Started out ok here but then the communication stopped from the office. We had a few thing they needed to fix because they were not ready for us to move in (their website said it was available the 1st but that is when the old residents were to leave and they still needed to fix up the place but you could only ask to start your lease 7 days out). We had missing screens on some windows and doors so we asked for that to be completed with the other items but they had to order some more and there would be a wait. Almost 4 months later and nothing. A month ago they were going to check on it and never got back to us and we still dont have our screens. Just no communication at all. They even started roof work with no notice which starts two hours before their quiet hours are over. They re-opened the pool with no notice. They really need to think about how not communicating can effect their residents. As much as I love the apartment layout I am not going to want to renew considering the staff.

Apartments are pretty decent. We have never had any problems with any type of bugs. The only bad thing we had was living near a groucho who would scold the kids for playing outside. There’s a forage unit in the apartments which was very convenient and we had a W/D in our unit and it never caused us any issues. The office ladies are nice and helpful. There are lockers by the mail too in case you order packages that do not fit in the mailbox.

I have been living here going on 3 years. The ladies in the office are very helpful and they love my parrot when I pay my rent. I understand things take time. They always try to assist me.

I went to look at the appartment thought the worst due to the reviews,i saw the opposite they are really nice and have really spacious.they have the best price in the city feom what ive seen its right on the freeway and really close to the store el super but the best thing is the way they look feom the inside they look awsome feels like ima have the best year and live nice too thank you mariana fom the office shes great speack with her...youll see!

Cons I just applied to this place I gave them a holding fee which they promoted strongly in the beginning and said that I would not get rejected and where nobody gets rejected over a credit score then it changes up to you can get rejected from a credit score and now they have my $300 that they keep saying that it hasnt shown up yet its been over a week I still havent gotten it back Im drawn and patient imma just go and say this and I dont even care where this goes they have less than 30 days to give me my money back or there will be consequences to be paid I hope they have good tenants that because theyre going to have a hard time keeping it electricity running they going to have a hard time washing clothes they going to have a hard time with a whole bunch of stuff either give me my money back when we bring the f****** Terror to your apartment complex

I thought one thing and it was another . The apartment is full of roaches. When I arrived to the apartment, the carpet in my room smelled of cat’s pee and it took me many months to change it. Parking is always dirty. Every time it rains, the entrance to my apartment is flooded as is the balcony. 7 months ago, the maintenance told me that it will be fixed and nothing. The garbage disposal is always broken. There are more cats than people. I have to clean the balcony with chlorox because cats pee and poo. There is a small gym for decoration because they do not want us to use it. These apartments are disgusting and the manager Rosy and maintenance Alex are hypocritical and liars.

Today is, sadly, our last day at these apartments. We need more space for our growing family. Its definitely been an up and down experience. The old management wasnt very professional and didnt seem to care much about anything. Now that its under new management, Im very sad to be leaving. This new management handles issues in a timely and efficient manner. The new office ladies are very nice, polite, and are willing to work with you. The apartments themselves are clean for the most part. Ive never had any issues with bugs of any kind. There is a lot of dog poop in the grass areas, but they do tell you that if you have pets, its your responsibility to clean up after them. Its pretty quiet around here. I feel safe in this area and would definitely recommend these apartments to anybody who asks.

Do NOT move here.I have lived here for a month and a half. In that time, Ive had two packages stolen off of my doorstep in broad daylight. All the staff says is I dont know what to tell you, Im sorry that happened, theres nothing we can do since theres probably not cameras around. The office also doesnt accept packages, so youre basically out of luck unless you want to risk your stuff being stolen.They call themselves a gated community and yet their back gate has been broken since I moved in and stays open all of the time. The surrounding areas are not good neighborhoods and I do not feel safe knowing that anybody could come onto the property at anytime.The people that live here do not seem like the best people, even though they supposedly check to make sure no one living here has any records of crimes or anything.The apartment itself is nice, albeit a little dated. Its not much of a problem, though. I like how things are set up and the apartment itself (Im in a one bedroom) is pretty spacious, which is really nice. The apartment itself I really like, but the rest (property, managers, safety, etc) I hate.Ive only been here for a month and a half, and I know that I am definitely not renewing my lease. If I could, I would move out ASAP. The property managers seem like they are only in it for the money, they dont care about the residents. The price you pay to live here (even though its cheaper than many places in Phoenix) is DEFINITELY not worth the trouble of living here.

