Ive been living here for about 2 years now and Ive never had as much issues as Ive had this past year with the complex. Once the staff changed its been a wreck. When you try and call the office they dont answer, no matter how many times you call. Ive put in multiple maintenance requests and they either dont get done or they half do them and say its done and causes more issues later on. I had a ceiling leak that flooded my bathroom and dining room they said they fixed it and then a few days later it starts flooding again. Also took them forever to actually install the part that needed fixing so went without running water in one of the bathrooms for awhile. I also put in for pest control multiple times for a black widow infestation on my back porch and its been at least 2 weeks since I put in the order. When I contacted them they gave me the run around saying it would get done and still almost week 3 no work has been done. If you decide on living here consider the fact that if something happens in your apt it will take them almost a month to get it done.

I have lived here for 2/12 years. When Baron Properties was the management company, it was beautiful. Now that Harbor Group Management has taken over, it has been a nightmare. The garbage has been piling up for a week... No explanation why. The pool which used to be cleaned and crystal clear is now slimy with garbage everywhere. I cant speak about everyone in the office but the man that seems to answer every time is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. And calling corporate? Even worse. Its sad to me that I will have to move now. I loved it here. Such a great location... I have included 2 pics to show what we are dealing with so there is no mistake that I am being truthful. And with temps reaching 110 degrees you can imagine the smell. Really is a shame...

I had to update this because our property was bought and Harbor Management Group is a joke. We have been out of dog poop bags for 20 days now, property is filthy, there is dog poop everywhere, and leasing office doesnt seem to care about anything other than smoking cigarettes outside the office door. The gym is gross now. I definitely will be moving out in December. If the front office staff would even walk the property they would know all of the issues going on. Emails arent returned, and cant say I have even seen a maintenance staff around at all. Our property used to be so clean and enjoyable to live at.When I first moved in, the leasing office staff was disorganized, they lost my lease, anything that could go wrong did. However I have been here 8 months in total now, and since Maria and the new maintenance staff has taken over, the last two months have been wonderful. The property is always clean, and free of trash and dog poop. My work orders are completed in a timely manner, and I can always go to the office with any questions. Awesome area, and the new management staff has done a great job turning this place around. I actually renewed my lease today, something I wasnt even considering before now.

One star is excessive...I was visiting my sister yesterday, 8/4/19, and could not believe condition of the complex. The pictures show the neglect but what you dont experience is the foul smell. The complex says it is the result of a dispute with the city. There is NO excuse for these living conditions, especially the way the complex management charges fees for everything imaginable. This has been going on for days and if not fixed, I will make sure my sister takes legal action.Hard to believe the residents have put up with it for this long!

We were thinking about renting here so we did what everyone would do. We did 2 walk-throughs. One at night on the weekend and one during the day. During the night time there were loud parties and people walking around with beer bottles and the smell of marijuana permeated the air. The parking structure was full and people were parked in the fire lanes and blocking the roadway in the lot. There is garbage piled up near all of the dumpers and the odor is unbareable. During our daytime walk through we found clear safety violations with loose rotting moldy railing with exposed nails and vandalized and damaged safety equipment. One door appears as if it was kicked in during a police raid and someone had installed a personal air conditioning unit in their apartment that is visible from the community walkways. The covered parking structures are damaged and a wall that gives the area security has been knocked down most likely by someone drunk driving into it that lives in the compound. Trash is in any area that the tenants want to leave it.

Our community and Renovations have come a long way in just a few months. With such an amazing location and beautiful, newly renovated apartments, Arcadia 4127 is wonderful place to call home. Please feel free to call or stop by and see what all the hype in Arcadia is all about.

Place is crawling with roaches..Disgusting

I’m closing my second year at this complex and like it a lot.It does have its flaws like overcrowding of parking & a lot of the parking lots flood when it rains heavily.The staff is very nice. Jessica has always been a sweetheart since new management took over.My maintenance requests are fulfilled within a reasonable time.I LOVE my unit and the only reason I’m considering moving is because it’s a single bedroom with no washer/dryer.Considering a third year here if I can find a unit with what I need.PROS: Valet trash, thermostats you can control with an app, a renovated dog park, package lockers.CONS: Gym is a little small, parking can be hard to find.

