This State Farm agent Martha and her team is extraordinary. Extremely efficient and helpful customer service. Great rates. And just wonderful to deal will all around! I will highly recommend them!!!

I would give Martha a high rating as she has good customer service and very helpful. When it comes to completing paperwork or follow up things it’s harder to get done. I called several times to this office and I am not impressed about her assistant Maria. I told her to relay my message and call me back on numerous occasions but have fail to receive back info.

THE WORST STATE FARM AGENT !!!! If you choose state farm do yourself a favor and pick another representative. After working with her for only a few months I switch my policy over to another agent. I was completely disappointed with her lack of professionalism and her inability to properly handle my account. When I needed her the most she was conveniently unavailable and never returned my calls. State farm is great, but again go with another agent because at the end of the day all she really cares about is getting a sale.