I dont live at Park Terrace yet, but I will be soon. I cant say much about the quality because I wont be moving in until the 25th but I spoke to some VERY nice ladies over the phone.One of them was even nice enough to help me figure out my absolute total move in cost before I even applied.She was sooo nice and patient.Will update after having lived there awhile!But so far so good!------------------‐---------------------------------------------------!!UPDATE: FRI Sep 13th 2020I have been living at these apartments for a few months now! So I am better equipped to make a review. :)Still 5 stars!The move in cost actually turned out to be more than what was calculated, but thats okay, because the monthly rent is fantastic!Cute cute Apartments. I have a two bedroom one bath, and its PERFECT for me and my ESAs.The managment is SO SO nice and SO SO understanding!!!With so many complexes having sour attitudes, this one is sure to give you no problems.I plan on living here for at least 4 years!---If youre looking to move here, youre making the right choice.Make Park Terrace your home.

They towed my car illegally! I arrived on property to visit a friend at around 10pm on a Thursday night. In the morning it was gone and the office said I needed a guest parking permit. The only signs posted about parking are two small signs on the font gates only that say permit paying only. No description of violations, tow company contact info or maximum fee amount (all requirements by city of Phoenix). Also there is ample guest parking through out the property. Regardless, there is no street parking permitted by the city outside the gates and if you arrive after 5pm for a visit, the office is closed. The permits are window clings (clearly not temporary) and both the signs and the window clings have the towing companys name in small print in the corner....

If you looking for a nice, affordable place to live in I highly recommend Park Terrance apartments . Everything was nice and quiet and I felt very comfortable. I never had any complains after living there for 1 yr. Rosy the front desk coordinator was excellent and helpful and she will help you with everything 👌🏻

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Staff is so nice especially Janet ... They are very friendly and patient... I just move in here and had no issues apartment was nice and clean. They are under new management reviews here are old thats why I decided to write one. I recommend this property :)

This place is horrible!!! They say one thing and do another. Constantly having to argue with them, and thats if you can even get through to anyone cause they avoid your calls and dont answer your voice mails, or phones at all The management there is a joke and the staff as well. They are just out to get every dollar out of you as possible. Maintenance is just as bad, they do poorly repairs. They wont hire professionals and if they do you have to pay for it even if its not your fault. Also had problems with the assign parking space they give you, been towed for no reason, and had to pay for their mistake as well and the second time they gave my spot away again! They have roaches and rats and last I heard from other resident before I moved out that they were having a bed bug problem. There is so many more issues honestly. I am very glad I am not there anymore. Good luck, but I advise DO NOT MOVE THERE!

Giving them one star is still being too generous. Been living here almost two years and I cant stand it. Trash is always everywhere, parking sucks, homeless are constantly walking through and dumpster diving, people are loud and inconsiderate by yelling, slamming doors, or boasting music. If you have children, keep a close eye on them - doesnt matter that there are speed bumps, people fly through like its a race track, not a parking lot... Also got to deal with cockroaches for months on end with consistent work orders being submitted and nothing being done. I highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague. Moving out soon and Im counting down the days.

Lets start by saying Ive been here for more than 5 years. They changed management like 3 times. The current one we have so far the BEST! They did lots of upgrades, grounds are nice and clean, they took out the bad people yes bad people before you will see crack heads people playing loud music all that NO MORE!STAFF lets talk about the STAFF They are the most friendly and caring people we have in the front office. Maintenance always getting my work orders done on time. And they have the property nice and clean.Reason why I am doing this review is because I seen all that negative non scenes bull ++++++ reviews.I am a current resident and I recommend this property!

I wish you can give this place zero stars but that isn’t an option! Worst place you could ever decide to live at! They steal your rent money and claim you don’t pay rentals try to take you to court to gain more money off of you! I do NOT recommend this place at all!!! This is the worst! Management is so rude on top of it! Oh and they also contain ticks and flees! Do not live here if you have a dog!! Disgusting!

They enter your apartment with no notice or approval. Kids waiving guns around the complex. People stealing your things. Dont do laundry here.. they will take your money. Non stop noise. People banging on doors and my windows to bug my dog. Homeless people walk around complex. It is gated, gates dont work. Dont feel like Im at home, I hate going outside and do not like walking home, because they placed my parking spot far away from my building. Not a place to live alone.

