People are always willing to help.I though it was a great review, the manager always had a great attitude and tries to help everyone, I had the opportunity to meet with her several times 😀 and it was great so am confused as to why anyone would think theres a problem. If I would have a problem I would personally would speak to the person. Let me be very clear, there was or have not been any issues or disagreement. At the contrary the manager has always been good.

The online experience is better than the employees customer service. Kate is not pleasant at all. Kate spoke to me about how trucks are to picked up and returned with a condescending tone. The locks on the storage are custom locks, so you will have to buy what they have to sell for a lock.

Kate and Tina both did a great job helping me to reserve the correct space. They were very patient and did everything they could to make the initial contact pleasurable as well as effective. I look forward to continuing to work with them going forward at StorAmerica!

This is my first storage unit and it’s mind blowing how professional and courteous the staff are! Kate and this one other lady I can’t remember her name but they were both amazing and did a wonderful job helping me!!

I was able to start a new lease for a unit quickly. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

So far, everything is great at this place, customer service is very good. However, one improvement would be to open at 7 AM during the warmer half of the year, so people could be unloading things outside the building in the cooler temperatures from 7 AM to 8 AM; this would apply only to hot climates like Phoenix, and only during the warmer half of the year, not needed at all in winter.

The reviews on their website crack me up! Only the 5 stars are posted. You should teach your employees some manners. The proper response to someone when they say “thank you” is “you’re welcome” not a snotty “mmmm...hmmmm”In a customer service based world.. it’s probably best to leave your attitude at home. The whole time I was there both employees must have had 10 cigarette breaks, right outside the front door, mind you, walking around the property without masks covering their faces. Take your signs down if your employees can’t even follow the rules

I was helping someone move and this storage facility impressed me. Well insulated and security checked. It has gates, cameras, locking mechanisms well installed in doorways as well as secure lock key elevators with plenty of room to move your things in and out. I do appreciate the fact that it made my job easy and for whoever plans to store, a for sure good security system in place. I used to work at a place that practiced such security levels due to confidentiality. For not being approach by anyone random, it is a good standard system built into the facility. Im sure someone was at all times watching the move, but it made a reassuring as aftertaste that its not something you can wonder. Props on check point accessibility verifications, you guys impressed me.

I cant say too much right now, I just started my experience with StorAmerica a few days ago! The place is very clean, it is very close to where I need them, they had the size storage I needed and I was able to get in to it right away. A few things that were not available to me were that I have a motorcycle and I needed a place for it for a while, I couldnt put it in the storage, I have two other locks for storage doors, but this door requires a totally different lock that I had to purchase and the price seemed a bit steep, but for the security and, hopefully, the care that I will get for my things, well could be worth it, well see though...

Went to get a storage from this place but ended up leaving and renting storage from Life Storage. As soon as we walked in the lady working in the office (pixie cut) was VERY rude and unprofessional. Couldn’t even give us a tour. Life storage was just a little more but worth it considering how friendly and easy going it was.

They didnt advertise online that you had to get a very specific kind of cylinder lock for your unit, which costs $16. Other than that, the process of signing the lease online and moving in was very easy, thanks to the staff!

Tina and Kate were so professional, efficient, and friendly. I called there first after driving by and even though there were several locations closer to my home, I chose this one because Tina was so quick to follow up with an email after the initial phone conversation. Upon arriving the next day, Kate had everything ready for us and was very understanding when we had to reschedule our truck because of a family emergency. So glad I chose this location. These two are a great team and I greatly appreciate all of their help.

Carlos was awesome to work with! Super cool! Honest about all the prices and promotions and upfront about comparisons on nearby storage places. We got a great unit for a really decent price and we are in Arcadia! The place is really clean, well lit, high security-which I love! Gated and you have your own code. They provide the lock system to use which is different from any other place which makes it nice to NOT confuse old lock keys. Love how tall my unit is!! 12’ high! I was able to go from quadruple the price at Dose Moving and Storage which was so far for me too and I had to pay $40 a time to go look at my stuff at Dose!! That’s no joke. I was shocked! What a wonderful experience it has been! Thank you Carlos! This company is so lucky to have a guy like him. If I had a business with more employees here, I’d try to steal Carlos! Lol

The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and it is a nice clean place to store your stuff in on 39th St. and Thomas Road

Terrible screeching sound when unloading. Terrible help. No one would answer the phone. Dirty place. There was a bum in the parking lot asking for money.

