I have lived at these apartments on and off since about 2014. I always come back because it is familiar and not an overly large complex. As the rent continues to increase in Phoenix, I expect the service and maintenance to match. However, this is not so much the case. In April, we experienced two water leaks in our bathroom. Once from the main water line, which was repaired timely and a second time from our upstairs neighbor overfilling their tub. This repair was left unsightly until I opened another work order to complete the work in July; however, to this day, it still has not been painted. I wrote an email to Acclaim Management requesting it be completed a week ago, and since I haven’t gotten a response back, I decided to share my review with everyone. The maintenance & upkeep of the common grounds has gone downhill. The community dumpster is always overflowing, and the parking lot has developed potholes. There are stains on the hallway walls and in the elevators, broken light fixtures, and constant pool closures. Overall, I wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone at the current rent prices with poor upkeep.

This apartment was okay, a little expensive for the size and location. Maintenance and janitor staff were always so nice when Id see them outside. Mostly quiet neighbors, although you can definitely hear the person walking above you. The office does some food days and contests. Its on a very busy street and the light rail is being built to run right next to the apartments so there is always traffic and construction noise. Overall good experience.

Acclaim apartments was our familys first experience renting in the US and it was phenomenal. All of the administrative procedures were simple, fast, without any inconvenience. Chelsea and Kate were extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs, never letting us wait for an answer. The maintenance personnel (forgot his name) goes above and beyond to keep the complex looking clean and beautiful, and if any issues occurred at the apartment, he responded immediately. The only reason we left is because the family is growing and we require a bigger space. Sincerely, as a family we recommend Acclaim to everyone. I moved out because I bought a home but my time here was great. The apartment was in great shape, inside and out. Everything was well maintained. The area is safe and quiet. Office staff is efficient and responsive as well as the maintenance staff. The gym is nice, they even have towels and the pool is great. Move in and move out process was smooth. I would definitely recommend.

Big shout out to Kate (front office Manager), she has worked with our unique lease extension with courtesy and professionalism. The front office staff (Chelsey and Crstaline) are very kind and responsive. We have lived here for 18 months and have enjoyed our experience.

Ive worked with this apartment and leasing staff for over 2 years now and they have been very warm and welcoming. They gave me a tour of the property (which is beautiful) and showed me all the amenities on site. residents onsite seem to be very happy! Ive hosted numerous events here and many residents have a wonderful sense community. Great property and great management, 5 stars all Day!

This apartment complex has completely gone downhill. It gets broken into all the time and people steal things out of your car. They claim to have security but all the security does is sit in their car on their phone. Office staff are completely incompetent and unresponsive. This isn’t just due to COVID because they were unresponsive prior to COVID. Many times the pool is locked when it’s supposed to be open. The office is terrible about communicating with residents. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere to rent an apartment. I’ve had nothing but problems from this apartment. It’s not worth the high rent prices for what you get because half the time the amenities don’t work or aren’t open.

This place looks nice but the service level living here is even better. It’s one of the best deals in the valley. I would completely recommend living here.

Be aware that Acclaim is out to nickle and dime you into oblivion. Its to the point that what could have easily been a 4 star review really only deserves 2. I will say it is a great community, with a great pool but when you learn your first months rent for a $860 apartment is $995 after tax, youll know youve been swindled. Consider yourself warned.

I recently just moved out of this complex only because what I wanted was not available when my lease was up and in my price range. Lived here 6 years and LOVED it! Office staff and maintenance teams are great. Complex quiet and safe. If they have what Im looking for when my new lease is up I will move back to Acclaim.

This place is great I cant get enough of this place, my office staff are great always right there when I need them. Wish it was more parking but it cool. Love the new color of the building. Love my 24hr fitness club and clean pool. Overall great Community.

Not sure about the negative reviews but I absolutely love living here. My apartment is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. I’ve only seen a couple people on my floor; it’s always so quiet! I have a gorgeous view of North Mountain and I’m so happy living here.

I love living here, the only gripe I have about living here is the parking and how narrow the space feels (our vehicle was hit twice by other residents) and the fact that legal medical marijuana use is prohibited in the comfort of your own home. Other then that I love it and Kate is awesome, she’s very helpful and willing to help accommodate your needs with a quality living environment.

Chelsea is the best part of this company! She is very informative, respectful, responsive, and very professional! She deserves a raise!

What can I not say about these beautiful apartments homes, the neighbor are friendly, management team always there to answer any questions you may have, and you cant forget the maintenance guys as soon as you put a service request in the next day the problem is fix. The Acclaim Staff always treat us nice anyways looking out for us. I never stayed in apartment where the staff goes above and beyond for their residence. Its more than apartment, its home with family.