The overall staff of Park Terrace Apartments showed admiration and displayed a caring attitude to their residents. I personally felt that everything I was told was brutally honest. In particular, Emiley Jones helped me through the entire process of applying to the apartment complex. Emiley executed her job perfectly, I cant imagine anyone else doing a better job.

I have lived here for 5 months and its pretty good for my first apartment. Its spacious and they put in all new carpets before I moved in. The office staff is friendly.My complaints:My window has had a huge crack in it since the day I moved in. 5 months and repeated promises to fix it, and its still broken. However, they have been quick with all other maintenance requests.There is no recycling.DONT LIVE ON THE FIRST FLOOR! I live on the second floor and Im assuming it must be loud on the first floor, the floors must be paper thin. My downstairs neighbors is constantly complaining about noise when I am doing mundane tasks like chopping vegetables or walking around cleaning. Its annoying because I feel like I have to tip toe around not to bother her.I really dont feel like moving all of my stuff when my lease is up but I definitely wont renew if my window doesnt get fixed and I also hate feeling like I always need to tiptoe around.

It seems quite and the people seem also quite nice from management to the neighbors. Just to be clear I dont live here my step-mother live here for some time and these are my observations from my frequent visits. The apartments may seem small but they are a great size for one person or a close couple. They are in my opinion quite nice on the inside for the price your paying. I personally live in a bad neighborhood in a larger duplex and consider moving for all these reasons and the fact that the suronding neighborhood seems quiet, nice and family oriented. There is a middle school a block over so thats a plus. ^_^

I just moved here recently info a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and my experience with the staff has been a friendly one. I had some questions when I came and was a bit frustrated with a situation that ultimately they didnt have control over (regarding mailed initial money order), but after talking with them everything got resolved and moreso than I initially thought it would.The apartment is very spacious and I love both balconies, but there is an issue regarding some (not all) faucets not running water, which I informed them about so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt regarding it and once maintenance takes care of the issue, Ill update this review to include that.On a side note: Another reviewer mentioned the manager doesnt speak English. They may be referring to a previous manager but the one I talked to spoke perfect English with no problem. Janet, Rosa, and the other guy (Joe maybe?) all were polite and respectful to me, but thats just my experience as a new tenant.Update: The maintenance guy came and fixed the faucet issue but I failed to mention which faucet it was (thats on me). The response was very timely though so kudos to them on that

Been living here since August and we have had a constant probably with having bugs in our apartment! We have gone to the office countless times and yet the problem have not been fixed!! Not to mention whenever we go into the office the management is extremely rude.I live in the first floor and when we had an upstairs neighbor we could hear them walking and running. The walls between the apartments are very thin.The apartment complex it’s self constantly smells like weed and there is always dog poop in the grass and on the side walks. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This apartment complex is a nightmare the tenants are such slobs every morning I wake up and go outside there a beer bottles and glass and trash thrown everywhere. Also they make you move in within two weeks so you have to pay for the apartment you’re in and here so that you can give 30 days notice at your old apartment. They also make you sign 30 pages or so of documents when you get your keys and they don’t let you take them home and read them. Then you never get a copy of the document so you have no idea what you signed. I asked for mine multiple times and never received a copy. Also stay away from Janet in the office because if she doesn’t like you she is very spiteful and she will do things to make your life difficult during your stay here. They are very shady here and I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. They also have rules for the tenants that don’t apply to the rules for the staff. They can do whatever they want and they are getting away with it but not for long.

Staff was nice but they only care about money- not your health. Management have neglected a leak in our bathroom ceiling for over a week, (initially called maintenance on the 19th to report leak from upstairs neighbors bathroom, not reply until we called again on the 26th) They then finally they cut a hole in the ceiling on the 26th but didn’t fix the leak. They cut the hole to air it out, but doing so only made the situation worse since the leak wasnt repaired. I have videos and pictures of every incident of the leak, the hole and evidence of mold. After much complaining the leak was fixed. They refused to believe there might be mold despite our frequent headaches and allergies. We bought our own mold testing kit from Home Depot and after waiting 48 hours, mold had grown in our Petri dish. They told us that the mold testing kit was unreliable and that they didn’t see any mold, but continued to refuse to test for mold themselves. The next day maintenance came to tear out the ceiling. They tore down part and stuck to the drywall they pulled down was CLEAR signs of mold. (Attached are the pictures). The manager had maintenance throw away all the infested dry wall, came back to my roommate and told him that There was no mold at all. But after much complaining, she said If it makes you feel better, we can test for mold, its just expensive and I would have to have to talk to my supervisor. My roommate has been having respiratory chest issues and I’ve had migraines and coughing everyday. The pictures attached are what maintenance threw away, came back to us and said No we didnt see any mold (some of the pictures are screenshots from videos weve taken)