Friendly, helpful staff. Secure location. Price was good and they offered a first month special when reserved online. Signing the lease was easy and fairly quick. Everything was just as I expected a storage unit to be. The access hours are a little tight, unlike some other storage places, but they arent terribly restricted. Thats the only reason this place isnt getting five stars.

Lots of options in the area, chose this place for the FREE 1st mo. + truck lending they offer to help you move larger items/huge loads. A $50 deposit for a few hours got me using their awesome moving truck, and they even worked with me on the reservation details when my plans changed... It was almost as new and clean as Units themselves.Very secure facility, Competitive rental rates, & air conditioning for all units. Highly recommend.Only thing even remotely close to being almost a negative is they are still working on training and staffing, so theres usually just a skeleton crew. Leave a message.. whoevers there WILL get back to you ASAP.

The Storage staff was informative, helpful. and friendly. The building is secure, safe, well kept, with large units in a 3 floor large facility. Theres also a special deal; a FREE rental truck for move in. The only draw back id no lighting inside the units and no 24-7 access to storage units. All in all the facility is one of The best facilities around ina while.

I canot say this would be a good place to store your stuff. I was charged $62.00 right from the start and was not even given a bill until just recently. Then if you are even 2 minutes past 6:45 they go crazy well the elevators dont help in speed!! Then to make things better for me my keys were misplaced and well they tell me I have to get a locksmith??? WTH....I gave enough money in the past 2 weeks dont you think.....I am just aggervated poor management at this place I wish I never came here.....

Wow. This place is one palace of a self-storage facility. Truly state-of-the-art. Brand spankin new. So clean that you can eat off the floors. My 5 x 5 space is unusually tall. Im guessing 12 feet. Crazy good to stow stuff. But lets talk about the human element. Heather is the best. Quick, efficient, & really knows her business. A total pro. Everything added together = one delightful experience. Use this facility & thank me later. Its the best one Ive ever seen, and Ive been storing lots of stuff all over the country for the last 25 years. But Heather was the icing on the cake!!!

Their access hours used to be great. Now (for whatever reason) theyve been significantly changed. Not, not, SUPER not happy about that ill-thought out decision. Will probably be leaving due to changed access hours. Shame. Perfect facility otherwise.

Place is immaculate, the person who helped me was very nice and informative. Major drawback is that you can only access from 8-645 & prices are in the high range compared to other storage places even those operating under the same name.

I know there are many people who use storage for just that... Storage... However, I Need to use this facility due to a life-changing event.I didnt have a lot of options due to the fact that I dont drive and theyre (StorAmerica) next to my old apt. complex. I am on a limited income so it was a little pricey for me* but its also a Great Facility!!! The Units vary in size, all climate controlled and Very Clean as well as quiet.An extra Bonus is Kate!!! She works there and gets you settled in. Shes a pretty Terrific Young Lady, with a pretty Terrific Personality as well. This all being new to me and hard emotionally, shes taught me some things about the business practices as well as how to hold your head up in uncomfortable circumstances. I was/am a little behind in rent and she helped me see how to get caught up and maintain my unit. Communication being first... Me, myself, was embarrassed due to my situation. Kate made me feel more at ease. I dont think shell EVER KNOW just how much she helped me. Thank You, Kate!!!! You Rock!!!!Anyhow, Im not writing a book, just a review... but it was important to Me that You Know, StorAmerica Self Storage is a Great Place to store your belongings and if you go to 4950 E Thomas...Tell Kate Hello or ask for her. Oh my mother of God what a nightmare its so awful getting in and out of there you dont want to get your stuff in and out of there so you leave it in there a hundred and $80 a month for a 10 by 13 roaches in the hallways no convenience it all by expensive I will never do that again.