The location is excellent but there are several issues with this place. First, there are not enough parking spaces for you to not enforce parking rules. Second, the dog run is absolutely disgusting; it’s a pile of sand and no one cleans up after their dog. Third, the laundry facility; only one washer ever had hot water and the dryers worked so inconsistently I was often prepared to pay for a second spin. Fourth, poor staff; Since new management has taken over the quality of staff has severely declined. If they’re not out smoking in one of the main walkways then they’re telling me they’re on break and only one person is on staff. You cannot have only one person on for the day who has no idea how to do anything and refuses to call the manager because it’s their day off. Fifth, the gate is broken and yet you’ll power wash the tower, paint new parking lines and trim the hedges but you won’t fix the gate. Finally, your system tried to charge me for a full, month to month rate even though I only had 5 days on my lease left. Your staff refused to help and simply suggested that I put a stop payment through my bank. After submitting several emails to your payment processor I was able to rectify the situation despite your staffs incompetence and unwillingness to help. Your management company is garbage and you hire garbage people. Fix that.

I signed a lease for an apartment in this complex before it was turned over to the current management. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with my space on the day that I was scheduled to move in, but Sara and the rest of the staff in the leasing office were extremely helpful in making accommodations and taking care of my concerns, which made the transition to my new apartment a positive experience. All maintenance requests have been taken care of promptly, Sara returns my emails quickly with helpful information, and the staff already knows me by name. Everyone Ive met who lives here has been friendly, which is an added bonus!

The location is great and that is why I moved in here earlier this year. Things were good prior to the Harbor Management group as communication with Baron exceeding customer service. There is no consistency with Harbor and things tend to be double standards. If you post rules, everyone should be held accountable otherwise that rule should not be there. Im going to leave it at that. If you want a reasonable price, this is a decent option at best. My lease is up in two months and I cant wait to be out of here.

We’re under new management and new ownership. It’s time for an updated review.This new company took over and quite frankly, Things are rough but definitely improving. Definitely worth me amending my review.We know some more updates are in the works and they really awesome. Hopefully this management team stays because it’s hard having a revolving team and not knowing how managed works. Here’s to progress!UPDATE: We have a new maintenance manager and he is working on replacing the entire AC unit! I call this a huge win! For that I am happy to add another star! I hope one day I can give a 5 star review! Things aren’t perfect BUT ARE IMPROVING!

I moved in this past January and have really enjoyed this place so far. I really appreciate the front office team, they are cordial and respond quickly. Upon moving into the apartment was very clean and it is very quiet inside, the concrete walls keep it that way. My only complaint would be the that there are so many children that run around screaming their heads off and riding their bikes in the entrances of the buildings. I wish the parents would monitor this better. Other than that, is has been a great place to live.

Do not get fooled by the location, this place is a massive dump. You will have roaches, they will promise pest control but you’ll still get cockroaches and beetles. You didn’t catch a whiff of pee, the entire complex just always smells like piss because they never clean. The new Harbor Group management company is awful, they never answer the phone (pro tip- call the ‘interested in renting’ line), only have temps on the weekend who won’t help you with anything, and conveniently misplace your maintenance requests. Run, run far away!

For the price and the location, you really cant get a better deal. Weve been here for about 6 months and as I agree there is a lot of construction going on, its still a great place to live. Everything is walking distance and the renovations are great. Management is very nice and helpful.

Do not recommend this place if you like peace and quiet and a clean environment. Dogs are constantly barking, kids are screaming often, there is trash left everywhere and it smells like urine from dogs peeing wherever their owners please.

Been here for a few years now and this place is a steal when it comes to location, price and amenities. The new office staff is welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Nice area to live in but everything else about this complex is terrible. There’s absolutely no parking at night, maintenance will take at least a month to fix something, and the new management is never actually in the office to help out. None of this stuff was ever an issue before Harbor Management took over.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! Already so much better after a month. Only downside is they no longer let you know when packages have arrived but are going to be installing lock boxes. Looking forward to renewing.

Outstanding from the beginning. Amenities, staff, fellow residents are all amazing. The few issues I have experienced were handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great, comfortable living experience in a great central Phoenix location.

This place is nothing like it used to be. Almost everything on the property has been rebuilt or replaced. We have installed all new interiors in the apartments. The counter tops are granite the appliances are stainless steel and all the cabinets are brand new. If you havent seen what has been done to this property in the last 8 months you really need to swing by and see all the improvements!

