a better testimonial than anything I could write.

All employees wear masks, and they will provide customers masks if needed. They also offer beverages while you wait.There is top notch service here! Ive been a customer for 4 years now, after jumping around trying to find a reliable barber. No rushed jobs trying to get too many customers in and out. Chris always takes his time to make sure I get the haircut I want.I also like that Im able to make a reservation, either through Google or their website, and I dont have to spend an extra 30 minutes or hour waiting for the chair. They do, however, take walk-ins.

New to Arizona and this place ROCKS! JJ does an amazing fade and is extremely detailed. Finding a new stylist/barber can be traumatizing, but just visiting Barbershop Jack and you won’t be disappointed! Very professional and extra friendly. They even have cold beverages should you need a quick refresher. Reasonably priced and I appreciate the ability to schedule online appointments. If you’re in the market for an excellent barber... give em a try- I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Acre is the best barber. Came upon this barbershop randomly and was not disappointed. Was sat down with Ace he gave me the smoothest shave and a great haircut. So sad to see him leave.Edit: just found out he’s opening his own spot which is great. Gonna keep coming. Definitely try Ace.

They had our guy already cutting a walk-in (we were 4 mins late to our appointment) They assigned us to Todd. Do not go with him. My son, who has really good hair, now has the worst haircut of his life 3 days shy of his birthday. Not cool.

This is a great barbershop. They truly go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. I have been to other barbershops that do a really good job. I have never been to a barbershop that has back massagers they use while cleaning off your fresh haircut with a hot towel and that is that extra effort they put in to make sure you are happy that you chose to have them clean you up. Ive used several of the barbers and they all do a great job, but I go to Becca regularly now.They have a cool atmosphere, complimentary drinks, water, etc., and are super friendly. Theres no better barber shop around... Seriously! Ive been exclusively a patron of Barbershop Jacks for over 3 years. They run on time, and you get full service during your entire appointment slot. Although I have my favorite barber, Im not going to share their name, because I dont want added competition getting scheduled. Their website allows you to book in advance, and I advise against hoping for a walk-in... Plan a few days ahead and get the time you want.

Wow, what a great first experience. Ace cut my 7 year olds sons hair tonight and did a great job. My son normally goes to a kids only haircut place and this was his first big boy trip to the barbers. Not only will my son be back but I’m also dropping my old barber and going to start coming here. This place is top notch.

I travel a lot and do not like to shave. Consequently, the beard gets long. ACE gave me the best shave ever. My beard is course and many shaves tug. ACE was a master and holding the skin and his equipment was perfect. I went twice while visiting Scottsdale and HIGHLY recommend Barbershop Jack and specifically ACE.

I go to JJ, whos fantastic, and hes right by the register so I see everyone who pays. Ive never seen a bad cut from any of the barbers in the bi-weekly visits Ive been doing for the past 8 months. Very friendly place. My regular barber ritired so after more than 15 years I had to find a new barber. Barbershop Jack is conveniently located and they offered free refreshments during my visit. Don gave me the best haircut Ive gotten in years. Hot towel and shoulder massage included. I found my new Barber. I highly recommend giving them a try if youre looking for a new spot.

BSJ was a referral from my boss as a great place to go for a haircut and beard trim. I can say now that the 8 or so times I’ve been, Ace has been an excellent barber and person to have make me look neat n tidy.Everyone there is professional, the place is always clean, they offer beverages, have good stuff on the TV’s, good music in the background and AWESOME/comfy waiting chairs and couchI highly recommend Ace to get you looking good and leaving happy.

This review is long overdue! Barbershop Jack is a great place to get your hair cut. My son (6) and I go about once a month and every barber weve had has been friendly and well-skilled. The place is clean and modern looking and everyone there makes sure you feel comfortable and at home. Overall, it is always a great experience!

Whatever you do, do not let Frankie cut your hair. He was constantly texting on his phone while I just sat in the chair, unnecessarily sharing his legal drama with profane language with children around, and was very sloppy and unclean by refusing to wear a mask to protect me, and he even made fun of me in a very threatening way for wearing a mask which I was wearing to protect him (meanwhile I overheard other barbers ask their customers if they preferred they wear a mask). He rushed the haircut so he could leave for the day even though it was well before closing time, and the end result was very poor and unfinished. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience

All the barbers at Barbershop Jack are fantastic. My 11 month old, 2.5 year old and husband all get their hair cut there. Its a comfortable place to get your hair cut and just hang out, while I (mom) wait for them to finish. Good people, good cuts, good price.

First time in and I will be back. Had my hair cut by Frankie, hes only been in the shop for a few months and I didnt see any reviews with his name on them so I wanted to give him some support. Frankie listens and doesnt just go through the motions, I have thin hair so its not as easy to cut and every mistake shows. What I liked most about the shop outside of staff and location is that they take online reservations and the system is very easy to use, also they are open till 7pm in case I cant get a cut in during my lunch break, I can still make it after work.

So I’ve gotten a haircut by Becca and JJ. I can honestly say I have never been to a barbershop that’s so about a haircut that is second to none. Becca was phenomenal and my second haircut was by JJ. Let’s just put it this way he is a master at his craft and I’ve never seen someone so skilled with clippers and a straight razor!! He could literally have his own reality TV SHOW on cutting hair. He reminded me of Edward scissor hands cutting shrubs into dinosaurs that’s how good he is. No joke!! After finished this second time I was stopped by owner Don and he said thanks for coming in and we are happy we made you feel like you got a dope haircut! And they definitely do!! Highly recommend

Ive been here twice and will keep coming back. They do a great job here and dont automatically just go to the clippers for every haircut. I appreciate that they know how to use scissors. I called ahead both times and they could essentially do a walk-in. A third time they were booked, do make sure to call ahead.

Worst barbershop experience ever. Daniel did my haircut and beard trim however he was too busy on his cell phone while he was trimming my beard to realize that he dropped my beard line by 3 inches and also shaved the part where the beard connect with a mustache. Completely ruined my beard Ive been growing. But did get to talk on his cell phone at least! Never go here....completely unprofessional.
