I was really trying to hold off on leaving a review but I never imagined an apartment complex could be this bad and unlivable. My car has been broken into twice in the span of 3 weeks. I called and left a vm on 8/20, 8/21, and 8/22 trying to ask about the sign that says there’s cameras in the garage but come to find out they don’t actually have cameras like the sign in the front says. Someone finally answered on the 4th day of calling about my break ins and no call backs and not even a sorry. Whoever broke into my car stole the door window motors and other random parts. The gates to protect the “secured” parking garage have been taken off multiple times leaving homeless people from the area to wander inside the parking garage to sleep or just hangout. They have pool parties at night most nights that go late into the morning sometimes keeping my girlfriend and I awake from the loud blaring music. I called a few days ago to leave a complaint after ignoring it and no one from the office has called me or fixed the issue. I don’t know if they got rid of their security but you can literally here it from the circle k. I’m actually currently listening to them blast a party rock anthem and can hear every word. If you are looking into renting here please reconsider because I highly regret it.

The maintenance guy, Josh helped us out with all of our request when request and even when our vehicle needed a jump he went straight to his car and helped us out without any second thoughts and that wasn’t even apart of his job duties.The property manager, Ryan have been so attentive, professional and helpful in everything since we been living here. The property staff is what makes the place a good property to live at, not only the property itself.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I really enjoyed the first few months of my lease here until slowly things kept getting worse and worse. The gate to the parking garage is ALWAYS broken allowing anyone to enter the building. Homeless people are everywhere, and even sleeping in the trash chute room. I never felt safe living here. Now that my lease is up I am getting charged a $1200 LEASE BREAK FEE when I never broke my lease? I have called the front office 10 times regarding this fee and nothing is being done. If you want to feel unsafe and get insane charges on your account then move here :)

Nice place but theres an unhinged number of junkies wandering around. Scared to even take out the trash because theres always people sleeping in the trash chute room. Building needs to take security way more seriously.

I have lived here for over 3 years and I’m in the perfect spot.I had an issue with parking they helped me.Issue with noisy neighbors they helped me.Issue with a roommate who wanted out of the lease they went beyond helping me and not only listened to me but also empathized with all my concerns.The office staff have worked hard for the entire complex in the last 3 years.The only thing I miss are the amenities that are closed because they want to keep us safe and they want to stay safe as well. But they are also in the works of slowly re-owning those areas with limitations!The maintenance crew are the sweetest and here within 1-2 days! Very friendly, respectful, clean and helpful!Overall great experience here and I will prob re-sign again since the housing market is a sellers market and I really enjoy it here!!!

I’ve been here for 4 years. From my experience, the staff are all really nice and professional. Sara has been great to work with. Cirq44 is in a central location, which works great for me because I work all over the valley. I also fly a lot and you really can’t get any closer to the airport. I’ve noticed a lot of gentrification along 44th in the past 6 months, which has been nice. This is a great place to live, especially if you’re single or a young couple.

After speaking to the staff over the phone, I was scheduled the next day for a walk through visit. As I arrived I was greeted by this young lady name Sara. Her professionalism and confidence in this work environment did not fall short of my expectations. We thoroughly went over rates and she politely answered any questions I had about these apartments.

Been living here for a long while when, this apartment complex was originally called Trillium 44. Seen a lot of changes! Now, that its called Cirq 44. Ryan the New Apartment Manager is hands down the best! This is a place that I will continue to call my home for years to come.