Just stay away not worth the hassle and stress this place will cause, I have been having issues with roaches, a couple of drunks that live on my floor and constante dog barking. Every time I go in to the office a lady named Rachael is always giving me the same excuse it’s only me. Managers are on vacation or working from home for the past 3 weeks same excuse it’s a joke for you to go to management and no one is on site since this new company took over it’s just gone down hill

Ive read mixed reviews on the place.. But Ive lived here for 6 months and never will I ever move here again OR recommend it. This was my honest, personal experience: Office staff was always extremely rude. Pest control has entered my home numerous times WITHOUT permission while my female roommate was in the shower, maintenance only fixed things half ass, property was always extremely dirty (except for the front by the office, of course).. Extremely noisy property (windows and walls are paper thin - so thin that I could hear my neighbors open/close their kitchen and bathroom cabinets and hear their music playing).. There were also tiny roaches in the apartments that are impossible to get rid of, no matter how clean you keep your place or how many times you have the complimentary pest spray done. Upon my moving in, I had the upstairs neighbor even warn me about the roach problem, but I didnt think anything of it until I was experiencing it myself. The appliances were NOT updated at all like the website lead me to believe.. Getting hot water was IMPOSSIBLE, unless I had the water from the kitchen AND bathroom sink running and even then that wouldnt always do the trick. This is a pet friendly property, which is awesome, but the other residents do a horrible job at cleaning up after their animals (which isnt the propertys fault at all - but they dont do anything to prevent it from happening). This is also a gated community but half the time the gate DOESNT work AND the property management just fixed the gate in May (5 months after my move in). My experience here was the worse Ive ever had for what I paid for.

I don’t tend to leave reviews or comments but I just had too because the staff here at Arcadia4127 are AMAZING! Unpon arriving I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile by the beautiful MJ who asked what I needed and then transferred to the assistant manager Leland who is one of the sweetest, down to earth people I have ever met. Since the living situation I was in was not a great one the manager Maria did everything in her power to move the process as quickly and pain free as she could and moved me in less then two weeks! Amazing! The Whole staff here are fantastic including Troy who runs maintenance. Overall my experience was a wonderful one! Definitely a FIVE STAR staff and the Apartments are just beautiful !Thank you Arcadia4127!

Moved in about 3 months ago and was told there were no cockroach. DONT BELIEVE IT. Just after moving in, I started seeing a few...now there are a TON in our kitchen and they take their sweet time getting an exterminator so Im having to buy my own traps and pesticides to get rid of them myself. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live for the same price. I hate this place and cant wait till my lease is up.

Property managers have been a revolving door here for several years it seems, and none of them care about their tenants or show any flexibility whatsoever, so try to deal with them as little as possible, but thats mostly par for the course. Rent is somewhat reasonable for the area, and the refurbished units are nice enough on the inside. Beware, there are occasional roaches and pools arent always cleaned immediately. Fill out the card in the mailbox otherwise you will not have an activated mailbox and no mail will come through (coming from the East Coast this was infuriating not to be warned about this). It took a work order for the property to have my light enclosures installed - they were just sitting on the countertops for days after I moved in to the unit. Overall not the worst place, but not my cup of tea either. Recommend looking elsewhere.

Love my renovated apartment. Also really love the front office staff. They are very helpful and always super delightful especially Christina who is always ready to help me out.

Parking at this place is absolutely terrible!!! People are parking on fire lines and in front of bike racks because there is not enough spaces. A lady in the office(who has not been kind) seems to have it out for my roommate and she has now been towed twice in the past month for parking in ways and places everyone else parks!!

DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! This is the worst apartment I have EVER lived in! I moved into these apartments in 2009. In 2012 the complex was sold and they brought in ALLISON SHELTON (HORRIBLE) to manage it, and it has gone DOWNHILL EVER SINCE. The management is USELESS. They NEVER know what is going on - unless your rent is late.Nothing ever gets fixed. If you put in a work order, dont expect to EVER see maintenance. You have to badger the people in the office all day, everyday to get maintenance make an appearance because the work orders you have been putting in for MONTHS, they were supposedly have never seen. If they do come, they dont fix the problem because they are incompetent. I won’t even mention that some of the maintenance workers look homeless and like they would rob you.THE WATER ISSUE IS HORRIBLE!!!! If you are lucky to have water since they cut it off constantly, it NEVER GETS HOT. To get lukewarm water, you have to run all of the faucets in the apartment. Getting consistent hot or lukewarm water out of the shower is near impossible.The grounds look horrible and trash is everywhere. Cars in the lot are broken into so dont leave any property of value in your vehicle. This is supposedly a gated community but none of gates work..If you are considering these apartments, DON’T. Don’t waste your time, money and the headache of living here. They are outrageously over priced given the issues you will have here. The terms in the lease are crazy for what you get. There are better apartments in the area. DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The new management group was very helpful and accommodating when I had to extend my lease an extra month due to extenuating circumstances. The apartments are nice and affordable and the location is great, would highly recommend.