Been living here for 4 months and all I can say is in the month of November the front office staff lost my money order and I got a note on my door saying I was going to be evicted so I showed them my receipt and one girl wrote the wrong date. Luckily it was printed on the receipt. All they did was say sorry because they werent the ones who was worried. Also we called about our certain situations and they didnt get to it till we called them back. Also the parking is horrible. My parking was way in the back the lights are out so in the morning its so dark out. Pretty much the staff is horrible and they never answer their phone.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Horrible place to live! Infested with roaches, management sucks and the complex is a total mess. The lights are always off and you can’t see anything unless you use a flashlight. You have to go in the office multiple times for maintenance to come out. Don’t even think about calling the corporate office because they’re already prepared to tell you all the things you don’t want to hear. My 3rd week here I seen roaches everywhere. My kitchen, my shower and my bedroom etc. I tried for months working with them to get rid of them. Sprays every week and the roaches are still here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Youve been warned. When I first toured the place in August of 2017, the person in the office was kind and very helpful. She took me on the tour and I filled out the application that day. The property was well kept, the pool was clean, and it seemed great. Turns out she was a temp...go figure. I moved in the same month, and everything was fine. Then everything started to go down hill. My parking spot was very far from my apartment so I could not see my car. My car was dusty due to the time of year and monsoon season. I came out one morning to head to work, only to find children climbed on my car and slid down the windshield as if it were a slide. Handprints and shoe prints covered the hood and windshield. The VERY NEXT DAY, I was parked in my assigned parking spot, my girlfriend picked me up from work and we went to dinner. When we got back here to the apartment and went to my car, someone had wrote in the dust on my car: Wash me, Kill yourself, and Blue balls. So now I cant even park my car at my own residence because people mess with it. I have had to put in countless work orders only for them to never be addressed. It took them over a year to get a screen on the sliding glass door. The towel rack in the bathroom came out of the wall, and the repairman put in a different sized, mismatched towel rack, and left the mess of drywall on the floor and damage on the wall from removing the original hook. Oh, and the spraying for roaches? Out of countless work orders submitted, they only sprayed twice. Next on the list of reasons you should TOTALLY move here: this place has roaches and a lot of them. We would see an average of 10 to 15 a day - this is not an exaggeration. They would come in from the drains and holes in the kitchen and bathroom. When they would have their vendor in to spray, there would be a note on the counter saying they didnt see anything. Eventually, the apartment was fogged for them. It worked...for awhile, but now they are coming back. The door sticks, because they were in such a rush to get us in here (a week late, actually), and just painted over everything. So, the coat of paint wasnt dry when they closed it. The door is also not hung correctly, and you can see it during the day by how the light comes in. We have a work order that was lost, I guess, because no one has come to even look at it for us. We have dry wall plaster coming off of the corner seams in the kitchen right over the stove and fridge - some of it has almost fallen into our food while cooking - its clearly not a priority. Let me warn you that you cant do laundry here. There are 2 laundry rooms that never work and eat your money. So I have to do laundry elsewhere. Two months ago, I was doing laundry in the complex laundromat and the dryers would not dry my clothes. It took me 4 and half hours to do laundry; 3 cycles to try and dry them alone. They have since upgraded the the washer and dryers and they no longer take quarters. They are now credit card only. So much easier, right?!? Wrong. But dont worry, the card readers dont work as intended either. You must insert your card with the chip into the chip reader, only to have it tell you, reading the card has failed. Insert card again, and it fails again and tells you to swipe your card. One of the dryers even says my card was invalid! Dont leave your stuff unattended either, as someone will open the washer that your clothes are in and wont close the lid, not allowing the cycle to complete. Then when you try to dry them, they will just tumble around like the old machines, not drying anything. The people on the back end of the apartment speed through like its a dragstrip, no one watches their children, the other tenants are rude. Security used to walk through to check parking passes, but that doesnt happen anymore. Living here has been a nightmare for the last year and a half. I dont know what happened from the time I first moved in to now, but it needs to be fixed or they will lose business. Cant wait to move out in a month.