Very cool property with interesting floor plans. I have lived in both a studio and 2 bedroom loft. Location is very convenient being right off the I-17. The staff are all great a well!

Recently moved from the complex in mid April and a month before my move out date my car was towed. From what the towing company was told the car was abandoned but Ive been a resident of the complex since 2017. I confronted the leasing office about it and nothing was done at all, couldnt even apologize or offer to help me straighten things out with the DMV and towing company involved on the mistake they made. Here we are almost 2 months later and im still dealing with it. Would not recommend this complex unless theres a serious change of management.

I’ve lived here for a year now. And I haven’t had any issues at all. Maybe the only thing I can maybe complain I guess is that, they don’t accept anymore packages anymore at the office. I did have one package stolen from my front door but must of been someone that Had just moved in or moving out because I’ve had big expensive stuff delivered and the packages we’re till there untouched. Luckily that who ever stole that package got something that was cheap. There’s always that one person who I guess really needs it that they have to steal it. But I’m able to have my personal stuff delivered to my job so that’s why I’m still giving it a 5 stars from me. Not only that, but they do fun stuff once if not twice a week for all residents like catered food for example. It’s quite, friendly and the staff is top notch. When my package was stolen they gave me a Starbucks gift card for the inconvenience “they didn’t have to”. They also have an elevator for those who might need it.

It was a nice experience living here. I was only at this apartment complex for 6 months, but enjoyed the quiet complex. It was good quality for the price - no bugs, quiet neighbors, gated community, nice and attentive staff, convenient location. The quality of the building cleanliness, carpets, windows, and appliances was moderate. It is not located in the nicest part of town, but I never felt unsafe and kept to myself.

Called a week in advance to do a walk through of the apartments! Had an appointment at 5 PM. The lady on the phone was very kind and told me that she would schedule the appointment and have the manager (who was on vacation at the time) walk us through a one bedroom. I asked if 5 was an okay time for me to go since I worked, she said it was good and that the last appointment they take is at 5:10. I said great! Get off of work early to drive an hour and a half through phoenix and as soon as we get there (at 5, they closed at 5:30) the manager tells us we are too late, they don’t do walk throughs this late, and there a no one bedrooms to even look at.It’s a bummer because the place looked nice, but the management communication seems poor. Make sure to talk to a manager or someone and write down who you are talking to and maybe even call several times to remind them of your scheduled appointment? Or just find a better place!

I was dubbed the 2nd longest resident (4+ years) to live at Acclaim which during my time there has been nothing but great. The management staff to the maintenance crew have been exceptional to me. They rolled out the red carpet for me, and when I put a work order saying my carpet had a stain what did they do? With haste cleaned it right up! You guys rock!

This place is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Theyre so accommodating, they even gave us a partial return on our pet fee since we decided after a week to not keep our cat at the apartment.The only downside and why this isnt a 5* review is because theres a lot of road noise if youre facing the street. And were not even right on the street. Dual pane windows would go a long way for this place.

Acclaim Apartments are great! I am in love with their loft layouts on the fourth floor, it feels like downtown living without the downtown costs. The complex is quite, the pool is kept clean, and the people are friendly. It is really close to the i17 for easy travels across town. This is a great place for GCU students as well due to the close commute. Five stars!

No real complaints, have lived here for about 2 months now and Im loving it. Its right next to work, has a good pool, covered parking, etc. The office staff is great so far. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix things. Weight room is pretty good.Update -Lived here 2016-2017. I enjoyed living here, except there was a brief roach problem that I dealt with myself.

I’ve been meaning to write this from last year. Came out from PA in August last year to find an apt. Chose acclaim. Went back home to PA. We planned to move in October. I called several times to ask about the apartment style we chose, location within complex, etc. Staff was unfriendly, curt, or “so sorry, can’t help” about everything. Since we were across the country and were going to arrive a day before the move-in (we paid movers to help us and would forfeit our deposit if the date changed), I asked acclaim if my relative could check out the place. Big NO from acclaim. I talked to them on the phone THE DAY BEFORE we arrived, and they didn’t tell me that their elevator (for all our furniture—we were in the 3rd floor) had been broken for a week and that it would not be repaired for “several days.” We asked what we should do, and the staff shrugged. Shrugged! Our furniture wouldn’t even fit up 3 narrow flights of stairs. We had to forfeit the deposit for the movers, pay three extra days for the uhaul, 3 extra nights in hotels for 3 people, pay another group of movers. How much? $2000 lost. And do you know what acclaim offered us? A $200 gift card. Before they told me about the elevator, I saw the apartment, and the bathtubs were dirty! She said, “Oh well, I’ll have someone scrub them.” I usually don’t write negative reviews unless the company or service was rotten. I even waited months to write this because I didn’t want to be rash. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Obviously we don’t live there. Total unprofessional, unethical nonsense.