The staff at Arcadia 4127 is amazing and extremely helpful. This is by far the easiest staff I have ever dealt with with 10+ years of renting in 4 different states!

Management is stellar!!! They always help and will go the extra mile. If you need maintenance, dont worry, they are so fast and helpful as well. The office is welcoming and Diandra is pretty attractive, Scott is too but not as much as Diandra LOL.. Staff is stellar, great place to live, walking distance to great Arcadia restaurants and check out the The Little Woody!!

Initially I loved it when I moved in. The amenities were nice, the apartments were cute, and the laction was perfect. But slowly my great experience here is beginning to disintegrate. Office staff is RUDE! They never follow up and speak to you like you are less than a humanbeing. Right now it is 46degrees out and hot water, heaters, as well as laundry facilities have been out for three days. It is unimaginable and an experience Ive had like no other.

Arcadia Del Sol was sold to Baron property. Barons management is the worst I have ever experienced. They have turned the property into a construction zone. I would move but they wont let me out of my lease. Mean while they are forcing everyone who lives here out so they can raise the rents. Greed like that is what caused the housing bubble. Arcadia is a great neighborhood but companies like Baron property will ruin it. Stay away from this hell hole.

This place is awful. They have urine and trash in some of the stairwells all the time. The gym has equipment stolen from it that never gets replaced. They do renovations early in the morning all the time and the construction is loud. The plumbing in the building is terrible and sinks and bathtubs get clogged all the time. I just received notice that my dog was disturbing neighbors and I have to get rid of him when I had him for over 6 years at this place and no one complained earlier about it. I also got the notice via email with no attempt to talk to me in person about it. The new management is terrible. Dont ever move into this place. You will regret it.

I have lived for here for a little over a month and nothing works!! I pay damn near a $1000 to live here and I had no hot water for the first 2 days then after they so called fixed it, it stills go in and out. I have no hot water in the kitchen so I have to boil water to wash dishes no exaggeration. My dryer hasnt worker since I moved in and all the office can tell me is one has been ordered. When is it coming tho? Overall this place looks good from the outside but its run down. Everything that glitters aint gold

Baron has the place tore up right now but in the end it will be a much better place to live. Under the old management nothing ever got fixed and this place was a utter dump and yes very cheap to live in. I have had a terrible stay here until i met Scott the new baron manager. Yes it is more expensive to get in the renovated apartments but totally worth it every apartment raises there rates when they renovate and this property is in the middle of going from 30years out dated to state of the. Art. Arcadia 4127 will finally be a nice place to come home to.

I got bit by something in the water .Gross! Also they allow sober living recovery addicts to have mutiple units here so be prepared to be asked if you know where to score green. Friends and I were approached on Labor Day as a whole gang of recovery people took up the whole pool with no friendly faces in sight.. Poor choice is renters. The location was awesome to I actually sad my friend has to deal with this horrible management Rent some where where there isnt a recovery for addicts. Js

This place is full of roach. They send every Wed Exterminator with a list of Apts to visit. It has been going on since I moved in Jan or Feb 2017.This is disgusting.Today, I see riot of roach. They are coming in bunch and all sizes. God bless me.

Horrible The water is shut off every other day, without any notice. You have to remind the office of work orders you put in. Everything breaks and they take weeks to fix it, if they remember too. Rent goes up every year but the apartments continues to get worse. Management is horrible and do not care about the living situations as they do not reside here. The so called maintenance department is a waist of time. The pluming is so bad, it floods apartments from the 4th floor all the way down to the first floor. The pool is always green in the summer or just dirty. The elevators break down every other week. Dogs bark all throughout the night. There is animal waste everywhere, as n one picks up after their animals. My parking space is taken at least twice a month. I have complained to the office several times and have asked for the car to be towed. The office just says to put a note on the car and gave me a fake tow card, for a company they do not even work with. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE!!! I cannot wait to get out of this place. I have been here for almost 4 years and would not recommend staying here even if the rent was free.

My dream apartment and everyone is super chill. At my old apartment the cops had to be called all the time.