10/10 DONT RECOMMENDI want to start this review off by saying that when we first moved into this apartment complex, the staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. When touring the area the amenities are great! Pool and hot tub, parking garage, maintenance staff was mostly phenomenal, coffee, hotspots for studying or watching sports.Now with that being said, the amenities and most of the maintenance crew were really the only good thing about this place. Moving out of this apartment was nothing short of disastrous. From when we moved in to the time we moved out, (which we ended up moving out after only 3 and a half months), almost the entire staff was already switched out. Most of the positive reviews are from those previous employees. We ended up moving due to job and school opportunities that could not be passed on and we explained this to the management, expressed our apologies for having the leave the apartment early, and they seemed to have supported and been happy for us. The move out process was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Our lease was not up until January but we moved in November. We still had to continue to pay rent and electricity until our lease was up. We had planned to go back to Arizona for Thanksgiving to be with family and we emailed the Trillium management as well as gave them permission to walk through our apartment so that while we were in Arizona again for the last time before our lease was up- we could clean and/or do anything they recommended for us in order to receive our full security deposit back at the end of our lease. My boyfriend had made several phone calls to Stacy and sent several emails to I believe Arturo and never once received a response. He finally got in touch with Stacy when we got to Arizona for our family gathering and she finally responded that our apartment in fact needed a full deep clean and that they will be deducted from our security deposit.(Pictures of our apartment and appliances in the apartment that we cleaned before we moved out in November are provided below. Call me crazy, but this does not to me look as though our apartment needed a full deep clean) This must have meant that our apartment was fairly dirty so we asked her to please provide details of what needed to be cleaned so that we could go back to our apartment while in Arizona and take care of the apartment to help them, as well as ourselves. We again were receiving no response from Stacy. At one point, we even tried calling and emailing corporate and didnt even get a response from them. We finally at the end of our trip, made a stop to our apartment to confront the issue and try to get it all resolved. Arturo came up to our apartment with us to look at what he thought would need cleaning. When we first walked into the apartment, our fans were on. When we had left two weeks earlier, we turned them off to lower our electricity bill (which management said was fine as long as we had our AC set anywhere from about 68 to 75 which we did). When I asked why our fans were on, Arturo apologized and said he wasnt sure, maintenance usually turns them on after people move out. Although we were still at that point legal residents of that apartment and paying rent as well as electricity so they had no right to turn anything on, let alone go in the apartment at all for anything but the walk through unless there was some sort of emergency. As we all walked through the apartment, Arturo agreed that the cleaning needed to be done was normal wear and tear, but you guys definitely do not need a full clean.(See pictures below) By the time we got back down to the front desk, his decision changed and he stated that we did in fact need a full clean. Overall, the last 3 months that we werent living in the apartment, but were still paying rent and were still legal residents of that complex, the negative service toward us was beyond me. Trillium was extremely disappointing and I encourage you to go elsewhere. Here are the pictures of what they considered to have needed a full clean.

Second week here and it has been very good. Quiet, convenient, apartment modern. Inside parking. No complaints here. Staff helpful. Came through with the TV as part of the move in promo during month I applied. Happy camper.

I’m from MN and apartment hunting down here has been a nightmare. Fear not future Arizonians because CirQ 44 is the perfect place to be! CirQ 44 welcomes you from the airport! The move in process was clear and smooth! The residents are amazing and happy! Indoor parking is free! With the hot tub and pool, along with the outdoor area grills and relaxing spots, I really feel like I’m living in a hotel! They also have office spaces for WFH folks and lounge areas to watch TV. Pool table is free!!! 5 out of 5 if you want to live right here in the beautiful Phoenix valley.

How many times would you like for your pool to be closed during the hottest portion of the summer? Fire alarm malfunctions and tests first thing in the morning? Theyve got you covered. They bill themselves as luxury while maintaining basic amenities and higher than normal prices for the area. If you want meth heads scaling the walls of your gated complex, come on in. The one redeeming quality of this complex is their maintenance staff.

Management will ignore your emails, tell you they will call back then ghost you, and just basically just ignore you as long as they can. I have been dealing with a noise issue with my neighbors since early November and the office has done nothing to help. Ryan, Sara, and Stephanie have all promised to follow up with me on separate occasions, and then nothing happens. The only way to get a response is to follow up on your own after waiting a few days. The lease I signed has a very specific clause about noise issues within the community, but there is absolutely no enforcement whatsoever. I have reached out to the office 13 times in the last two months regarding after-hours noise complaints, including having to call courtesy patrol a few times, but absolutely nothing has been done.I have been waiting on a response from Ryan about getting out of my lease for about five days now, but I have a strange feeling that I am never going to hear back from him.