When I first moved in I had roaches in my apartment and I freaked out. I would call the office to make sure they came and fumigated (they did) and in a matter of two weeks they went away. Melinda is SUPER helpful and super nice! She made sure all of my questions were answered and requests were done. The only complaint I have is that the outside of the building smells so much like dog urine. There were some roaches in the pool as well.

Lived here from 2016-2017.Pros: Beautiful two story studio with balcony, bug free, quick maintenance, nice residents, nice pool, adequate 24 hour gym, and decent neighborhood. The elevators always smelled like fruit snacks! There was rarely ongoing noise like parties or loud neighbors.Cons: My floor always smelled like pot and I witnessed people smoking cigarettes in the halls several times. Management couldnt seem to do anything about it as it was after hours. Agree with some reviewers that people can be loud at the pool which made it unpleasant and non relaxing. Same goes for the gym. My car also got stuck inside the garage a couple times so I had to take a Lyft to work. I also woke up several times a week due to street noise or other residents pulling into the parking lot with their music blasting in the middle of the night. There was also a littering and graffiti problem.Overall I quite enjoyed my stay since I mostly kept to myself. I would have loved to stay had they not raised the rent.

These apartments are a great option. A couple of things, the staff is always responsive which is great. Some of the people in the community are quiet messy. A lot of littering in the community and the poor staff can only do so much. People keep to themselves for the most part. Being close to the 17 is extremely convenient. The traffic into downtown is a breeze M-F. I would renew my lease but it is no longer close to work. Lastly, the parking is not the best if you have guests over. For the cost, really great option.

I have lived here for 5 months.The pool community here is very loud from lunch until sundown they play loud hip/hop music, they yell, and it is not pleasant. I get it, people have kids and pool parties but they really do not have to blast their music to the point where I cannot drown out the bass of their music with my own music inside my apartment.Bug free and safe so thats nice. There are also monthly events like pizza night.However, do not get a car garage. Your car will get stuck in there. My garage remote has been reprogrammed 3 times. My overall gate key has issues too, it only opens 1/3 entrance gates while my friends remote can open all three. They told me mine was designed that way when I brought it up.Also be aware that they have odd fees when it comes to paying rent. They add administrative fees up to 30.00, also water is a separate fee. So do not count on paying your set month rent fee.If you have subscriptions that does not use fedex or USPS, their office will not accept those packages. If you use Amazon, forget it.

Looks nice but they are over price and shady. They will half tell you information that is needed and charge you after not providing everything. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Great olace to live and great location. Close to the freeway i17 and i 10 literally walking distance. Close to gas stations and grocery stores. Westrigde mall is i mile north of the location and so is walmart. This was a great pick for me and im sure it would be for you

This choice was a last-minute one and it did not let me down. Yes, rent is a little on the expensive side but they are a safe community. We are not in the best area of Phoenix, yet it is tucked away among corporate buildings making it not-that-ghetto. The community is gated and have never had problems with the outside. One of my biggest concerns was bugs, and this is the only place I have never found such thing. Not one ant, roach or even spider! If it werent because we have to move to Mesa when the lease is over, I would be renewing. I definitely recommend this place.

By far the worst apartment experience ever this place is a rip and has poor management. think twice before you consider this place and make sure that when you do a walk through everything works because the walkthroughs that they say they do dont and you will find yourself trapped in lease you dont want to be in and you wont stay more than 1 lease term because they will raise your rent and say its based on market price. if you dont want to get ripped off and overpay for bad service take a look at atrium court apartments much better staff. i regret moving here and i wish i would have moved to their other property. they have major insect issues due to lack of spraying the property adequately. if you are plan on coming here make sure you check the paint job in the apartments because atrium court actually gives you a full new paint job not acclaim they only do touch ups and dont do a good job at that. they dont clean the apartments right either before you move in. Im still a resident here and cant wait till the end of my lease to move which is over at sometime next year. if you dont want to get ripped off and price gouged try the apartments down the street. thank you latter. atrium court apartments almost paying 1000 a month for an apartment with no patio. worst experience ever. beware.

