I just got approved for another home and moved in. We had multiple options as well.3. My criminal backround is clean and we have no issues.4.You guys barely even let me in and told me that you had no listing available at the door. After I say my budget is 2k you let me in and show me 5 listings?Oddly enough, it seems like the people you have issues with are all of color according to my research.All the one star reviews and YouTube videos you post of people moving out? Claiming you will post their information online? Which you have on multiple occasions. Seems like a sorry practice. Care to elaborate more?5. Ill take down my bad review just like you requested. Ive been trying to get a hold of a live person to set up a time to look at a house for rent, havent heard back and every time I call its an automated service. To make an appointment on the website it asks for a debit or credit card info to confirm my identity.

There is only an automated system and they want you to pay the application fee online without ever speaking to an actual human. Seems extremely sketchy. I was seriously interested in one of their properties but dont feel comfortable paying without talking to someone.

Cara was always very attentive to my needs as a tenant and always worked hard to take care of repair needs or anything else that came up. She was very responsive to email and phone calls. I would definitely work with this agency again!

I put an application in for a home on 5/10/20. Paid application fee of $70.00. I have been calling and checking on my app with no response. Until today, I get a voicemail from Cara Breazeale saying House was rented, and I was denied. If home was rented I shouldn’t have been charged app fee that was never processed. I have been calling back and no answer. In a time of pandemic this company is scamming. I will be reaching out to Better Business Bereau and who ever else will assist with my refund. Latoya Smith

Greedy company I have deal with. When I move out they’re over charge too much. More than thousands dollars I have to pay. Even tiny problem they still charge. I have never seem that kind of greedy company before. Even I live los anglers never been charger that much in my lifeAlso I pay full month rate for last month and only live for one week then move out. Almost pay whole month rate for empty house. Give they a lot more time to find new tenants. When they over charge me. Never considered that.

Jennifer is the spouse and co owner-operator of the company that runs a sweatshop styled operation. Speaking to their maintenance workers, because they have no interest in doing a thorough job. I was informed and witness their efforts first hand .. on several occasions.. literally telling the workers to do the least amount of work possible. If you are a tenant of theirs; run as soon as your lease is up!! They have auto debited money out of our accounts, without permission .. lied about it.. until proof was provided ..then changed their tune. My credit wasnt the best when I went with them over three years ago... so I trapped myself in their hell hole. Dont get stuck with a crooked and disgusting company like this one. You will have high blood pressure and lies told to you constantly with noone swift to assist you in living a better life, as their tenant. Dont deal with what you can avoid...It took two and half weeks to fix the AC unit in May-June in Arizona... the 1st time and 4 weeks to fix it the second time it went out... June as well... it took 6 weeks to fix the water heater in February. They charged us for things that were never fixed. Be sure to take pictures and document everything. They act kind, but are eager to cut deep as soon as you turn your back to them.