Love this property from the layout to the management property. Regardless of everything going on with COVID, they have been doing a great job at assuring amenities are available of course while taking safety precaution. They have communicating very efficiently. Appreciate the staff and all they do.

Antonio the maintenance man is the best thing about this place. I generally run into him just in passing but he gives a huge smile and says hello to EVERYONE every time I see him. Brightens my day every single time. He had to come on his day off and fix my AC and he didn’t make it seem like a bother at all. Quick and diligent and someone you can trust to be in your home, (that’s a huge thing for women!)He really brings value to Cirq 44.

I moved in here three years ago and it was all very nice and the staff was also very nice and accommodating. However when I first found this place on Zillow it had said it was fully furnished which was what I was looking for and come move in day I find out it was not. They did absolutely nothing for me and then management has been switched out since I’ve lived here like 4 times and only gotten worse. My car has gotten broken into here and stuff stolen out of it, to which they did nothing and other people cars have gotten STOLEN and they didn’t want to tell anyone living here. They only have cameras in the first floor of the garage and have said they are implementing more in the levels but haven’t. They’ve been saying that for 3 years. They also never emailed me about my lease being up in February so then I was kind of forced into resigning a lease having no time to look for other apartments and resigning at an immensely higher rate for a STUDIO. My air conditioning has broken 3 times since resigning, and me and my boyfriend last week got stuck in the elevator for over an hour and now half of my power isn’t working and there’s no maintenance on site. This has all been going on too while Clovis-19 is happening. They won’t do anything for the people living here who have lost jobs or are unable to pay rent or need to get out of a lease because of losing jobs and not being able to afford these ridiculously high prices. Also, the homeless population around this area has gotten extremely worse literally right outside. So if you’re planning on moving here, don’t.

Fire alarm has been going off constantly for a week now, they keep telling us that they will fix it. Kind of hard to work from home, contact clients, and conduct meetings when the alarm is going off constantly. Other than the maintenance department, who are amazing, place is not worth it. Cannot wait to leave.

I really appreciate living at Cirq 44 these days. They always get back to my emails, they continue to accept work orders, and they really try hard to accommodate us during this isolation. The staff has always been nice and I feel like they take into consideration our situations, even with whats going on now. They have closed off a lot of the amenities like the pool and the gym. The lobby itself is even closed. Its good to know that they are being so progressive in the fight against this virus. It feels like a safe place to live nowadays.

After changing ownership/management some changes were made, both good and bad. The good:new exterior paint and walkways are maintained (nut dusty anymore). The bad: the assistant manager and pricing. She’s not like-able and poorly keeps track of who has paid. We were encouraged to pay ahead of schedule and would receive raffle tickets for prizes. Rent was paid ahead, then charged again three days later (over $3300 in total). This caused the account to go negative and two charges for account overdraft (bank) and for a returned payment (Cirq 44) to be placed in addition to rent. Needless-to-say, she said she couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything about it... There’s been other issues we’ve had with her, but this isn’t that kind of post. Point is, last management team was leaps and bounds better for customer service. *Notice the past reviews were for Trillium 44 staff.

My experience at Cirq 44 has been great, the amenities are amazing and so is the customer service. The manager Ryan is very attentive, and personable. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy in your home. I would highly recommend living here.

Since the new management has taken over about 7 months they made a lot of improvements. The best thing they did was put lights in these hallways and garage. I’m an airport employee and I would be scared to come home before because Greystar kept the lights out. They painted the property, which I love the new colors. They installed brand new plumbing fixtures which is nice, Greystar provided me an old dirty one. The staff is very helpful and is always ready to help. Maintenance team is awesome and very respectful. The only Con is some of the residents don’t treat this place like Home and then maintenance has to pick up which I see them do daily. I would recommend this place, especially if your an airport employee.

