I came here to have my ac compressor replaced. They were able to fix my car the same day and have payment options with no credit needed. The owner Alberto also clean my headlights for free as they were very dirty and I drive for Lyft.

The owner is rude. No customer service whatsoever! Just looks angry all the time. I wont be back, plus prices went up drastically.

I highly recommend 19th Auto Repair and plan to take my truck to them again. I came in without an appointment late in the day because my truck was shutting down intermittently. Someone spoke with me right away and within maybe 10 minutes they took the truck on a test drive. The very next day I was picking my truck up fully repaired!. Everyone there was friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I left feeling like I didnt overpay because all of the repairs were explained to me clearly.

The first time, I went late after work for an Oil change and also so they could do a diagnostic. I spoke to Alberto and asked if they could still do my service since it was 5:30 pm and they closed at 6pm. Alberto said it would be fine. after like 30 min he spoke to me regarding my diagnostic and mentioned I would need more than just an oil change so he was kind enough to not charge me for the oil change.Little did I know I would be stranded out of My work at Barrows Neurology and he would be the one to assistme. He had a tow truck pick up my car and take it to the shop. He then called me with great news I would never expected to hear . He mentioned they would not charge for labor only for town truck and he fixed my ac as well since the heat is very bad at this moment for this I am very grateful I really do recommend the professionalism and outstanding job they do.

If I could give a negative five start I would!!!Absolute worst customer service. Not once did any of the employees there acknowledge me and Ive been there for 40 minutes; I even called before I came in. The guy at the front desk was being chatty with some lady; walking in and out of the front desk area, he would make i Contact with me but not even a tell me that hell be with me in a moment, or to even give him a moment. I am very offended because all the Hispanic people that entered the location got helped immediately, while I was sitting there for over 40 minutes still! Will never return here

They fixed my radiator fan in a few hours and they threw in a free oil change!!! Definitely coming back and highly recommend!!! Thanks guys!

Horrible service, not sure if i came on a bad day but the staff was extremely rude. I wasn’t familiar with some of the technical names of certain parts and wasnt offered any explanation, i was just told to waste my money blindly. Will not be coming back. Do not waste your time!

I brought my car here for an oil change and a tire rotation, they did not tighten any lug nuts which damaged my car.. after bring my car back they promised a free oil change. They did not honor this promise and refused to give me my vehicle back after performing no oil change. The manager and owner yelled at me in my face refusing to give me my car keys back.

They were all professional he gave me a great price didnt take advantage of me or make me wait he explained the problem and fixed it cheaper than anyone else I recommend this place for all your repairs come and enjoy honest people and service

I give this repair shop zero stars..They quoted me $250 to change water pump and radiator fan. I received a call asking for $200 more than I was quoted after they started working on my vehicle. I told them that I didnt have the extra $200 and that I would be picking up my vehicle, when I picked it up, I lifted the hood to see what they started taking apart. I noticed that the fan clutch that bolts on to the water pump was almost round to get wrench on it. I brought it to their attention and they showed me what wrench they used and how they used it. When they showed me how they used it they turning it right handed instead of left handed. There is a red sticker right above the fan shroud, that clearly states clutch fan threads are left handed. They clearly didnt read that. I am very dissatisfied with what they did with my vehicle, also the customer service is very bad. I dont understand how they start working on vehicle and raising the price almost 80 percent more.They lowered price by $100 after I spoke with them, but I dont feel comfortable taking my vehicle back or recommending them to anyone

Got my oil changed, honestly won’t go back. Never called to let me know it was done, car was just sitting out with the windows open, went back and sat in the office for 20 min, finally got my keys. Guy who changed it unplugged my dash cam before he turned my car on which is sketchy.

Found this place off of a bumper sticker! Day before thanksgiving I found out my car was in trouble. My regular mechanic quoted me $1,000 for repairs and told me it wouldn’t be started until Monday. Came in without an appointment with front struts problem and they placed my car in the lift right away and installed what I have in my trunk. All I had to do was show up with the truck and let the mechanics do their magic. Their staff was very friendly & prices are reasonable. My truck stopped in front of their building in the farthest lane, and they immediately ran to the rescue and helped push it into the establishment. My truck was great and running the very next day! This time around there were no delays. My car had worked done as it was overheating plus i needed my brakes done. I drove my car right after for a good while and temp.went back to normal.on scorching heat. They had delay issues before due to having only 1 mechanic however this time i saw at least 4! Never go there . I was told they can fix my headlights and was charged $100 for just labor . I waited for 2-3 hours . The so called mechanic was working on my car, went to lunch and I was told nothing . I told them how to get to the headlights and office person said we dont take advice from customers . that should have been the first sign to not deal with that business . They left one wire dangling from the car I was told from another auto shop . The guy that was working on my car took an hour lunch and said it was only 10 minutes said the office person . I had the charges reversed on my credit card so they will not get paid and I will never go there even if they were the last place open

They ripped me off

I made an appointment because check engine light on...I already did diagnostic test and it was running lean. 8 hours later all they did was put in a pcv valve and charged me for 3 hours labor and a total cost of $80. The check engine light came right back on and no way was I about to get screwed a 2nd time. To Ford I went. If anyone knows just how easy air is to replace a pcv valve. you know this place is out to rob you. Stay far away!!

Very horrible experience. The customer service was aweful. I never had one clear conversation with the person in charge. He stayed on his phone and had multiple conversations going while I was trying to understand the work and price. He changed prices on me. One day the work was 130 the next day it was 170. But without clear communication his quotes were confusing. I never once felt like a values customer at all. He complained to me about losing money on running cards after I had spent almost three hundred dollars. to get nothing but tires they sold me without even checking my alignment. Every way he could this dude screwed me and I got all the work done in three hours up the street on 22 ave where he was honest and professional. I am just going to say it now. If you are a person of color do not give these men your money. They showed me how little they care about us or our dollar. Dont go here. The crew I can not say if they are reliable because no one can actually talk to me. But overall this experience was a complete waste of time patience and money. Horrible customer service. He is making the whole shop look bad with his horrible service. Dude could not even offer me water after three days of work in 107 degrees. Thanks for nothing. I just paid almost 300 damn dollars for a f#$%ing eggaerated tire change.

Been taking my older Nissan Altima here for a year and since its in good shape theyre dedicated in keeping it that way for me. All the employees are kind and friendly everytime I go there. The prices are reasonable and since im a returning customer I get the loyal discount from them. I would recommend them for your car issues.
