I had previously worked with online insurance companies (progressive, etc) and decided to make a change when I needed to add my children to my auto policy. The team in Julies office have been great to work with. I actually prefer meeting in person, which made the experience even better. It has been 2 years since I started my home and auto policies, and I am still extremely happy with the coverage, service, and price.

Julie is super knowledgeable and down to earth person. Her office is clean and welcoming. Lots of parking.

I file a claim for a flat tire caused by hitting a pot hole. Which damaged my rim and front suspension. Allstate covered all the repairs and were very easy to do business with. How does the owner of the agency treat the agents who work there? If an agency owner does not treat his staff well, customers will likely not be treated well either.
