I love these guys. I have had a unit here for a few years and they are good at communication when I let my bill slip. They have worked with me through a number of odd life situations and always treated me with dignity and respect. Would recommend to anyone.

Jennifer runs a clean friendly office even serves cookies or candy. Ive had nothing but good exsperience renting a storage here paying over the phone or in person and her husband checks the property by golf cart keeping this place clean and safe.

The property is meticulously maintained, heck they just re-asphalted the entire property. Great place for small businesses that dont need an office space, thats what I did which reduced my costs and improved efficiency. Each unit is protected with an alarm which you wont find at most storage facilities.You wont regret entrusting this facility with your prized and valuable possessions!

I’ve felt with three of the people that work here and they are all so friendly and nice. I needed a storage and fast they helped me out and within minutes I was able to start using it. They have alarm systems for the units which is an added bonus. They have free candy and cookies in the lobby. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Decent prices. Larry is personable. Usually its possible to get a hold of someone. Not a ton of vehicle traffic, so usually fairly quiet most of the time. RV and vehicle spaces available as well as climate controlled and not.

AZ mini storage was extremely helpful accommodating my storage needs. The staff that processed my application was quick and I cannot say enough about about their security systems. I’m very confident my personal items will be safe as long as I need them to be under their care. Hats off and I highly recommend their services.

So glad I found this place. The space is easily accessible and clean. The staff is friendly and personable. The alarm system is nice and my unit is secure. So much better than those other places that want to charge so much more. Save yourself the hassle and go here.

Called for a uhaul rental and the first person who answered the phone said they dont do rentals and hung up on me without giving me time to ask any further questions. The second time I called someone else answered and they said they dont have rentals right now. She wasnt the most pleasant either but at least have me a number to a different location. The uhaul website directed me to this location and provided me with this phone number. If they arent renting trucks anymore they need to communicate with uhaul about that so that more people dont contact them about renting uhauls. And please work on your customer service skills.

I have to say this place is, hands down, the best value in North Phoenix. I was on a budget ten years ago while moving. The price was too good to be true. I didnt expect much for Service. I was blown away. It is not often that you meet people that take pride in their job anymore. Clean, safe, professional, and respectful. I have recommended them to several of my employers. I moved to Phoenix in 1963 and have used several Storage centers over the years. Donna & Karl are the most customer service oriented Managers I have interfaced with. They go out of their way to be helpful and make it easy, I guess it is called TLC. I would recommend them over all the other storage Centers I have used. If you have to travel extra miles it is worth it!!!I thought it could not get any better, but when Carl & Patty became the on site managers things improved significantly. The Office received a new face lift and the grounds were better maintained. I would recommend that you that you take the time and visit them, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Weve been using Arizona Mini Storage for over five years now for our business and have never had an issue. The staff have always been extremely friendly and the storage facility has always been well maintained. At times weve needed more temporary storage for unexpected circumstances and theyve always come through at reasonable rates. This business is friendly, helpful, and customer oriented. I had originally reserved a 5 by 10 but found that it would not suit my needs. The employees at AZ mini storage were helpful and gave me the 10 by 5 location. They gave me what I needed at a reduced price even if it was at the last minute.I even accidentally bumped their poles with my car. I offered to paint for the paint job but they declined. Really nice people. I will only perform my storage needs with them.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities, super specials and over the top customer service (ie came without a lock and they provided me a very nice one, for free!). Ive rented many spaces and its all about every nickel and dime. It was very refreshing to be treated like an appreciated part of their day and business. The cookies alone are worth the trip! The owners are very polite and accommodating. The facilities are safe, clean and just easy to access. No added, hidden fees, and they allow auto payments so you never have to worry about forgetting.(The auto pay was personally my fav part).If you pay your rent before the first you get added into a once a month raffle which the winner gets a 50.00 Walmart gift card.

My first experience with a mini storage in Phoenix...very nice people, showed me the units first and the location of the available unit. Explained everything, online payments, entering and exiting, etc...the paperwork was done in under 15 minutes...a very quick turnaround and extremely good rates for the size of the units. AZ Mini Storage had great customer service. Their hours were reasonable and they were located close to our house. The facilities have a new electronic gate system that makes it easy and secure to get to our stuff when we need it!

We utilized Arizona Mini Storage for our business storage needs for a number of years. Property was always clean and staff was always very friendly. I highly recommend this storage facility if your looking for one.

In 2013 I was devastated! I lost my house that I lived in for 19 years. I contacted AZ Mini Storage to rent a storage and Donna answered the phone. I asked for the storage unit sizes and Donna gladly gave them to me. I thought one unit (10x30) would be enough. She tried to up sell another unit, I denied. Later that week, while bringing another load, I called her to get another unit, she chuckled and said, I knew youd need more and told me all she has was (a10x20), so I took it. I later had my vehicle break down, and then it was stolen. And even though she runs the storage place, she still listened while I cried, literally cried. She gave me mentally support and I left. She didnt pry, she didnt over step her professionalism and she had great advise. Top notch professional! Donna knows the storage business so well. You can tell she has experience and knowledge of the business, because Im sure Im not the first to break down or rant about life to her at storage, and there is no doubt I wont be the last! It takes a knowledgeable person/worker to be able to put on more than one hat and still make it a great day! Id go 20 miles out if my way to store here! Youre given much respect and storage knowledge! AZ Mini Storage and Donna and Karl Skreko are fantastic at what they do!!

I am so beyond offended....i was simply looking for my vehicle title that I know Ive placed inside my unit....So what do I do ?try again tommarow and prey that she doesnt try having me arrested for whom knows what.....I feel like this is total harassment,& has to be illegal... How do I get to my belongings ? I thought thats what I was paying $ for . to store my valuables...im in a pickle I guess.Now I have zero choice but to relocate 2 another businessThis storage unit is a a scandal, 2 have management who harress and hustle peopleThe brenda

Not only are Donna & Karl very sweet and easy to deal with, they have very reasonable rates! Their rates were lower than the other 4 storage centers that I checked. They were 1/2 the price of the units north-east of Shea Blvd & 32 nd Street.I highly recommend them and they are on North Cave Creek Rd, one block north of the Home Depot on the NWC of Cactus Rd.
