This company is terrible. Everytime I call I’m on hold for more than 20 minutes and I get hung up on most of the time. I also never get a call back when I request one through their automated system. So you almost HAVE to wait on hold. But good luck, most of the time after waiting for 10-15 minutes the call will just randomly end.Not satisfied at all. This company is terrible
