I’ve been with State Farm for 20 years now and Jacob has been my agent since October 2018. Jacob and Dulce have been excellent to work with. They’ve always been quick to respond about any request or questions I might have. They’ve also been proactive by reaching out to me to review my coverage to see if I could save money by removing items I might not need. Highly recommend!

Most incompetent insurance agent Ive ever met.

By far the worst insurance I ver had, way too over priced was with them for 7 years I had an Altima I was paying 100$ for it a month which was nice, I got a 2010 Dodge Charger and was paying close to 200$. I called to see why my insurance was so high, they give me the explanation oh because your not old enough and it’s a Dodge Charger which is a sporty car, like the Altima isn’t a speedy car also. I turned 25 I was told my insurance was going to go down but instead it got raised 10$ more, which made no sense, I got fed up went in there with person to get a logical explanation but all I got was territorial bs and because of the make and year of my car. When I had the Altima I was paying wayyyyy less which made no sense it was a 2005 car and with my 2010 Dodge Charger I was stuck at 190 each month. Jacob showed me different quotes with this “territorial” bs and 2018 Charger models and saw that was lease expensive if you lived a certain area. The way State Farm makes the quotes is so imcredibly retarded, Geico doesn’t see that and they cover me way more then Statefarm does, and is 50$ less expensive also. But that’s not all they said they were going to charge me from the 1st to the 20th that’s when I canceled my insurance, i get the bill on the mail. And Jacob was charging me for two months a bill for 357$ I called and I got the worst customer service from this guy he was extremely rude in the phone and he didn’t even know how to explain to me that high bill, now there’s no way I’ll pay that 357$ bill statefarm is out of their mind this guy Jacob doesn’t know jack on what he is doing in that small office unprofessional
