JT was excellent. I had a service call for my leaking AC unit. He did a very thorough assessment and fixed the issue. Also, I had a ton of questions and he was great at educating me on the topic and showing me exactly what was going on. Also, the price was 1/2 of what AAA cooling specialists was going to charge me for the same service (unclogging the drain) plus I had a great coupon that came in the mail that lowered the price even more.I will definitely be using Champion Air in the future!

Patrick the repair guy was great. I’m glad this company could someone to check my AC the same day I called. The installation team was courteous and fast. They did a great job. They worked very fast to get my AC running. I’m still waiting for them to fix my drywall.

Champion Air was awesome from beginning to end. I called yesterday afternoon and let them know our AC was out, that we have a sick family member who couldn’t leave the house and we were immediately put on the schedule for the following morning. Zach was our technician and was very informative, calling to let me know he was on the way, texting me when he got here, and let me know when he was done. He was super efficient and quick. He was able to find the problem in less than 5 min! I would highly recommend Champion Air. They treat you with kindness from beginning to end and deliver top notch service.

Was having problems ( the run around ) with a home warranty assigned AC Company. Called David one night, we discussed my situation, he said he could help me if things did not work out with the home warranty company. I called him back the next day to request his companies services. He had a crew at my house the next morning at the agreed upon time. They did a complete ac/air handler install and removal of my old unit. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. Price was fair and work was completed on time and as promised. Our experience with Champion Air was excellent! No one wants to have an AC unit die mid-Summer in Arizona, but Champion was available to quickly get us back up and cooled down. The installers showed up promptly and on time as scheduled, and explained everything in detail for the job ahead. When they left, not only did we have a wonderful new AC system, but there was no trace of anything left to suggest they had been working all day on it. Very clean, professional and thorough!

I was pleased with the representatives quick response on phone and making the appointment in a timely manner. The service man called ahead, came on time and was friendly and competent. I will use them for future check ups and service.

This was our first time as homeowners to have our AC worked on or tuned up and our service man Patrick was awesome. He called us to let us know he was on his way, and how long b4 he would arrive. When he arrived he was bubbly, cheerful, very friendly, very communicative, as to what he was doing, going to do, and explained everything to us and even answered our questions. He made our experience with this company very heart warming and we will definitely be using them again. As a matter of fact we scheduled to have our Ducts cleaned too... I called them yesterday late afternoon and they were able to make me a service call very early this morning at 7 a.m. to fix my AC unit which was not working. JT showed up and was very friendly. He first did a Diagnostics and went over the pricing with me regarding the repair, which was very affordable, second he offered me a service plan, something that the competition had not offered me before. Then after he fixed the problem with my Unit he also cleaned and added the black foam that my dogs had tore off the copper pipes leading to my house at no extra cost! Lastly he checked the air handler upstairs and gave me some useful maintenance information. Overall all this was the best experience I have received from any AC company since I have owned my home these past 10 Years! Thanks for the great and speedy service TJ and the Champion air team!

I have this company come twice a year as a maintenance service. They are so thorough. Clean up after themselves and very responsive. They contact you before your appointment and let you know when they will arrive on the day of your service. Clean and quite professional. So glad I found them and would recommend wholeheartedly!!!

Tech called ahead to alert me before arriving. He went right to work checking the A/C. He showed me a photo of evaporator coils that needed cleaning. He quoted a price, I agreed and he cleaned them quickly. Everything else with the A/C unit was tested ok.

This was a quality job from start to finish. We received multiple quotes and Dave from Champion Air came back with a reasonable quote for a VERY quality product. Dave was great to work with, no pressure, and answered all our questions. The 2 gentleman that came to install the heating and AC units were very professional, quite (as I was working from home) and everything they moved to get the equipment in place, they put back. They cleaned up before they left and spent the time with me while I did an inspection of their work. I would recommend Champion Air to anyone, 5 *****s all around, Thank you!!!.

Zach shows up on time and quickly assess the situation and I decide to get a new unit.They gave me a great quote with a cash option to save even more. I went with a plan that worked best and Zach and Nathan were there on Wednesday morning and had the new one up by noon. So all in all I had a five star experience with this company and will use them and refer them to others. By the way this was a month ago and I still remember their names, That says something 😀

We have been having issues with dust/debris blowing into the house from the supply vents and have been calling Chas Roberts, the warranty company and they were clueless on the 3 service calls. We were living with this condition for a year and finally decided to call Champion Air. Zach came it and found out the issues in less than 15 mins. They are really professional and customer service is top notch. Call them for your heating/cooling needs, you will not be disappointed

Called them on Tuesday when the A/C went out and they were there within an hour. Next morning they showed up and I had a new A/C unit up and running within 24 hours of it going out. Thanks to the team that knocked it out in record time and had the house back to cool in no time.

Weve relied on Champion Air for our home and 2 rentals for over 20 years. They just installed the 4th A/C weve purchased from them. I called late Thursday, they inspected early Friday and installed new unit Saturday morning. They always arrive when they say they will and provide quality and friendly service. Its nice to know that any time I have an issue with A/C, heat or thermostat I can call one number and be back up and running quickly and affordably. I hate household problems, but Champion Air takes the burden from me and deals with the problems themselves. Kinda like having a brother-in-law in the business.
