Same insurance 20 plus years 3 generations now covered, john is the best

Well from the beginning I had insurance with John for almost 15 years. I spoke with different agents through the years and they were awesome, but they eventually left Johns agency. Just recently like the past 2 years the service and responsibility of the current agents has been terrible including John himself. My wife and daughter got insurance elsewhere due to poor service and outrageous prices offered by this agency. My daughter and wife got insurance through another agency and got a much lower rate for less. I stayed because John personally adjusted my new rate after my wife and daughter left. He quoted me $150.00 a month. But I come to find out in November of 2017 I was charged $260.00, then in December and January $230.00 each month. These rates were hiked up without my knowledge. I called the agency and asked to be reimbursed the monies withdrawn from my account the past 3 months. An agent there said he will look into it and would give me a call. A week past and nothing... So I called back, and the same agent gave me the run around on what happened. So I told him that John Abercrombie should handle my policy personally, and that I wanted a call from him on why the rate jumped up and why he didnt notify me with the rate change. I would of never agreed to the hike. Now another week passed and Mr. John Abercrombie still has not called me nor made any adjustments to my policy. I would strongly urge consumers not to get insurance through this agency. State Farm itself is a great company and I will get my new policy through State Farm but with another agency that is more responsible and that will work for the consumer, not for their own pockets.... Shame on John Abercrombie Insurance Agency
