I had such a great experience at Arizona Interlocks. Hector and Samuel easily broke down how it all worked and the install was so quick!

I’d recommend az interlocks to anyone that needs to get a interlock. I researched two other companies before choosing az interlocks. From all the reviews I gathered that no matter what company you go with the devices will malfunction from time to time from the heat or a new update gone wrong and the second party that these devices come from low cost or intoxalock are difficult to deal with. But after reading and comparing the reviews of az interlocks to the rest of the install and calibration company’s I saw that the reviews raves about the customer service of az interlocks. I gathered that having a interlock is a stressful situation to live with and the last thing I wanted when a issue arises with it was to walk into the company handing it and be treated poorly, dismissed treated like the degenerate I’m trying not to be and financially taken advantage of. I stand by the decision to go with them. I had a few stress-full days and a few non alcohol related mishaps with my device and I’d text hector or Kenny in a panic and they always listened, responded quickly and went above and beyond to provide outstanding service sometimes even helping me out after hours to fit my work schedule to calling me back and calming me down when I literally spiraled into a full panic the time my interlock came apart while I was driving. Never once was I treated like a criminal serving a sentence. I’ve heard horror stories about all the fines and fees other companies take on to their monthly fee. I paid the flat fee a month and a small fee to remove it early because I got my deferral. I highly recommend any of their locations.