I’ve lived her at CIRQ 44 since they have been open, with Baron properties. The new management team seem to always do what they say. The pool is heated now in the winter, woohoo! They have surfaced the jacuzzi and made it look really nice. Let me tell you the past management had every single hallway light was out. I work at the airline and coming home at night was scary it was like that for months. The new manager Ryan came in said lights would be up and they were. The paint job is beautiful and the office staff is cool but they take care of business. I just renewed my lease and let me tell you they give you the first parking free now, all past management companies always charged like $50 to park. I always call the office and they give me an update. I am hoping the gym opens soon but I have the pool so I can maintain. They did an early bird raffle, which I thought was cool and a tik tok challenge that I sent late but they are trying to keep everyone involved. Thank Ryan and the management team for keeping the property well kept and me as a resident!

The apartments are nice, as well as the other amenities that they have. Management has made some changes recently that have affected many of the residents here and they give no reason for making these changes. They took away many of the visitor parking spaces in the front, they also took out the shower heads and the water pressure is so low it’s hard to even shower now. Also, it’s just my opinion, but the new sign is ugly.

To anyone considering living here, I would really seriously reconsider.Management constantly disregards your complaints about small issues, and is NEVER able to do anything for you because of “Policy”.For example: My car has constantly been dented and and vandalized, but of course my PAID PARKING doesn’t matter because management can’t do anything about it, not even move my parking that I’m paying for.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Trillium. I absolutely love their professionalism and the staff. Every deficiency was met expediately, which were not many. I am going to miss my adorable apartment but I needed a three bedroom for all my clothes and shoes. I loved the gym, pool, hot tub and most of all the 24 hour community club house.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would pick that. This management company is the absolute worst, and I can not wait to move out. No communication exists between them and us and always has us calling in to obtain info. We have been left in the dark while this whole COVID-19 has been going on. Our friends that have Greystar, in turn have way better communication, the company is moving safely and reasonably with their amenities, while this company has excuses. The staff is generally nice, but again, lack communication. I can see why ConAm has horrible reviews. Save your time, frustration, and money, look somewhere else. The only saving grace is the location to the airport, but I’ll gladly pay an Uber after my move to take me to and from the airport.

I am not one to complain and have never written a review (good or bad) on anything before so when I say please take this review seriously please take it seriously! VERY VERY VERY long story short. Beautiful complex, beautiful apartment inside, great amenities, thats it. Elevator often broken (stairways are exit only with no way to re-enter making this a HUGE problem), hallway lights ALWAYS out, terrible front desk communication. Hallways always smell like marijuana no matter how many warning emails are sent out. The trash chutes are always clogged up and people begin throwing bags on trash on the floor instead of walking them down the parking garage ramp and throwing it in the main dumpster. My husband and I quite frequently found ourselves walking not only our own trash but other peoples down to the dumpster when this happened. There was once a whole couch in the trash room that wreaked of marijuana. This is supposed to be a gated community, the gates to the parking garage have been broken so they left them wide open for several days straight. This wouldnt be as much of a problem if there werent so many sketchy people and homeless people around. The two gas stations that are a 2 minute walk from the complex attract VERY SHADY PEOPLE. The last straw was when our apartment got infested with termites and they did nothing to accommodate us (aside from letting us out of our lease for free). Since the termite tunnels were hanging from the ceiling above the bed my husband and I slept on our small couch in the living room together. The complex knew everything, had photos and videos the whole way and the only thing they did to help us out was let us out of our lease early. We slept in the living room of our one bedroom for almost a month with all of our furniture in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway. We had to begin moving our stuff out of our apartment into family members garages and then had to rent a storage unit as well. When pest control came out to treat the apartment they knocked down the 20 INCH TUNNEL HANGING BEHIND OUR BLINDS and crushed it into the carpet without letting us know or even trying to clean it up. Looks like they just kicked it as close to the base boards as possible. If you know anything about termite tunnels there are LIVE TERMITES in these hanging tunnels so I let the front desk know what they did and still no offer to do anything to compensate us. We have several thousands of dollars worth of musical equipment/furniture in the bedroom specifically and the apartment didnt offer to fumigate our stuff, put us in a hotel or anything like that. On top of all that, when they began treating the termites, they got WORSE in our apartment. Overall, poor customer service, poor communication, terrible upkeep, and MISERABLE experience with a Grey Star community. Photo shows the termite tunnel they broke on the carpet and didnt clean.

