Ive been a customer here for a couple years now. Ive also used 1 other local storage facility . Fact: these guys are the nicest people around. Go out of their way to help you out. Friendly, secure and fair priced business. Top notch and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

U-haul sent me here to pick up my truck. Edwin w/ Pecos called me to verify my reservation and to give me instructions on how to find them.Edwin was also there when I picked up my truck. Great guy, He went over he whole truck with me, explained how to avoid charges and made sure I was ready for the road! He definitely helped to make my experience painless!

A little tricky getting to but worth it! Brian really took good care of me and made it super easy with renting my uhaul. Brian answered all my questions and made the rough start of move a little easier. Will use again in the future!

We are new owners and are spending allot of time with our new (to us) RV at Pecos Storage. Each visit Brian has been SO VERY HELPFUL, like today we decided to do a quick ‘4’ hour wash.. in the AZ heat! Rookie move, we know, but Brian came out to check on us each hour and brought us water to make sure we stayed strong and had all that we needed to include words of encouragement..He was a God-send especially since it was Memorial Day ! THANK YOU to Brian and Edwin for all you do for us .. it does matter and make a huge difference..

Do not store your items here. I had one of their *container* units to hold furniture, mattress, rugs, etc. while I found a house. When I went to empty out the unit, I found dirt all over every horizontal surface and water damage for items that rested on the floor. One item, a lovely entry table, molded and the wood swelled and began to rot. A rug had to go in the trash.  The mattress has to be disposed of too.The storage management said there was nothing they could do for me since I didnt get the extra insurance. Their unit floods and rains dirt on my belongings and they dont seem to want to even try to make it right.Be warned! Choose another storage location.

We have had valuable items stolen from our camper in this lot. The owner Randy feels its not his responsibility to help the customer or cover the costs. Therefore, youre on your own to replace whatever the thieves steal. We are now hearing from lot neighbors that theft is a common occurrence. Please dont leave valuables in your camper here.

Phenomenal - forget the gentleman that helped me, but super professional, helpful. Hard to find entrance due to construction, but soon theyll have their own exit off the 202, other than that they were fantastic!

Had to get wardrobe boxes today and the young man was wonderful. His customer service was excellent and it was quick and easy. Too bad I’m moving because I’d certainly continue to give them business.

Rande, The one thing I like the most about Pecos Storage, aside from the excellent facilities including a dump station, competitively priced propane, and an RV wash area with power washers, is you. I have never had a problem with contacting you directly. I have found that your staff is exceedingly helpful and willing to go above and beyond for your customer/friends. Your support of local charities and youth groups is heartwarming. Your business feels more like working with friends and helping neighbors than just renting a space somewhere. Thank you for that.

As far as storage facilities go, it was big, roomy, multiple options available. Looked at a 5th wheel for sale. Clean grounds. Easy access.

We park our trailers there. rates are great and there are four sized indoor units that are probably average, fair prices. If they had power to the indoors they would be great. 24 hour access.

I store my camp trailer here. Awesome owners/managers. No one can touch their prices. Gated, paved and security cameras present with a barbed fence around the back side. Very secure

As a patron since Pecos opened I have always appreciated the customer-centric focus that Pecos exhibits. Sure some features took a while to become a reality but the convenience and overall security are high on my list of must haves. The staff has always been accommodating and the addition of U-Haul brought added value to my personal needs. I don’t think I’ve purchased propane anywhere else over the past 5yrs!

The owner Randy is awesome! Hes on reservation land, hires all natives to work for him. They are the cheapest in this area.

Always polite, and the fellow customers are just as nice. Good access for storing long time, or just every night. Have fun.

This place is always organized and clean. The people who work the desk are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I would recommend this place over any other storage place in Phoenix

Good place to rent U-Hauls for moving

Weve been storing our 5th wheel at Peacos for almost six years. We love the anytime access as we regularly pick up and drop off our trailer during non-business hours. The RV spaces are wide enough to allow us to put out the slides on both sides of our trailer without moving it. This makes it easy to get in to clean and do maintenance without having to bring the trailer to our home. We love this place.

We rented a uhaul truck that had the engine oil light turn on while driving out of the lot. This location would not exchange trucks so the entire exchange process delayed our move by almost 2 hours. The sales guy did throw in 2 bundles of blankets and a dolly to use but return to this location for free. Because of the free items its not rated 1 star.

Rande...you are so fortunate to have a person like David Amado managing your facility. David is alway upbeat, professional, and gets things done. I addressed an issue with him concerning no power to my unit in the covered parking area. He updated me on what was taking place and said he would call me when the power was restored. In the interim he came up with a solution to provide power to my motorhome. I cant say enough about the good customer service David provided!

I was in a rush to complete a one way drop off from Albuquerque and instead of just inspecting and closing out the order they made drive around and park for them in their preferred spot. Plus it was really out if the way.

Within one month of storing my car at Pecos Storage, someone stole my car cover and some parts off of it. They have cameras, but I found out that they are not working, When I asked in the office, I was told that there have been other thefts. I filed a police report and the police officer called me back and told me that when he went there to fill out his report, that the sliding security gate was left standing open and that he had to go in to the office to find anyone. The owner refused to give me any kind of reimbursement on my rent or compensation for my loss, saying that he had only rented me a parking space. He also keeps no insurance, so it is up to you to file with your insurance in the event of theft or damage. Do not trust the security – there really is none! I immediately moved my car to a secure storage facility.

They dont answer the phone. I have been trying to cancel my storage for 2 months.

I have heard very good things about this business and when my family needed a rental we were impressed with the service and the overall way everything was handled A+ Pecos Storage!

I love this storage place reasonable in price and roomy. The reason why Im going to leave and warn everyone about this place is because recently the decided you are not allowed to dump your rv outside of business hours. Meaning you come back from a trip on Sunday evening you have to come back hitch your rig up just to dump it. Another example memorial day weekend you come back on Monday and there will be a lock on the dump so you have to come back tues just to dump the rig. This is absolutly a deal breaker and poor decision by the management. Renter beware !!!!!!!!

Had my spot less than a week and my propane tanks were stolen. I secured my new tanks ($350 to get everything fixed and replaced) and my battery with a lockable tiedowns that had wires running through the fabric and I did this as soon as I returned from my trip. Went out to the trailer to get something out of it less than 24hrs and someone tried to cut the security straps to steal my battery. The owner takes no responsibility and said he had no cameras looking where my trailer was parked. Dont use this place unless you want your stuff stolen.
