Mike and Colleen are THE best!! This place is very clean and well run thanks to them. They are SUPER helpful and accommodating and are the nicest people youd ever want to know. They have done me many wonderful favors during my time here. They anticipated my needs and offered their help without me ever asking. I cant begin to tell them how truly grateful I am. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. I will miss them very much.

24hour access is super convenient and the couple that runs the place live on property, (never hard to track down management lol) and theyre genuinely just good people. Laid back, polite and personable. But most importantly, unlike most live on site manager or owners that are always in your business, theyre respectful of your privacy and space. There when you need em, gone otherwise. Which is the only reason I continue to stay month after month.

Colleen and Mike Fitzpatrick were extremely helpful and accommodating during our recent move. We had to have a trailer with our household goods delivered to their facility and then have a crew help us with unloading and putting thing’s into storage.They made everything as easy as possible for us. We feel that our stored items are safe.We would recommend using their services.

Colleen and Mike are great people dedicated to making renting and using a storage unit easy. Colleen clearly explained the contract and Mike took me to my unit and explained how to get in and out and how to access my unit. Their prices are competitive, security is good, and they even have cold water on hand for those hot days! Im looking forward to their management of my unit.

We cannot say enough good things about this location. The managers, Colleen and Mike that live on site are unmatched by anyone when it comes to customer service and friendliness.We have used other storage facilities in the area and we switched to them since they keep the grounds very clean, they keep a very close eye on security and as an added bonus they are just so fun to talk to. Ive rented units from Colleen and Mike on two separate occasions now, and theyre truly a joy to do business with. Always genuine, friendly, no-nonsense customer service, and a clean, well-curated facility. The 24-hour access is incredibly convenient. They were even kind enough to lend a hand when our truck needed a jump after office hours. Invoices and payment reminders come in a prompt, consistent manner every month, and the prices are fair and reasonable. Id recommend the Phelps facility to anyone in a heartbeat!

Arizona Storage Inns is fantastic! We rent a space from them that is air cooled and everything inside has made it through the hot summer last year. The management has been a pleasure to work with, very friendly and accommodating to our storage needs, and others in the North Phoenix area. There are multiple sizes and types of storage areas available. The storage area is clean and secure and the storage facility is clean and secure. As if these are not enough reasons, the rates for storage are much less than others in the area.

Mike and Colleen are awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me and I could access my unit 24/7. I also love that every unit has drive up access which makes it so much easier for loading and unloading

Not to mention a great storage at great price - THEY GOT ME INTO A UNIT TWICE AS BIG AS I INQUIRED ABOUT AT A LOT LESS OF A RATE!! I really needed 24 hour access esp in this heat!! (they didnt change extra for that either)Very safe and secure also but most of all esp since I am going through a stressful time the friendliness and great service was much appreciated! Thats hard to find these days:)

Colleen and Mike run an extremely professional and friendly operation! Their facilities are always clean and they work with the customer while remaining extremely flexible. Mike is always around the grounds making sure he knows every customer and their storage unit location. Hell offer you a ride in his golf cart, moving materials, such as a dolly and some friendly advice about your storage concerns. They seem to know everyone who passes through the gate and are a 24 hour facility with gate code access at entry and exit points. Theres no drama here, no hassles, and Ive never had any problem getting a hold of them with last minute issues, requests. They are all-around honest and down to earth problem solvers who really respect their customers. Im lucky to have found such a clean and well-maintained business for my stuff when Im so many miles away. I dont worry at all with C/M in charge. And, they have some friendly dogs who greet everyone and can really cheer up your day!

This will be the third time I used the service here at storage inn and I have to say that this is the best place to keep your belongings and all your valuables. It is in a safe area and the staff on site are excellent folks who work with you on every level they are very kind and professional and they guarded my my belongings very well. I have never had any problems renting space here at Arizona Storage Inn. I would refer anybody to them.
