I tried Douglas Barber Shop for the first time a month ago and they gave a great haircut, the barbers are Hispanic and I am African American and they did a terrific job, as good as any other shop that I have used in the past.

Douglas is a great place to get a haircut. Its very clean, fast cut, looks well, and the waiting time isnt long. This is Douglas new shop. He has a lot of experience around the valley cutting hair. Veronica cuts hair well also, she also has many years experience. The best part of this barbershop is they sell the Johnny B hair gel without the pumps. This means you get more gel for your money. (The pumps easily remove at least 10% of the gel in the bottle). Overall this is a great barbershop and definitely worth the visit. Dont forget to leave a nice tip.

Got a high skin fade and it just came out all boxy and I didnt noticed I had a fat patch of long hair on the back of my head and it just wasnt worth the money.

I used to follow this barber shop since they were on 16th st and Thomas, back in the 90s. Now, as much as I respect the good barbers that used to work there, I have to say that these current ones do not care. Theyre always taking breaks mid-cut to check their phones. That is why theres a long wait time, not quality. Used to be the spot to go. Not anymore.

Lupita has been my barber for more than 12 years... Always a good service and clean place.

People left here are rude and unprofessional most of the time. Their hours arent exactly accurate and they always have a sign up saying their bathroom is out of order even though I believe it is required to have a properly working one by the certification rules. Most of their best barbers have left not sure why but the ones left arent that great although not terrible either. Will do in a bind. Their wait hours are not as bad as they used to be at all because most of their best talent is gone.

They supposedly close at 7:00 pm but today I arrived at 5:00 pm and they told me that they had already closed and for someone who comes a little far just for that the situation is a bit annoying

We were in that place one Saturday we arrived around 5pm the lady who was cutting hair told us that it would take about 45 minutes for our turn to go 2 hours passed until they put the signs they have outside because they were going to saw the place when we arrived abia 3 people attending the minutes one left only two ladies left one of them without professionals we were all the time talking with the client (in two hours he only attended two people and the second one did not even end when we decided to leave) but what else we Annoying is that she seeing that she had clients waiting for her cell phone rang and she began to talk on the phone that was what bothered my husband and we decided that it was already a lot of brashness of these people we will never move to that place.

How much do they charge for a haircut ???????