Giving this place one star is still too many. first off, I went in to the front office two months piror to my lease end date to see how I could leave without having to pay an extra month, I was told I just needed a thirty day notice so I took that. Came back for my thirty day notice, no one in the office, per usual, called multiple times, no answer per usual, left voicemails and no call back... per usual. Went in to pay what I thought I owed for my last month, already moved out and moved into my new place with everything paid, and Im told I needed written notice... so I had to pay a whole extra month even though they said it was prorated which was false but had I not paid they would jumped all over my credit. It took them a whole week to even come out to fix the washing machine that was broken forcing us to wash our clothes in their sad excuse of a laundry mat they had on site. finally got out of that hell hole, waiting my security deposit back, called 5 times a day trying to get ahold of someone in the office, finally got to someone who told me 6-8 weeks before they could send out my deposit, knowing full well someone was already in my old apartment. After three months of waiting, I finally got someone on the line after calling 15 times in one day, and I was informed that I would not be getting any of my deposit back because they had to touch up some paint for 170 and a cleaning fee (for a clean apartment) of 100 but at least they didnt charge me anything lol is what the response I got. This place is terribly run, horribly maintained and no one knows what they are doing, please for the love of your children do not move here unless you want your tires slashed and car broken into twice, even though they do have some nice security cameras, they dont ever seem to be on when we need them. The worst experience of my life and my younger brother went through cancer. Please do not move here, run these people out of business. thank you for reading my rant(:

The Worst Place To Live!The management system its horrible, the people in charge of the office its awful and rude, theyre always in a bad mood and they never solve any of your necessities, the complex on the front looks good, but dont let them fool you, the back its horrible and let me mention the problem with the PARKING SPACES! If you are renting a 2 bedroom apartment you only get 1 space and not enough with that you need to hunt for an additional space around the complex, finally when you find one its way in the back or on the street right behind where theres No Light and of course they break into the car. Now on the pathways theres always animal (dodo) because no one seems to care about it, some of the units have (bedbugs) and they dont do nothing about it. Theres always excessive trash by the dumpsters and the parking lots looks like a (You pull your parts) with all the vehicles parked on the same spot forever, to be honest it has become one of the worst place ever...😔 But let me tell you that when its time for you to pay the rent, everything changes in a blink of an eye....Smart People! 😒

Moved in a couple of months ago you cant beat the size of the apts for the price.Really happy they got supervisor who speaks English and no longer have to wait so long on repairs.On the down side the wash rooms all though clean Very small washing machines and dryers over priced and eats a lot of quarters.They really need to update them.Otherwise not bad.The staff always helpful.A-(the washrooms)

It was awful. My apartment was on the second story and the floor had soft spots that would sink in when you stood on them. The entire apartment was really pretty shabby. My kitchen and bathroom had old, warped cabinet doors that wouldnt close and my appliances were old and nasty looking. Please be aware that your apartment will look nothing like the one they show you during your tour. Another huge issue I had while living here was the noise. Several of my neighbors would consistently blare their music during the day AND at night and management did absolutely nothing about it, even after multiple complaints.If I wasnt a broke college student I would have broken my lease and bailed.

Wouldve rated them 5 stars if the maintenance guys wouldnt take weeks to fix something.. Yes I understand emergency calls are priority but come on .. hire more maintenance staff!!!

I would not recomend this place to no one once my lease is up im moving out. There are roaches, when you open the cabinets under the sink you can see all the pipes. Also sometimes you wake up with out water in the mornings there are times when it happend at night. And the worst part they tried to steal my husbands truck he went to the main office to see if they can show him the video you know what they said THE CAMERAS DONT REACH ALL THE WAY OVER THERE..... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

Came to check out apts a couple of months ago.Grounds looked clean.Apartments older but will be here for a year in phoenix (job) priced well.Brought my partner in to have a look at the apts. What happened? The first time went in the office very helpful.This time spoke to a woman rude and seemed not to care if I rented from them or not..Thanks but no thanks your lost.

