Everything was great. The food, employees and place was kept clean. I would get it for other event.

I recently had my quince at this salon. I loved it! David and the staff were very helpful and nice. Great people. The salon is very pretty overall. It is big and spacious. The illumination and the sound is AMAZING. Out of all the salons i’ve been in, this salon is probably the one with the best illumination effects. This salon is worth it. Thanks Palacio Real.

I had my quince there not too long ago. The service was amazing. As soon as a guest walked in they were greeted and served. The guests were very pleased. They commented on how nice the hall was and how kind the staff were I really enjoyed my day there!

I had my daughter quince here and I could not have been more pleased! All of our guests commented on how beautiful the hall was and how friendly the staff was at all times. For me the best part was having a staff that stepped in and took charge of everything so that I could enjoy the special day. I was afraid that I would be running around trying to make sure everything was just right but they stepped in and took care of everything, they really are the experts!

My aunt and uncle were to get married in this hall. Unfortunatly my uncle passed away last month before making it to his wedding day. Since the funeral expenses are left, my aunt went to tell them her situation and had asked if she can have some of her money back, they told her no and had the nerve to ask her how she was going to pay the rest since they still had a contract!!!!! This goes to show how caring and professional and family oriented this business really is! I would not recommend this hall to anyone!!! Take your money elsewhere!! They are a waste of time and money and will treat you in a disgusting way if dare lose a family member!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! I have a family member who’s husband passed in January. They wanted to have an official wedding after being together 23 years. The event was supposed to be ten months down the road in November. Only a deposit and first payment had been given. After the passing, she went to this reception hall to see if she could get her money back to put towards the funeral but they refused. How horrible is that!! They have plenty of time to rebook the place. It’s very disheartening to know that there are greedy and soulless people like that around. That goes to show that this management team or owner doesn’t care about people, all they care about is your money. Sad.

I am here looking for a spacious place to have my reception and after looking through all the reviews, the place looks to be the last resort. I have a few family memebrs that are sick and in life or death you keep my money for you business shows you do not care about your clients just their money. Which is awful. I see there is no actual website to go to, i have to look through Facebook, also I see the owners only commented on the positive reviews not any others. Way to go.

We had our daughters quinceañera here last month and we were absolutely impressed with our experience with everything at el Palacio Real. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Don David and Doña Ana were so kind and helpful every step of the way. We planned our event 7 months before our event date and we honestly could have never done it without their help and expertise. They held our hand every step of the way. They gave us so much useful advice and even recommended vendors for everything we could have possibly needed. Many times I would call or go there to make a payment and they were always happy to give me advice or happily answer my questions. On the day of the event both of them were physically present and were there to make sure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous even more stunning than in pictures. I had gone there numerous times leading up the event and they are always cleaning and making sure the space is up to their standards. Very well kept!! Don not hesitate to book your event with Palacio Real they are the best! If I could give it 0 stars it would. Service is very bad. It seems that the party is theirs envise of one. Benito will be the room but it is not worth it if your guests are not comfortable.

I put one because there is no less qualification and gone to many quincesñeras and none had I felt so humiliated as in this place .. nothing because I forgot the invitation told us the woman move to the door to see the door .. speak to them parents of the quinceañera so that they come to authorize their entrance .. they should be a little more kind and have little education ..
