The new Manager, Andrea, is so professional and kind. I am happy that she is here. The grounds are well maintained and the 2 bedroom patio is huge! Cool pool area too.

I recently visited this community and found it charming. The landscaping was beautiful and clean. It is so close to downtown and easy freeway access.

Really like the community here. Everyone is super friendly & our dogs love other dogs that live here too. Complex is always clean and quiet.

I moved into VIA 21 in July after a horrible experience at my last complex. This place is great! Really well maintained and really respectful neighbors.the apartments are very nice and easy to clean and take care of. The pool area always looks beautiful. Parking spots are large enough for a pickup truck if you have one. Anything you need as far as groceries is within a couple miles. The front office is great and rent is easy to pay.

Great experience so far at Via 21. Great community and great staff that are nice and respond quickly. We have been in the apartment for about 3 months now and we love it. Also the location is great, its a very short drive to all the hotspots in Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because 5 stars would be perfect and there are a few tiny issues like the a/c unit being a little loud, the washer and dryer being a little out of date, but they are little things and overall a great experienceespecially for the price and location so far at Via 21 and cant wait to get to use the community amenities now opening after Covid restrictions are lifting!

This is one of the better move in experiences I have had. Scott has been extremely helpful and is quick to help with questions and concerns.The unit is very spacious and cute! Love the fireplace and the large patio space!! Highly recommend this place.

Grounds here are lovely and location is fantastic!

This place is quiet and clean. There are a lot of trees and green space in general. Super quick access to highway 51. 10/10 would live here again.
