I have had nothing but frustration and headaches working with this Allstate office. Every request, policy change, policy addition, or question ends up being messed up or not done at all. I have spent so many countless hours of my own time following up, escalating, and making sure simple things get done with no follow up or initiative on their end. The one time I sent an email detailing some of my issues, Donnie forwarded that email directly to the employee I was complaining about and never reached out to me directly. Absolutely HORRIBLE office.

The receptionist needs a lesson in talking to people. Tried to speak with her about a few basic questions and she was rude and totally psychotic on the phone to the point where I had to hang up. The Owner / Manager needs to replace her with someone who is more balanced and understands how to treat people.

Ive been through Geico, state farm, progressive and a few others and they dont come close to the way All State has taken care of me. My home and vehicles are insured by All State. They go above and beyond!

Went to his office at 4:30pm on thursday to find out the price of adding a car to an existing policy. They were closed and their sign said open and they didnt close untill 5:30. Was disappointed because I drove 10 miles out of my way to go into an allstate to talk instead of talking over the phone
