Danny is a stand up guy, who takes the time to explain issues with the car to you and discuss various options for any budgetary constraints. They are a service center who really care about building relationships with their neighbors. Highly recommend.

Me: Can you tell me how much it would cost in labor to install 2 parts on my vehicle?Shop: I dont install other peoples parts.Does this guy think I machined my own parts or something? Perhaps a better question, if Tony doesnt install parts from others, does he make his own? Just tell me you want the profit from the parts bill lol.

I took my 2008 Honda Pilot in for an oil change and a repair to my power seat controls. As always, the service was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. I worked with Dan and he was great. The shop diagnosed the issue I was having and found out I was still under warranty for it.They set up an appointment for me over at the dealer and sent my car over for me after speaking with me about it.I will definitley be back for any issues I might have in the future!

This is my first time with Tonys Service Center. GOOD QUALITY: The service done was what was expected from my neighbors comments. GOOD VALUE: Definitely. The cost was lower than the auto dealers cost. PROFESSIONAL: Very. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I was asked what service I would need and my questions were answered. As a side note, I live across the street but my age makes it difficult to walk it. I was driven home and picked later to get my car. ON TIME: Not only on time, but 1 1/2 hours earlier. I cant say enough about Tony or Tonys Service Center.

Not friendly on phone when calling. Asked for detailed info on quote given and was told that was not possible. Umm no thank you if I’m handing you $1500 dollars for repairs I want to know where my money is going. It’s a shame heard good reviews but not the greatest on the phone or with customer service.

Tony’s did a fantastic job repairing my bumper! I just walked in with no appointment and they took care of me right away! My car was ready within hours and I was very satisfied with the price! I will return for all my auto needs!

Great business. They did an awesome job with my K5 blazer! So far I’ve had them work on the ac, emissions, drivetrain and power windows. Danny is super helpful and Tony really takes pride in his work. I would recommend them to anyone.

My car started acting up on my way to work. I called Tonys and Danny was able to have me come in immediately to take a look. They offered me a ride back to work, which I accepted and was extremely grateful for. They had me a diagnosis and estimate within two hours, and I gave them the go-ahead about an hour after that. They were still able to order the parts, get them in, and finish up my car before closing time. They were efficient, kind and very helpful. I checked around and the cost seemed comparable to other places. It was a very quick and painless process, which isnt always the case when having car repairs done. Thank you all!

Great service with friendly facesI could not have been treated better. I stopped by without an appointment. Service included a tire rotation, tire repair and an oil change all in under an hour. The price was excellent. Much appreciated. I found my new oil change stop in phoenix.

I offered the maintenance guy outside $20 to help simply install my license plate. He took me inside and Im assuming the owner, Tony wanted to charge me $50. I was waiting for the; just kidding part, but he was dead serious. With that kind of price gouging, I dont want to know what its like on a larger scale. Jiffy Lube Installed my plate and only charge $4 for screws, and got a $20 tip.

Very qualified mechanics. The owner sent a mechanic to drive me on the highway to detect and single out the problems on my old Jeep. Then he worked out a program to prioritise the repairs in 3 schedules in order to dilute over some time the cost impact.He spent time to show and explain from a catalogue the parts to be replaced.Been there other times and very much satisfied with the results. Excellent reputation in the neighborhood.

Absolutely ZERO professionalism here. Based on the reviews, I was expecting to receive friendly service. I went in to get an oil change. I have a service warranty that I have used at another auto shop close by but they were closed so I went here. What a mistake. I had a humiliating experience with the owner, Danny Guido who laughed...yes he really “laughed” and said I’m not calling to get paid just for an oil change. It was very frustrating to get treated this way. I would never give a dime to this place.

Tony’s is always very prompt and responsible. They are honest in the needed repairs and pricing. We used to consistently take our cars to the respective dealers for maintenance and repairs but found certain sales associates to not be transparent. Tony’s has always treated us right and it’s a great local neighborhood business to support.

I was looking for an alternative to going to the dealer for an oil change. Pleased with work and I received an inspection report. There was no pressure to get unneeded work done. Only findings provided with suggestions. The shuttle was helpful in dropping off and picking up car. Thank you for your help. I will definitely return for oil changes.

Highly recommend their service! I got an oil change, tire rotation, air filter cleaning, and 65 point inspection for around $100.00. Everyone was very friendly and nice. They even offered a ride for waiting. As soon as my car was ready, they called me. They were very prompt and professional!

Danny and the crew at Tony’s are always responsive. They were able to pin point the issue with our car and get the repair done on the same day. Tony’s is never the least expensive fix but Danny always stands behind the work they do. I am a satisfied customer.

Love Dan and the crew! Went in morning after Christmas for oil change armed with book to read etc. While I was talking to Dan at the desk, very entertaining I might add, they changed oil, checked fluids, and washed windows and had me back on the road. Never got to even take my book out of the bag! Reasonably priced, friendly and great service. Been going there for several years now and highly recommend them.

I wish I could give negative star. Went for oil change, they have banner outiside says69.99 when I went inside to inquire first he was giving looks and seemed not interested and said 80$ without any interest to offer service.Never go here !! Save your time..

