Anais has excellent listening skills and was authentically concerned about understanding; she persisted with follow-up until resolution that satisfactorily addressed my needs was achieved.

Im not sure this office is even operating any more. Any phone call is re-directed to the corporate line. The corporate line is extremely helpful but Im not going to continue to benefit this office with my policies if they arent really doing the work. Looking for someone new!

I am becoming extremely frustrated with this office. I have been a client for over 15 years and recently for some reason when I call there is no one available to answer. So I have to wait for a call back. Secondly, I have asked to speak with John Tucker and was advised that he would be given a message. I am still waiting for that call back, weeks later. I am not sure what has happened with this office but the customer service has fallen way below what I have been accustomed to in the past. Definitely shopping around.

Angelica Rosas is one of the more rude people Ive dealt with over the phone, this whole office is bring State Farms customer service reputation to shame and if you can get a different agent to represent you do everything in your power todo so.
I had been covered at this office for the last year after I swapped agents due to moving. They have never answered one of my calls ever and have never called me back. The final straw was when I moved. I called statefarms 1-800 number and requested my coverage be switched over. The representative on the phone was great and sent the paperwork to John Tuckers office to be processed. He totally dropped the ball. He never updated my mailing address and he never moved my coverage over. I only found out when I called statefarm asking why I hadnt been charged.100% avoid this office. Just go to any other Statefarm agent, dont waste your time here.
One of the worst insurance experiences ive ever had. They never answer their phone. Just took 4 policies elsewhere - State Farm lost their business because of this agents incompetence. I wonder if they read these reviews?
I have been with State Farm insurance for 32 years and this agent office is the worst customer service. They never answer the phone. Dont call you back when its important. Ive talked to corporate about this and still no results. Doesnt matter what time of day you call you just wont get a answer. I guess its time for a new agent or new insurance company!
I have had insurance through State Farm for many years with an agent who I really liked but he retired. I was given John Tucker, whom I have never spoken with,as his assistant Maria is the only contact you have with his office. I am very unsatisfied with the handling of my claim and am currently looking for another agent.
I have has insurance through this office since approximately 1997, when I bought my first home. At some point, I think around 2000 or 2001, John Tucker took over this office (other agent retired). I even brought my hubby over to him for car insurance!In all that time, I had never asked to speak w/ John Tucker. I just never had anything happen where I needed anything other than administrative assistance.However, I was recently rear-ended and my car had $8K of damage to it. The circumstances of the accident were, to say the least, unusual, causing the other insurance agency (of the guy that hit me) to take EIGHT DAYS before accepting the claim.Of course, I was a bit panicked. On about the fifth day, I called and asked Maria to please ask Mr. Tucker to call me. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. EVER. Not a call, not an email, nothing, NADA.And yes, I am sure Maria delivered my request to him. I really am.So, FIND ANOTHER AGENT that WILL take care of you, should you need him or her.Like a lousy neighbor, State Farm was Nowhere Near in my case.We now run our insurance though another company.