Where to start. Work orders are not done in a timely manner. On web says completed but in apartment proof says different. Between staff and manager Maria and maitanence everyone gives a different anwser. Manager Maria voices how when coming to office to many times (in total 3 times) to talk in regards to work orders it is to much. Her expression stated they are annoyed by it. When offering (me paying) multiple times to have an outside vendor come and inspect and see what the issues is, that keeps being put to deaf ears. So finally when they get annoyed manager Maria offers to schedule an outside vendor. When emailing directly to Baron Properties in regards to the concerns you have they dont even bother to acknowledge your email. When Baron Properties took over and the first set of staff under manager Dan all work orders and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and even when they needed more time that was communicated. I dont understood where it when wrong with managment and staff and the miscommunication they have. Ill leave it at that.

This is a GREAT place since they changed the management, The staff is SO helpful and GREAT!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE 6 stars if I could!!!

I referred my 84yo grandmother who within the week signed a lease and began moving in, and because she overlooked placing my name as her referral (which benefits to her granddaughter were never divulged to her), I won’t be receiving anything off my rent as they like to advertise. I offered for my Nana and I to come in to the office, but they allow it to come down to the day she signed the lease. If it wasn’t done at that very moment, on that very day, than the promise of a ‘Thank You’ for bringing them new residents is of no regard to them and of full consequence to my husband and myself. Regrettable and something all should consider.

Worst ghetto remodel ever. Everything you read in the bad reviews is true.Save yourself the trouble. Had my bike stolen from an upstairs private balcony. Jerks had to be casing the joint cuz it was locked and I was only gone 10 minutes walking the dog... Lucky they didnt steal him too.

Where to start? I have a love/hate relationship with Arcadia 4127. Since the new management company took over, things have gotten better. Arcadia Del Sol was horrible. They repainted everything. Remodeled the apartments because they were all original homes with stuff from the 70s. So yes, our apartment looks so much better now. Yes, they raised the prices. How much they really raised it is scary. We suffered through the remodel. It was horrible. They would be so loud and while noise doesnt normally reach another apartment, well, with everything they were doing, lets just say it was bad.Yes, weve had water shut off on us a lot. Mostly because they finally are replacing the old pipes. But its been some time since the last shut off so were looking pretty good.Ok, so weve been through 3 management teams since Baron properties took over. I miss Dan and Scott. At least they cared and knew us all. I miss Armando. He cared too. Now these new ones, well, the jury is still out on them. But I can rarely call and actually get someone to answer. They are too busy or theres only one person working for the day.Maintenance requests get taken care of a lot faster. Usually within the day, but it might take 2 days. If it ever takes longer, I would call. Havent had that happen in a while though. They are usually very quick.My major complaint: the AC sucks. I know I live on the 4th floor. I know heat rises. But I shouldnt have to deal with an AC system that is so old, its the original! The maintenance team, they care and they try. Brian and Robert, best you could ask for. Robert had the vendor come out to try to fix it and well, the guys from that vendor are liars. They told us to close vents if we arent in certain rooms (which sucks. I shouldnt have to do that) yet they went and told the management team that they told us to leave everything open. The bedrooms barely get any air. We had to ask for a portable AC unit and that sucks because the opening is covered by tape and cardboard. So heat is coming in that way.Parking has been a nightmare. I have fought with people for almost two years. Now I know I have an awesome spot because everyone and their mother wants to park there (its the very first spot in the parking lot) but I also live on the 4th floor in the front. Im glad they gave us tow cards because I have had to have call 3-4 times already in the last two months to have cars towed. Because they just ran in for a minute. Sure. Ive also had someone steal my back wiper blade from my car. Twice. Who does that?People love to leave their trash outside their door. Its summer now. We cant do that! And it looks bad.I will say this, with the remodel and raising of prices, it has pushed out the drug dealers and whatnot. The kids that still live here and whos parents let them run everywhere are little jerks. They love to throw rocks towards the cars. Ive already threatened to go to parents or the cops and half the kids take off the other way when Im coming.Well, it wasnt as well thought out as I had planned. But I hope it helps. I like living here, most of the time. Sometimes it gets me all upset and other times Im like I love my home. Theres the good and the bad of Arcadia 4127 in my opinion.*UPDATE: So, weve been trying to get a new AC unit for two summers now. Some guys down stairs just moved in a month or two ago and are getting a brand new unit. Sure, ours looks a little cleaner but obviously it has issues. Why do they get a new one and we are left to suffer?Oh and we did find out that the entire complex is getting new chiller systems. (Its about damn time) but they waited until we are in triple digits. Well have to go without AC for a day or two while the install happens. Ridiculous.