Such cool apartments had a lot of friends and cool pool they have and the people that live their are so cool

I will be moving out of here really soon and I can honestly say I loved these apartments for being the first under my name. I had a 2 bd 2 bath and the space is actually really good, alot of the apts also come with washer and dryer. im only moving out because im moving to something smaller due to that i will be by myself now, no more room mates :) But i hate to be leaving i got really used to these apts. Never had any issues with appliances. A couple of times the sink disposal stopped working but they literally fixed it within 24 hrs, sometimes even right away, couple of weeks ago I also had a leak in my bathroom which I had never had a problem with but they were there to fix it within 10 minutes, I left to do some errands and when I came back it was completely fixed. I have nothing but good things to say of these apts and I will truly miss living here, I recommend them. They are under new management now from when I moved in so rent is a little higher but they are upgrading many of the apts so it is worth it... :)

Worst place ive ever lived.The apartment itself had a terrible smell, there were tiny sink roaches and various other kids of bugs I would find. Management tried to evict me because I was dog sitting for a few DAYS. They didnt even try and give me a warning, I just came home and found a notice on my door. Immediately went down to the office and they QUICKLY retracted the eviction and told me I wasnt allowed to have visiting dogs......Seriously?! Moved out a week before my lease was up, I couldnt wait to get out of there.

Waking up in the morning without water is very frustrating.

We have been here a year and havent had a problem with management or the property the manger is very nice and always there when you need her I highly recommend this apartment complex

So horrible!!! No one answers the phones. I waited a week for the ac man to fix it... and they told me they would NOT put me up in a hotel while waiting for complete repair>:( appliances were broke for over a month before anyone showed up... and of course I had to make myself visible in the office several times before getting acknowledgement. There is a bad infestation of roaches in these apartments- so bad that recently they contacted a shady bug service to re-assure occupants they have nothing to worry about. I had one of phoenix times best businesses of the year Phoenix Pest Control come out and make professional evaluations of mine and a neighbors apartment. They said the roaches are so bad they are just stepping over the bait laid by Phoenix Pest...and they have to come every weeks because its sooooo bad. I havent had locking windows or window screens on my SECOND story apartment in the three years I have been living here. I requested the windows and screens to be fixed BEFORE I moved in. Every time I bring it up to the same staff members, that have been managing the complex since I moved in, I get clueless looks and failed efforts to process my request. They also wouldnt give me the $200 referral discount off my rent promised with the reference of a new lease holder... Its June and the pool has been closed for renovations since October.... and clearly no true construction happening. 60% of the washer and dryers eat money and continuously flooded the laundry rooms...Total safety hazard! They finally put gates up (too bad my acura was broken into and vandalized before this action) but issued one wireless key to each apartment and failed to link up our phone numbers for guest/delivery drivers... so no one can get in, without the wireless key- already going on a month without them fixing the issue... and counting, so bogus. The apartment manager tried to scam extra money off my rent by telling me rents late after the 2nd of the month...when my lease clearly states the 5th day it is considered late, so this idiot was trying to collect $40 extra dollars for me every month...very professional. Not to mention no one replies to their online services... I have sent several emails with questions. Have NEVER once received a response.... there is always 3 people in this relatively slow front office, but no one acknowledges the phones or emails.... seems puzzling.I want to move so I want rant forever before its been of the roughest Phoenix living experiences ever! If I didnt need to be close to my daughters school, Grand Canyon University, I would have never moved here!!!By the way... to confuse potential renters, they have changed ownership and will now be called Sonoma Ridge Luxury Apartments... but faarrrrrr from.I would love to figure out how to get a hold a management... higher than this front office. Im curious if the owners are aware of the reflections these office workers are displaying for their company:/

Well whar can I say,been here maybe 2 plus years,completely recommend em,beautiful how they arranged the place,nice nd green outside,spacious apartments,balcony,only complain is the pools like 4 feet,5feet deep lmao

The staff say its ready for move in yet Im having to wait 2 days just to see the apartment. the application takes more than 24 hours to be approved? like really. one thing after another. dont move here if you need ASAP because you will be waiting

Bad place to live at ..that’s all I have to say ....

To much homeless people walking around the complex and when you tell the manager to fix something they dont do it until for like a month but they know how to charge rent really bad they are like almost to 1000 dollars for two best rooms

They ask for sooo much things for you can move in and then shut you out
