They take good care of my insurance needs.

They sent all of my statements to a random out-of-state address despite having both of my current addresses on file. They claimed that they could not change a semi-annual policy to an annual policy because of a balance on the account, which was the result of their address input error. I was able to get similar changes done to another State Farm policy, which had a balance at the time, at another office, so theres no reason why they werent able to do the same thing this time. State Farm has been good to me in the past, just avoid this office. They are the reason why I changed to another insurance company.

Received a letter requesting updated information on our alarm system. Called on the day we received the letter on December 20 the young lady gave me an email address and I asked her if she could contact me when they received info she replied yes. On Dec 29 I hadn’t received confirmation. Contacted my alarm company their response was they sent it had confirmation but yet State Farm has no record whe I called to talk to Justin they said he was unavailable and would return my call on Jan 2 still have yet to hear from him. My question will be who’s doing their job poor service poor communication and yes lack of care for customers. I will be call national office

Requested just to move my insurance from a Texas policy to an Arizona policy. I was told they needed to call my old office to get my information and would be called back in about an hour as soon as it was set up. Never heard back from them and the office in Texas said they never even received a call from Mr.Crains office.
