What I like about Arizona Storage Inns on 16th st and Baseline is the hours 5 am to 9 pm which is great. I can get there early and get my day going. Sharon and Gary are nice and always waving hi and sometimes I get a good morning. Sharon and Gary knew what will work for me when I told them what I was needing in a storage thumbs up and accommodating. Price is reasonable and I like the security! Sometimes getting in & out from Baseline is hectic but its just busy. 5 stars plus!

Always friendly to do business with. Have used this location several times. I continue to go where Im treated like my business with them matters. You have to pay somewhere so why not do it with someone that welcomes your business

My friend rented a unit there it was clean and the staff was knologable and friendly.

Nedra was awesome when I went in to rent the unit. I called the next day to say I no longer needed the space and the lady was rude, said they dont do refunds at all and it didnt matter if I never used the space. Called the corporate office and spoke to Nancy who was equally rude said I did not given them a 10 day notice that I was vacating the unit and they do not do refunds said I need to read the contract which is very misleading because I never used the unit AND cancelled within 24 hours. After being charged $179.41 I was given $94. 88 back because I didnt give a 10 day notice for never using the unit and they charged me $84.53 basically for not using the unit. Dont go there they are rude. I am currently filing a claim against the company.

Was skeptical about visiting this location because of a negative review, but i decided to visit because it close to my house. I was greeted by a very lovely lady name Nedra. It was almost closing time but she took the time to show me several different storage buildings. The facility is very clean and spacious. i would highly recommend this facility.

I wish I can give this facility 10 STARS! Ive been here for almost 2 years and Sharon has always been amazing and helpful with me. Would recommend this place for any and everybody

I give this storage facility Thumbs Up. Nice lady works there. I rented there when it first opened in she is still there and many times since when I have a need. The place is always clean. Without hesitation I recommend this storage place.

The staff is very friendly and well coordinate your needs well. Pricing for these storage facilities is very reasonable. Well worth a place to store your goods

I agree with Mikes review. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Sharon and Gary provide awesome customer service. Before committing to the unit, I stopped by numerous to times to research the difference between evaporate cooling and AC, to see the difference between 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20, and to find out how they pro-rate since I would be retrieving my household goods mid-month. After Sharon and Gary answered all my questions, I still went to research 5 or 6 more storage units. Nobody came close to Arizona Storage Inns on 16th Street and Baseline as far as overall quality and customer service. If you need to storage unit in South Mountain, this is the place to go!

Place is kept pretty clean and its really close to where I live. I like the security gate and doors. Only wish it was a bit cheaper...

I love this place we have used them off and on the past few years and they have very flexible us.

If they had negitive star i would put -5. So i got to this Storage and lady was no help looked at me like a was a alien yes im black she looked so scared that she send me to another storage and did not want to help me. just beacuse i have a different color then you doesnt mean you can judge me. so if your in need of a storage DONT come here rude lady!!!! I went to the one on 5 Ave and Baseline rd.