My husband and I currently live here. I cant wait to leave. They only have one money machine for the laundry area and its located in the office of all stupid places to put it. It should be in the laundry room or somewhere else more accessible because unfortunately there are people who actually have to work and the only time they can get to put money on that card is after hours. If you go down there first chance you get, the women in the office are very rude about it. Oh and if you put anything in on a work order, maintenance either comes without notice or doesnt come at all. AND if someone has to come and work on your flooring, they will not be able to get in and management EXPECTS you to be able to drop what you are doing (who cares if you are working or busy with something called LIFE) and come and unlock the door. Those sorry people need to have a master key to the apartment, but they dont have one.

This is by far the worst place i have ever lived in! Prior to hating this place my wife and i adored this complex. At the time was different staff of course, theyre always changing, but helped us with anything we needed then everything went down about our 3rd month in. We soon learned out apt was infested with roaches and front office was well aware! In the winter was our hottest time with no heat needed. Our apt was so humid it developed an odor and moisture built up on all doors, window, and picture frames. Mold grew everywhere, including black mold and the cockroaches were in paradise. Front desk told me to wipe with bleach! My shower ceiling took 5 months to replace, full of mold and tiny bugs crawling out! Our neighborhood sold meth so tweakers (the fast walking dead) were constantly coming in and out, looking into my back door just to ask if she was home, and all evening hours and early morning yelling and arguing with each other. This was miserable! I did my part complained but of course nothing was addressed. We never went swimming, the pool was always disgusting! If the sink wasnt backed up my dish washer was flooding my kitchen and my tub nobs broke (because during a renovation you only paint over everything and install nice counter tops) causing water to constantly run. Even maintenance panicked not knowing how to assist. If something breaks, leaks and needs fixing lets hope its not major because youre out of luck on the weekends. Staff is rude and fail at customer service! Overall, i wish i never gave this place a chance! All negative reviews are the TRUE REVIEWS! Good luck future residents, i say run away. I wish i did! I was never able to call this place home....

Great area, terrible place to live.The renovations are mostly very old things with brand new paint. When I first moved in and opened my closet, a peice of paint immediately chipped off and the wood underneath is clearly jacked.I tried to do my laundry the other day and the monitor (that controls all the machines) was broken. When I went to the front desk, the receptionist was not even aware that the biggest laundry room in the complex was out of order.There is always loud noise or construction going on (I can literally hear it right now) and I am honestly confused as to what theyre even doing because Ive been here 4 months and havent figured it out. They will try to present this place like its on the up and up but its only slightly less bad then it used to be. They will shut your water off pretty much every week at inconvenient times. To sum it up let me just say they do not care about their residents. If you come to them to report an issue its never on them, its always a 3rd partys fault.

I just moved out of my apartment because I needed a bigger place but I will say the leasing agent Christina made the move out process very smooth for me. Keone was always there to answer questions whenever I needed something to be taken care of as well.

This ghetto ass complex, has air conditioning that only works every other day. How do you not have air that works year round! Its summer, and the air conditioning only works at worst times.

Ice cold water in the kitchen makes it pretty hard to do dishes. The shower gives you 3 mins of hot water and then goes to freezing cold. The apt. is outdated and looks like a half way house and very noisy at night but the staff is nice. The pools are dirty and do not look well kept.

So I live here now and have for 6-7 months. When my wife and I first came here we filled out the app and everything was fine. Now all of a sudden when I call corporate, I never filled out a app. They are also giving me a hard time about my service dog and saying they need proof. I show them proof and they say I need a doctors note, I cant stand this place. The maintenance sucks, the office staff is lazy and rude. The grounds are disgusting and every other apt either has bed bugs or roaches, not to mention the drugs dealers and the water is shut off every other day. It gets old, dont move here.

Do not move here, this is a horrible place.The water is always off and everything is crusty and old, i am not exaggerating.

Its bad, you have to wait up to 2 months to fix something broken, they tell you that they dont receive orders in person, everything is online and when you do they tell you that it doesnt exist or they didnt read it, wait 2 months and this time I already have 2 weeks Im going almost On a daily basis to find excuses that do not have staff one of his employees told me that he is not the maintenance worker in a few words that it was not his SOS SOS problem that someone help us please.