I brought my car in because I thought my a-c might need some work. Dan was friendly and efficient each time I talked with him on the phone. He called later in the day and said they tested the a-c temp in the morning and then in the heat of the day and that it was normal, so they did not need to do any kind of repair.He gave me some tips on how to cool the car down quicker when it was really hot - which are actually working. I appreciate that they didnt just do an a-c service regardless of whether I needed it or not. He said that if I noticed a big change in the near future to bring it in and they would apply the diagnostic fee to the repair. I felt they were trustworthy and competent - good news since Ive been looking for a new repair shop since the one I had been going to for over 20 years sold their business.

The staff was very welcoming of me when I needed emergency maintenance as I was traveling from Tucson to San Fransisco. Dan was very kind, conversational, and honest. I was dealing with an overheating engine and strange noises and after a diagnostic inspection he frankly told me that driving the car would be dangerous and fixing it would be more expensive than trading it in. He advised again fixing it even though it would’ve made him more money. The staff was also very informative and engaging as they looked at the car! GREAT ENVIRONMENT AND EXPERIENCE!

I needed my A/C checked before a road trip. They found a problem, ordered the part and it was fixed the next day. The repairs ended up being half the estimate plus it only took a few hours to complete the job instead of half the day so I didn’t miss any scheduled appts as I had feared. Location is super convenient. Shuttle driver Hans was prompt and courteous. Dan and Tony were excellent too. I hate getting my car serviced but this was a pleasant experience.

Danny Guido and his mechanics were as thorough as any service center I have experienced. Even more so that I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. I suggest if your tired of showing up at 6 am to get in line at a dealership to have your car serviced that day and prefer an easier way to do it, you take your ride to Tony’s Service Center at 16th Street and Missouri.

Brought my vehicle in late Thursday with multiple issues and picked it up Saturday morning. Outstanding communication by Danny the whole time. The costs seemed reasonable, more importantly I know Im driving a safe vehicle. Nice to know there are honest people out there that do the right thing these days!

We’ve brought all vehicles to Tony’s Service Center since moving to the neighborhood 8 years ago. We won’t go anywhere else, because they always do your job right, stick to quotes and give honest advice with no pressure. They use quality Napa parts instead of the no-name stuff some other shops use. When we started with Tony’s one car was in rough shape, having been maintained by a shop in California that I used because it was the only mechanic in the one horse town where I worked. Tony’s got it up to speed and kept us rolling for another 3 years until I could afford a newer car. Thanks guys!

Dan is the MAN. He communicates well, tells it how it is, and every time Ive been there, Ive been in and out in a matter of minutes. (I havent gotten extensive work done each time Ive gone however) BUT when I have gotten significant work done, they are always very flexible. Im VERY pleased with this shop!

My car had a dead battery on Saturday so we dropped the car at Tony’s on Sunday afternoon along with keys.At some point just after 9am on Monday morning, we received a call saying the car was done. We had the battery replaced, fluids checked and a low tire pressure light checked.I’m an extremely happy camper!!!!I had two afternoon appointments I needed to get to and was concerned as to whether I would have my car back in time.Tony’s Auto Service delivered!!!!

🤐 very expressive.. they were not reasonable at all on my 1992 s10 .. way over priced.. I couldnt figure out why my truck would not start .. and they said it would be at least$350.00 to look at.. unreal... 👎👀And then $100 or a per hour... So overall a good$500.00 just to look at it...

Tonys Service did a SUPER FANTASTIC job on my pickup. Very thorough, kept me informed of what/where/when. I feel Danny went above & beyond as he made calls & found parts i needed, even contacting businesses to replace incorrect parts that i had replaced with a different vendor! I broke down and had my car towed there and the charged me a $170.00 non refundable fee just to diagnose the issue. Had to do it. Car was dead. Their parts are way overpriced (doubled the parts store prices). It didn’t take them the hours they charged me for labor. I spent double what it would have cost me at other repair centers. Thank God I had an open credit card! Their work seems ok but wished they would have at least washed it for the cost they charged me!

I had my brothers Chevy pickup serviced here. We thought the whole alternator needed to be replaced but the mechanic at Tonys figured out it was just an oxidized battery terminal connection and faulty brake switch. I was out driving again in just a few hours. Saved us at least $1000. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area. They are honest, fast and can work on even new European vehicles. I decided to bring my 2014 Audi to them as well for a brake job (at 2/3 what the Audi dealer would have charged).

I think this shop created a situation that could have been disastrous. I sent an employee of mine to get air put in my tires, and when he was there, he asked how much air pressure should be in the tires - the mechanic told him to put the MAXIMUM pressure in the tires - 51 psi - which not only wears out the tires quickly (maybe theyre trying to sell tires), but once you drive for a while on hot roads, the pressure always goes up from there, and even more so if you drive up to Flagstaff. This could have created a very, very terrible situation, putting the lives of people at risk.

Have taken my 2003 Acura TL there for 10 years. This latest was for routine maint plus tire check (good) and battery (its the desert yknow). As always, the work was done well and on time and Danny was as personable as ever.

$65 too look at my tension pulley...Why?? They already knew its bad and gotta be fixed. Then try to say itll cost $500 to fix a 30-40 dollar item... Cuz you know 07 Lexus is hard to get parts for. Plus the big guy in the office was short with me and rude. Didnt even try to get me to stay for more than 5 min. Rather argue than find a way to make some honest money. Just let we walked away...
