Great local insurance company for personal and business related insurance. Wonderful people to deal with! Their bundle rates beat everyone else Ive used before. They are always available and helpful, that makes life easier. Mr. Torres is very professional and honest, and I highly recommend this agency.

Theyre too expensive!! They offer you renters insurance for a discount which is a rip off!! I had an accident which my car was totalled because the driver was going to fast down a residential street as I was backing out of my driveway. I sent them pictures and my only witness was my neighbor (whom Ive known for over 10 yrs) so they would not accept her statement (BS!) after review I was told the accident was 60% his fault and 40% mine which I was ok with. After not hearing from them for over a month I receive a call from them stating that the representative that told me the accident was 60/40 was wrong and if I didnt have any other documentation they were going to take liability and it would be 100% my fault! Also if the repairs go over $1,000 I would be billed for the rest (which I wont be paying!!) My car is not driveable and I have no means to fix it, they did not help me at all but automatically took my $ every month for nothing!!! Do not do business with them!!!

Please stop selling your customer to Auto Glass Factory your agents sell your customers for $100 dollars each. For winshield replacement first of all they install Chinese winshields and thats inappropriate and breaking the law
