I have used my agent Jennifer Swenson for many years for my home and auto, but over the last 2 years now for ALL of my business insurance needs. I own MBH Builders, a home building company, and use Jennifer for not only bonding but all of my Builder Risk policies for each new home.Her level of speed and response time, is seriously unmatched. When I have ANY need, it is done and solved in 48 hours or less.
Jennifer is a wonderful agent. Friendly, knowledgeable and I have never been disappointed with coverage or rates! I highly recommend for all insurance needs.
I was recently in an auto accident and the response from Jennifer and her staff was remarkable. They stepped in and handled everything from getting my car repaired to dealing with the other drivers insurance company. They made an awful situation a lot easier and I cant thank them enough.

Jennifer has once again out done herself. I am not someone to put reviews but after this weekend, I have to. Over the years I have moved all of my personal and commercial business to her agency. Her and her staff always go above and beyond- but this weekend she was in Sedona having family time and still took the time to help me out with an incredibly urgent matter. Jennifer you are the best, thank you again and know you have a life-long customer with me.
I was insured through this agency for about 18 months and only spoke with the agent when I was first establishing my policies (one for my car, one for renting) in August 2019. After that, I tried to contact them three more times for various changes/issues in December 2019, February 2020, and February 2021 with zero response. I ended up going through the main American Family line to resolve the first two, and switched away from this agency after the third failure to respond. Even when persons from the AF call center tried to reach Jennifer Swenson on my behalf, they were unable to get any response.I gave them WAY too many chances - I should have switched in December 2019 after I discovered that the renters insurance policy that was supposed to start in September 2019 was never bound and therefore I had no coverage for three months! Strongly recommend picking a different agent so you can actually get help when you need it.
Jennifer reached out to me and I was unable to make contact for a couple weeks. I am from Chicago originally and needed to transfer things over to Arizona. I called her back and others in the office were unable to help me and claimed they would pass the message along to Jennifer to return the call which she never did. Today I called Jennifer and she was very stand-offish when I tried to inquire about the process of switching over now that my policy in Chicago has ended. I asked her about an increase in price of over $100. She told me I needed to talk to the people in Chicago about the price because it came from their office. Understood, but it made no sense as I am no longer looking to work with that office or state. I was very assertive and let her know that I was trying to find out some information because no one had explained the process. She took offense to this and told me that maybe if I had called back I would have gotten some information. I explained to her that I actually did call back, and left a message with one of her agents. To which she responded that she would recommend another agent because I am already irritated and basically, my business was not a battle worth fighting. She tried to go on but I simply hung up because I don’t need the negative energy and there are plenty people around who I am sure know how to treat customers through whatever frustrations they may have. Once she saw the bad review, she decided I was worth her time and attempted to keep calling me after I told her I was now uninterested in anything she had to say at such a point. I was never upset with her, I just wanted information. I hope people can see from her response below that she is unprofessional and would rather play clean up than to treat people right the first time. She has called my age and intellect into question, and even called my agent back in Chicago to ask her to ask me to remove my review. Very unprofessional. Hopefully she does better in the future, but this encounter was unnecessarily unprofessional and I hope she doesn’t treat anyone else this way. I was honest and I never leave reviews, good or bad, but as I AM 23 and learning and growing everyday, I realized I didn’t need to defend myself against this lady or get nasty. Just speak the truth. You can’t tell people to take their business elsewhere, then call them multiple times to make amends because they publicly shed light on your unprofessionalism. Or get mad at the fact that they no longer wish to speak to you because you’ve been dismissive.... Good luck

Jennifer Swenson has been my insurance agent for six years and I have always found her to be very helpful. She returns my calls quickly and is happy to answer all of my questions. She wants to be sure that her clients understand everything about their insurance options. Last week I had an appointment to review my various policies and Jennifer was most generous with her time, told me where my current policies were the best for my circumstances, and even found a way to save me money on my auto policy without reducing my coverage. By far one of the best most caring agent Ive met so far. She truly cares about you and that you are covered appropriately and adjust to your insurance needs. Jennifer Swenson has very high rates and sketchy business practices.My quick story with her: My ex-girlfriend bought home insurance through her (not with my approval because I would have shopped for better comparison rates). When my ex and I separated, I shopped around and found she had been paying nearly DOUBLE the price through Jennifers agency. I discussed the insurance policy with Jennifer, explaining that we had separated and that my ex had moved out of the insured home. Unbeknownst to me, she switched the policy into my name without my consent. Then, when I told Jennifer I was going to switch insurance agencies, she told me I had to pay the final month of my exs policy. Of course I objected as it was my ex girlfriends debt. She then sent the debt to her collection agency.Avoid Jennifers high rates and sketchy business practices.
Customer service at this office sucks dont expect them to call you...Ever!!!! They know nothing about their policies either. Yah were switching agents. Only after we posted a review did they step up.