Nicole is the reason why Trillium 44 runs smoothly. Her management, business, and communication skills really go above and beyond. The leasing office staff has been changing constantly- people in and out... and I personally believe Nicole is currently the reason why there is still a structure. She doesnt just care about leasing to new residents, but she also shows and proves everyday that she cares about the current residents too- which at the end of the day is the most important factor in running a business... having and keeping your residents/customers happy.

New management has taken over and as is often the case here in Phoenix when this happens, the management has gone down completely. Yes, theyre cleaning up some hallways but they completely changed the way packages are received - now theyre dumped at our doors and if they do get delivered at the office, the office no longer notifies us of the delivery. They never emailed us to explain the new changes and even though people have complained, theyve still made no attempt to communicate these changes and whats expected for the future. This is just one example have several issues, that myself and my neighbors regularly complain about. But Im sure theyll find someway to blame the residents or make excuses when they comment. The 5 starts you see was NOT earned by this new management, so think twice before moving here.

Absolutely the best place Ive lived in Arizona within the 5yrs Ive been here. Staff is great, nice & helpful. Amenities are perfect. The events that management does for us is appreciated from the food trucks, game night, wine down Wednesday, and etc. It would be nice if the pool had lights in it so that we can swim at night. But overall who could complain. Its like a mini resort.

Ive lived here for a year and regret signing a 14 month lease. I loved Trillium 44, I loved it here but i did not renew with this new agency. The inside of the apartment is the only good thing now. They switch management at the end of last summer and it has been one atrocity after another. From the gate being broke for weeks (Ive had 2 inicednts of homeless in front of my patio and entryway door sleeping), then taking the gatecode away as well as visitor spots. I have never had a package stolen before but im now in process of reporting my 4th one. I live on the first floor right in front of the exterior stair door so other residents must think its a grab and go. The office has done nothing but Im losing hundreds of dollars in these situation, Ive even had groceries eaten when I had whole foods delivered 😡 DO NOT LIVE HERE THIEVES LIVE HERE and the office doesnt care.I am about to move and they are trying to make it difficult. I chose not to renew and let them know well in advance and now they have no recollection and request a 60 day notice so I have to pay for 3 more weeks! I am so glad to be moving to Encore next door who has all their amenities open and its brand new.

Trillium 44 is the best property I have lived at in Phoenix. I am new to the area and there are tons of awesome activities that Trillium does that makes it a step up from its competitors. Nicolette leased my apartment to me. When I came in she was super knowledgeable and professional. She was also friendly and understanding about my needs as a resident...which I didnt get at any other complex I looked at. She made it one of the easiest leasing processes I have gone through, which I loved! I would totally recommend trillium and say it is a bonus for young professionals who want to live in a modern, upscale, community. There are lots of friendly people here and things to do.

UPDATE: This once decent place to live has really gone to hell recently! Of the 2 elevators that I can use to access the upper floors to my apartment, one has broken glass in front of it as well as inside of it. The other elevator has a bottle of juice all over the floor... Residents freely smoke weed wherever they chose around the property since those rules are not enforced anymore. Just today a guy was walking down a first floor hallway smoking a joint! When I walk to the parking garage I have I to take a big step over dog piss that is always there from someone taking their dog out to pee right in front of the door! Really?! Last week in the stairwell there were 20+ cigarette butts and empty mini liquor bottles everywhere, management was informed and guess what? They are still there plus now there are some empty cigarette packs! There has been a big bag of trash in my hallway for the past 3 days and is really starting to smell, very embarrassing for my guests to see when they come over! The high rent Im paying does not justify dealing with this and I am counting the days until my lease is up!Thankfully the people partying in the courtyard for the past hour, have now staggered back to their apartments and not a minute before 2am on a weekday! So I guess I can finally get some sleep!

