Was like my 3rd time going tried giving them multiple chances because its close by to where i live so its convenient but this last time was the deal breaker. I had asked for a simple cut because the older guy always messed up my usual medium skin fades and he still couldnt cut my hair. He cant do no line ups or nothing without breathing hard and strung only for ut to come out bad. My last time going horrible “barber” they definitely need real barbers!

Every time I took my son to there, the price is different it. It ranges between $17-20. He gets the same kind of hair cut each time we went. his hair line was so messed up on his last hair cut he looks like he has extra forehead on one side.

We have been coming here for years! Always respectful and great customer service! My kids and I love their results every time! Rebecca and the rest of the team are hard workers and pleasant people!

They need to stop calling a barbershop when they don’t know how to cut the hair right. The people are nice the place is always clean . But They don’t know how to do a taper or a fade .

I feel horrible to bash on this barbershop but they completely messed up my sons hairline they seriously gave him an extra forehead poor kid first year going to junior high they didnt even acknowledge there mistake or show remorse would recommend going elsewhere

The lady dyed my hair the wrong color then when I mentioned it she dyed it again but charged me for her mistake. She also gave me different bangs than what I asked for, and she cut my hair into short layers even though I told her to leave my hair the length it was... I came out looking like a grandma from the 60s... Now I gotta fix it how I can with styling tools and wait for it to grow out. I am devastated because I have a date coming upI wont be coming back here again.

3/3 times came here and had the same older gentleman cut my hair. He spent most of the time watching t.v and losing focus while cutting my hair. He messed up on a simple high skin fade just the sides and ended up fading a side part. I will not be coming back. A 15 min haircut came to be about 40 mins he kept pausing and stoping to watch t.v. I had to go home and buzz a 3 on top just to make my skin fade look even .

I started going there for hair color, which started at a advertised price of 25.00 but then as I went every 6 or 7 weeks, I was being charged higher for various reasons, but I paid. Then my last time I was being charged 45.00 and when I questioned it, didnt go well, I ended up in an argument. They advertise a price for root touch up, but then eventually charge a higher price. Thats not being honest to me, the shop advertises a price for a service, they should honor it, it was their advertised price not mine.

Asked for a low fade and the older gentleman tried. Unfortunately he wasnt able to taper or fade.He handed me the mirror and his taper/fade job looked horrible. Trying to be nice I simply asked him to take it up and he replied that it would be additional charge.I explained to him that I wasnt satisfied with the work he did and he insisted on additional charge. I told him It wasnt faded or tapered. He left long hair behind the ear and uneven at the temple. He wouldnt fix it because it was additional work.I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed.Worst place to get a haircut for sure.

I asked for a long bob. The lady wanted to do wispys for bangs. I told her twice I didnt want that and she still did it. She did the opposite of what i asked for. I got short in the front and long in the back!? I paid $25 which sounds like a bargain, and still feel like I got a ripoff . My husband has gone here many times and let me tell you, we wont be coming back. In addition, they skipped over me for almost three people until I finally said something. They associate with people who speak Spanish and the rest of the population comes second. At first I wanted to complain to get my hair fixed (which should be at no charge, considering) but we will NEVER go back to this salon. They have lost our business. Unless you speak Spanish this salon is a waste of your time, dont trust them.

Had a terrible experience with my son at this shop. Im not sure the barber even had a license. I simply wanted a fohawk for him and they ended up cutting off most of his hair and not even fading it in. He cried and cried after we left. I felt so bad. I feel robbed

They cut hair good but the two front ladies were all their phones while cutting my hair and instead of communication with the person they were cutting all they did was talk about their lives and didnt seem to care about the customer . I just didnt like the people I like how they cut hair but I will no longer be coming here

Ive been going here for 5 years now & this is without a doubt the worst haircut Ive EVER had. I will no longer be going to J&Gios or recommending them. Also I was over charged my cut usually runs 12 to 13 dollars. This time 15 then I went next door to the Walmart toto see it. What a train wreck its uneven sticking up in the back & even after I asked twicetwice to leave something in the front she butchered it square.

They give good hair cuts, but they are too slow, it took an hour for us to be called, and then one went on break and when my brother finally got called, she took another 15 minutes to finally start putting the cape on him and then took her sweet time sweeping the floor then started cutting his hair dont come here if you are in a rush or have plans for the next 2 hours.

This place is no good the lady that cut my hair didn’t cut my hair the way I wanted it I asked for a fade didn’t even get one even when I asked for it 3 times my wife also got a cut that she didn’t like never coming back

Waiting for 30 min then then 2 out of 3 barbers decided to go to lunch and tells me to wait for 30 min till they come back and there are still 2 people in front of me as well.. They dont care about the customers waiting thats fine ill go somewhere else.