Three is generous today. Im an extremely patient person and Ive had it. The gate keys didnt work. We were told yep... They dont all work.. Umm, OK. Now some are so bent they wont open. Id literally be trapped inside. Then the car gate sucks. Had been broken and now hardly responds to clicks even with new batteries. Last call for repair has not been addressed after the guy needed a big ladder and help. Zippo. The elevator keeps going down and I keep getting blank looks. Eh, the vendor is coming tomorrow.. The vendor is going to fix it. Really? Thats what they said this morning and it lasted a couple of hours. Show me you care! Nope, Im told we have stairs... Yeah, really? Oh, the stairs with no lights and the smokers? Sure doesnt feel like there is any pride in running the place... Sad.

Very nice apt homes with state of the art facilities that include swimming pool,barbeque grill station, popcorn and coffee station, latest Hollywood movies library and gym round the clock for the fitness freaks...the service and maintenance team process all the service requests as soon as possible and they try to accommodate most of your service requests ..the leasing people are sweet and warm n always greet u with a smile ..and the neighbours are awesome here... They have variety of programs Evey alternate Thursdays and residents events ...they had a pool party, tasty thursday treats...breakfast on the go program ...even something for your furry friends ..yes they had program for your pets ...they go tht extra mile to make sure u feel comfortable in the apts with the patrol and night duty Watchmen (security) and the car parking facility is good here ..and also they keep some program every now and then and they had a ice cream float party for the scorching summer heat and a pool party recently which was very good for this Arizona heat ...the apartments are nice ..they furnish it wid an Oven,fridge and Italian kitchen with compartments n shelves ..they equip every apt with dryer and washing machine ...you can choose from studio to a two bed two bath as per your budget ....its a decent place to live and I can say that as k stay here myself and once u live here u will know too tht these Apts are the best ones to live in Arizona ...

Called to come and look at apartments! Loved the apartments however upon arrival my brother and I were not greeted right away. The young lady looked at the both of us as if we didnt belong. When telling her what I was looking for she gave me higher prices then what is online and said it very arrogantly as if I couldnt afford it. She made very smart remarks and seemed a bit racist. I felt very uncomfortable and Im totally second guessing everything now. I guess I should look at other places.

The staff is nice, the apartments are kept up, the pool is nice, but there is just something about this place I can not pinpoint.

I lived there two years incident-free while they had issues w/ break-ins & theft in resident parking. Then I was late one month.I felt forced to sign & turn in keys by the 10th stating they can take ownership of my property inside unit. Needless to say no other arrangements were offered. Some of the staff was very aggressive to the point I felt harassed.I would check with your local EPA they have mold issues other than that they have great location & beautiful property. Unfortunately I had a poor experience

Rent could always be cheaper, but this place is perfectly tucked away in the craziness of Phoenix. The location is spot on: 7 minutes from the 17&I10 and 17&101. Thusly, putting the rest of central Arizona within 30 minutes of here: north, south, east, or west . Great south facing views, heated pool, and hot tub. 24 hour fitness center and the best part is they have bulk account cable and internet. I say stay here!

I love the apartment complex, but as far as staff goes.. youd have to pay me to live here if the staff members are the same ones are here as when I was living here. Just saying..

DO NOT MOVE HERE IT HAS ROACHES I REPEAT IT HAS ROACHES. Even if your clean and you get your apartment sprayed your neighbors roaches will start venturing into your apartment. You will walk down the hallways and see roaches crawling on your neighbors door. Every time you open a kitchen cabinet you see at least 2 scatter. I basically stopped cooking and bringing food in my apartment half way through my lease but they would still come. I also threw away all my kitchen dishes and utensils when I finally got to move out cause it grossed me out to use them I saw so many roaches. So unless you like sharing your living space with big roaches stay far away.

Loud neighbors to the side and upstairs if youre below someone, alot of partiers where we lived, alot of roaches which we asked them for help on various times, but they only helped once, the office staff is nice. Monique & Yusef helped us out alot, the new lady although has alot of attitude towards tenants & I noticed it wasnt just towards me or my roommates but to everyone. Traffic is loud sometimes. Hard to reverse in some parking spaces. They have security driving around so it helps you feel safe. A great gym. The maintenance staff were ok, extremely loud in the mornings. Other than those little thimgs, we had a nice apt, more expensive than we got for it, but its why we moved. Nice people, just need to fix things like any other place.

Mixed feelings about this place. Apartments are nice and clean, but the complex itself is extremely dirty, old-looking and has a strong tobacco smell.