To begin with, this place is fantastic! The amenities are great for the price we are paying. I am a physical therapist and I feel they have one of the best gyms around (which is available 24/7)!! When I first moved in Gabby was really helpful by giving me a tour of the building again, ensuring I knew where to grab my packages, and who to contact if I ever needed help. The building is very safe, you almost feel like youre in an oasis and on vacation! The best part of the complex is youre near the airport! I have lived here for a few months and I work often from home... I have heard the plane twice! So dont worry about the noise of the airport. I think a few people had a few bad experiences and complained. But come in and speak with Gabby!I needed assistance with my dishwasher and shower head when I first moved in, the next day Trevor came and helped fix my issue! They are always walking around and if you ever need maintenance help. Trevor is very professional took his shoes off when he entered and fixed my problems!

Trillium 44 has been and continues to be an amazing experience. I deeply enjoy helping people move into such a beautiful and unique community. So far we have made wonderful memories at our community events and I cant wait to see this community grow in 2016!

One of the best apartments Ive ever lived in. Love the amenities, love the fact that you can walk to the train to take you to the airport, and they dont gouge you with hidden fees when you move out. I would absolutely recommend

Trillium 44 has a fun, friendly and social atmosphere to it. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (especially Kiyla). Unfortunately I had to move states for a job but I enjoyed my stay at Trillium 44.

It appears nice but everything is very cheap from a construction stand point. Granted Im giving them a 4/5 because if their great location, appearance, and they have a very fast and great electric car charger.

Apartments are amazing leasing office is horrible I was discriminated against they broke the law asking if I was a citizen of the United States. The fair housing act. I really wanted to live there I found another appartment with the same price a few blocks away.

What I watched today was an eye opener and a little scary. If you have any problems with the law be careful staff will open the door for the police. Its unfortunate but it was Done today! At 1050am 7/10/18. I am all for people doing the time for the crime but I believe in privacy far more. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. 😳

Lived here for a year and am very sad to be moving out. Amazing amenities. The pool, gym, and lobby are top notch. There are grill areas in every courtyard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a new complex so I didnt need to call maintenance often, but when I did they came immediately. If i wasnt getting a house I would absolutely stay.

We will not be renewing our lease here. Weve been living here for almost 6 months. At first, the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We were one of the first to move in on September 1st. A lot more people have moved in and its gotten loud. This apartment has an awesome pool, hot tub, and bbq area, however, tenants do not use it respectively. At night 70% of the time there is loud music and partying by groups of people who most of the time dont leave till 12am-2am. The area is close to the airport which isnt the safest area to be in but this apartment complex is located in a business park so we didnt think it would be a problem. WRONG! There are constantly homeless people sleeping on benches around the complex, sketchy people meet and loiter around the complex as well at night. Weve complained 3 times to the staff about noise. Theyve told us they would check the cameras and get back to us, but NEVER have. Were supposed to have dedicated security guards & security dispatch here and if there is an issue theres a number to call. Ive attempted to use the number several times and had ALWAYS gotten a voicemail with no return calls. Now that they improved security, they dont do anything.

The below reviewer mentioning horrible cell service is 1000% right and Im confused as to why they would reply with you should check with your cell provider, we havent heard that before. Anyone who comes over, from sprint to Verizon, gets almost 0 service in some parts of the garage, as do I. So Im surprised they havent heard that before. And its pretty bad in my apartment at times as well. Granted the wifi helps a little but if you work from home or work on your phone a lot taking calls thats a negative thing. Other than that everything is pretty fantastic, been here 4 months and no issues with noise etc. but Im pretty easy to please.
