I am actually sad to write this review but I felt it is very much needed as I have been a client of Erics for years...since I was 18 years old!! ( I am 28 now). But I must say, the staff is very unprofessional. I have been in a car accident recently, and I had to do all the work to settle things. Erics office did not answer my questions and always told me they would call me back but they never did.To sum this all up, the staff is very unprofessional and I have since cancelled my membership with State Farm. I actually like State Farm itself but its Erics office that made it such a hassle to get things done, so unfortunately, I decided to switch over to another company.
