UPDATE: They refunded me.The service tech didnt check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.They ordered a new compressor, but it hadnt arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said theyd review my case, but for weeks they didnt get back to me.Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

If you need anything related to A/C, USE ACCUTEMP! They installeda wine room refrigeration system for us and more than a year later it stopped working. When they came out they said it had not been installed correctly and completely redid it at no cost, including repairs to the house from the leaks. What company does that?? When we replaced 2 A/C units we went to AccuTemp and got the same great service. They have worked tirelessly to make the air flow perfect. The guys who come out are employees not contractors and we see the same respectful, skilled people year after year. Cant say enough about this quality company.

Max did an awesome job after someone previous to AccuTemp came out and would have replaced every possible part. So glad Max was honest. I highly recommend him. Also my in-laws recommend Kevin with the same company. So ask for Max or Kevin!

My AC went out and they had an Emergency Tech out and my AC was fixed in just under 2 hours from when I called. Very friendly and honest.

These guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they dont fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

I have been using Accutemp since 2006. Pat did a consult for the overhaul of my house AC, ducting, insulation and furnace space. They all went way above and beyond. I managed to get a new roof, the insulation blown in and the duct work redone and then the electrical and new Trane unit put on, all orchestrated by them.So in 2016 when I was facing a new home, I called them. They always do their best and my new unit has been a challenge with the coldest parts of winter. Its become man vs machine and Accutemp now is ready to assist as it seems the manufacturer design is the issue. I really appreciate their integrity and the long term employees who are like family. Its comforting to know you can trust them to make it right.

Our experience with Accutemp was nothing short of impressive. Our a/c unit stop working right during the summer with our kids home! They had someone out within a few hours, on the same day! The tech took care of the issue and the price was very fair, money well spent. Very prompt and great service, no need to call around!

My air co9nditioner quit working and the technician fixed the problems in a timely manner. The temperature was 107 so time was of the essence. They thoroughly explained the problems and pricing. I will definitely deal with them in the future. They are honest and fair.

Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didnt know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!

Pretty lousy owners. Weve been a customer for the last 6-8 years in good standing. Our three year old was run over last year by a 14 year old kid - were paying the medical bills. Our AC unit is currently not working - 90 degrees out. Inquired about financial assistance in paying off whatever the charge was over a 2 or 3 month period due to the unusual circumstances involving our child/medical. No call back. When we followed up, the owner didnt bother to even get on the phone - just relayed No. Pretty LOUSY as an owner and a company.

It got really cold in Arizona which I didnt think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didnt try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.
