I needed a storage facility for my products and the Life Storage facility on 16th St was one of several on the list for me to see. My first time there, I was greeted with a smile by Laurie the manager who quickly showed me around. She is professional, helpful, kind and friendly! And on the days when Laurie is away, Mike was most helpful - especially when I had a large delivery a day earlier than expected. This place is kept spotless and the ease of accessibility is perfect. I highly recommend if you are looking for a storage facility with a high standard of quality service!

We had a wonderful experience storing our things here. There are many options for different size storage spaces. The spaces are clean and the building is newly built and well kept. Michael was very personable, helpful, and thoughtful through our move. He went out of his way to make getting our stuff as easy as possible without us even asking. We’ll be using them again in Colorado if need be!

Clean facilities are a plus here.The first time I came here it took 15 minutes for anyone to be at the front desk, once I was let in, no apology for the wait, nothing. I was on my lunch break so every minute counted.I signed up, fee was higher than advertised. I pulled up the special that I was quoted from the screenshots on my phone, then they magically fixed it. So keep records of that as well.Take photos before moving in, and after moving out so they dont claim you have damaged anything and email them to both the company and yourself.The topper: I called to ask about possibly closing my monthly rental unit out, and literally 10 minutes later they sent me an email raising my monthly rent. Really? Great way to keep customers.My advice for anyone who calls to make an inquiry, DO NOT give them your unit number, give them a random one. After this Im definitely taking my business elsewhere.

The building that houses the storage units, as well as the units themselves, are spotless clean . This location is all climate controlled. You may have to walk a bit to get to your unit, but at least its not 115! They provide dollys to move your boxes and the facility is well monitored and the gates, building and elevators are coded. Give them a try!

2nd time in the last 30 days to be almost told that its our fault this happened very in my life been treated so rude by a place that I pay rent at and the kicker is it goes up every month

We were looking for storage due to moving and we came across this store. Laurie the manager greeted and welcomed us as soon as we walked in, she was very professional and kind, she definitely sold us with her professionalism. I will highly recommend her to family and friends.

The staff make sure to keep a clean and neat facility! The place is always spotless. And the managers always make you feel special they take the time and make effort to remember you by name not just a unit number. There is something to be said for that. Prices are fair in my opinion. And the quality service is well worth the penny.

Life Storage at Osborn and 16th St is Awesome!! Michael and Laurie are the ones that make it so awesome they go outta their way to accommodate you!! Always have smiles on and when you leave you too have one on its just the way they treat you.!! And they keep the place very clean and orderly I checked all around before I choose my storage place and they were the cheapest because all the rest had hidden fees that got added in. And if your not sure what size to get do yourself a favor and listen to them they know their stuff I thought Id save a little money and would make my stuff fit and if I would of just listened I wouldnt of spent all the time did moving into a larger unit !!

I walked in & within minutes the lovely manager (Laurie) took me to the unit & completed my online reservation. This is by far the cleanest & most secure storage space Ive ever been to & worth every penny! Hopefully I wont need another but if so, this would hands down be my first choice. Everyone has been very helpful and do their best at answering my questions; if they do not know the answer instead of making something up they either have made educated guesses and shown me the reasoning, or have asked others for questions that needed specificity. I totally recommend Life Storage. I had a unit here for a little over a year. They have a state of the art security system that made me feel very secure about my belongings. If you reserve a unit online they have some very good promotional prices for new customers. The manager and assistant are both very friendly and very good at communicating with their customers. At least they were for me.

Rented a unit, their 16th st location, dealt with Micheal, very knowledgeable, gives you all information needed. So far, so good.

For starters. This is the nicest storage unit I’ve ever stepped foot in. I could actually live in these places. They have music playing, it’s clean And super secure!! I went into the unit and there was a nice welcome bag too??? Hello?? Also!! An amazing price for the unit. I’ve stored in places before and they aren’t half as nice for the same price.

Temperature controlled, clean, AIR CONDITIONED.... For me, moving / transitioning to another place is just a horrible experience. This place made this transition as easy / air-conditioned / good as is possible. It’s clean, the manager lady, Laurie from her card, was super nice... Highly recommend!

My boyfriend has a unit here and recently purchased another one! The facility is great, very clean and feels really safe. The only reason this is a 4 star and not a 5 is the lobby music sucks. I really believe it should be something just instrumental with no lyrics.If this changes I’d be happy to change my review to a full 5 stars

This is the nicest and cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. I just had a fantastic customer service experience with Laurie Zavala, the Store Manager. She made everything easy, and was very friendly and professional. I was thinking about going to another storage facility, closer to me, but Laurie and the cleanliness here made my decision easy.

This is a new facility. Very clean, spacious, and accommodating with easy access and a large variety of storage unit sizes. Most are internal, climate controlled units which is great for the intense Phoenix summer heat.Victor and his staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The only time I ever had issues were when the office was unmanned because the staff was out on the property with other customers. Im sure with more occupancy, there were be a higher volume of staff on site to avoid the gaps in office availability.Still, I highly recommend this location for your storage services. Prices were much more reasonable than other nearby locations.

Drove cross country only to arrive to find out I couldnt access my unit. I waited over an hour for the manager to arrive. I asked what the problem was and he said Im not sure, your account is paid up. He follows me to the elevator and Im finally able to get in. However, when I reached my unit my keys didnt work in the lock. Im tired and I need my stuff so I can meet a contractor at my new home and now Ive been waiting 15 mins for the manager to come upstairs and help me. THIS IS ABSURD! Why dont my keys work!?

Laurie is an 11/10 she has help us out so much. We need a small space to store for a short time. Laurie helped get it for us very quickly and when we no longer needed it it was a simple signature and we were done. The units are great we got the smallest size and was able to pack it tight with a whole room. I would 100% recommend this life storage.

I would definitely recommend this place. I compared prices online, and their price is competitive. First month free was a bonus. The entire facility is very clean. Security looks great- you need access codes in several different places to access, and there are cameras everywhere. Victor was very helpful and patient, showing me different units until I settled on the one I wanted. I trust them to take good care of my stuff.

Such a clean secure facility! Definitely a place to rent from and they have a huge loading/unloading zone IN a climate control garage. Has to use security codes so it is much more secure than most facilities!

Laurie was awesome she stayed xtra minutes before close to move me in .facility is very nice and clean ..air condition ..24 hour camera security..access hours are from 6am to 9pm to load and unlaod your belongings ..i notice 24 hour access which is mainly used for buisness only .defiently recommend! I had the most pleasant experience renting a storage unit at LifeStorage on N. 16th St. in Phoenix, AZ. Laurie assisted me and was very helpful (and cheerful) in answering all of my questions. I appreciated the way she took the time to show me how to use the lock and security pad, along with the best way to drive into the area that gives me the quickest access to my unit (its such a maze in there with all of the units they offer). Its nice to finally work with someone who shows compassion rather than working with someone who just processes you like a number. Shes such a lovely person. Thanks Laurie and LifeStorage! Ill most definitely refer you to everyone I know.
