They were great from start to finish. I used their storage space during a home remodel. Nope part of my remodel has gone smoothly. Thank the Lord that the amazing folks at this Extra Space Storage location have made the entire process beyond smooth and easy. I could just cry happy tears. Doris is always smiling and welcoming when I come in either into the shop or if shes on the grounds driving around. Once she thought my lock wasnt all the way locked, so she called me to come by and check my lock. I had just been there earlier in the day and my teenager was responsible for locking the unit but failed to do it properly. I feel safe at this location, which is very important to me.

Extra Space Storage was a great place to store our 19’ pop up camper. They rented us a spacious covered space that was easy to pull in and out of with our truck and suv. After shopping around north Phoenix for a storage facility back in 2019, Extra Space Storage on Cave Creek Rd had the lowest price around. They have friendly staff and quick service. Easy access to unit, great location, facility well kept. Staff patiently assisted me in being able to understand and utilize the technology needed to complete transaction. Staff also oriented me to the locking system, and gaining access to facility through locked gate. As an elderly customer I appreciate their patience and assistance. I had a very positive experience, and can highly recommend this facility.

Only problem l had was that I moved in on the hottest day so far this year in Phoenix. Plus the fact that I want able to get there until about 3pm and my unit faces west. IT WAD HOT!!!

Pam was great. Very friendly and professional. Took care of my rental agreement quickly. She walked me to the unit in the 110 deg heat (No cart because of the pandemic) and didnt complain or anything.The grounds are kept very clean and it appears like everything is well monitored. I would recommend this storage place to my friends and family without hesitation.

The no contact rental was very easy, I was able to rent a unit have stuff in the unit within 10 minutes. I then got a follow up call quickly to make sure I could find the unit. The lock was already waiting in the unit 👍

The rental process was the easiest Ive ever experienced. I was planning on renting an RV storage space 10 miles away to keep the cost down but called the location that was very close to my home, 17407 N Cavecreek rd. The staff told me what documents they needed; I sent them copies from my phone, paid the first month rent via phone call and did the contracts electronically. VERY easy and great people to work with. The rate was better than advertised specials way out of town.

I have been using the storage facility for almost a year and a 1/2 2 years now went from a large locker down to a small locker have always had a really smooth great experience Doris has always been extremely helpful. I actually just moved out of the storage facility because Im moving on to another part of town but I would highly recommend this facility the hours of being able to get in another gate are perfect the lockers are clean and the prices are reasonable.

If I could give less than a one star I would. I selected this storage space thinking it was a great deal and 5 months later they increased my monthly payment by $20. The reasoning I was given is all storage units do it, which is a lie. Also, they said they made me aware 30 days prior. So what, I could move all of my stuff in to another unit? They know no one is going to do that and they take advantage of it.

We leased a unit here for, two and a half years. And we were very pleased with the professional treatment which we have received from Doris, the manager. At one time, we had mislocked our unit. And Doris got right on it the same day. She removed our lock, and properly relocked it with a new one. And she quickly notified us about the matter. Of course she charged us for the new lock, which is the right thing to do. However, we really appreciate her, safe, and honest protection which she provided for our belongings. For the length of time that, weve been here, our lease was raised once. I should also mention that, Doris really keeps this facility very clean. We would gladly use this facility again, if needs be.
