Didnt have much to offer in-re to repairing a 2017 Honda CR-V alternator.

This guy completely wasted our time. We drove to phx from Tucson to replace my grandmothers alternator after he said he could get us a used alternator for $70. He said he would call us back on several different occasions to let us know when he had it. He never called. We went to his shop about 30min before closing and he wasn’t there; didn’t answer the phone; and the emergency number posted in the window didn’t work. What a joke; don’t trust anything this guy says.

Ive been around this man for many years now and I keep telling him that he needs to change his prices but he wont he doesnt charge for all the little stuff. Never is there a charge to test out the alternator or starter. hes a very honest and fair man going somewhere else is foolish, anytime I have any suggestions where they should take it I always recommend A&M alternator 5 stars all the way.

Trash company, told me an alternator was in stock so I drive all the way over there and then guy in store claims they never even had it in stock.
