When booking an appointment online it was very straightforward and pricing is very fair. Her descriptions of each service is very clear and her website even has a FAQ to help answer most questions you might have about waxing.When arriving, the studio was very clean and she gave clear instruction of what to do when preparing to have the service started.Kristen has the best service around and continues to provide beautiful results. Cant wait to schedule my next appointment!

Kristen makes for an extremely knowledgeable and talented master of her craft. She was very inviting, friendly and hospitable from the very first words we exchanged. I had my appointment booked and paid for then a few hours later then ended up rescheduling my appointment a few days later so time come I forgot all about it so I ended up calling the lady the conversation was professional at first until I asked for my money back mind you they never told me that they won’t give me my money back if I was to cancel my appointment. So the lady I was talking too was very rude saying I’m not giving you your money back it’s to bad should of paid attention so at this point I don’t recommend this place to anybody because how unprofessional they are

Ok, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE KRISTIN‼️ She was very professional and well mannered. She also had a very nice office and salon that made me feel very comfortable and at home. As far as the waxing process goes she is REALLY EXCELLENT‼️ She had knowledge about different hair types and what works best for what skin, she made it as painless as possible and I’ll be back EVERY MONTH

I had the worst experience at this establishment. I had to wait while she finished another client during my appointment time. The Brazilian wax was painful and felt like it took forever. I have had multiple Brazilian waxes and I have never felt pain like this. During the waxe Kristen kept bragging that she does not double dip in the was. I wanted less bragging more waxing. A process that usually take 20 minutes tops took an hour. I did not feel welcomed during my visit. When I asked a personal question about the wax Kristen laughed at me. I felt uncomfortable and regretted ever making an appointment. I will never come back. Hopefully Kristen learns customer service, empathy, and basic manners.

Have been going to Silk Body Waxing Studio for months now, and can honestly say that its the best waxing service Ive ever received. Kristen herself is kind and experienced with her craft, and the style of Silk (its not a salon, but rather a more devoted studio) I actually prefer to a busy establishment. This way, youre not waiting for a half hour or longer--which Ive had to do at other places. You come in and can choose from a wide array of waxing services, which you can also book online. Would definitely recommend Silk to a friend.

Wow what else can I say besides Kristen is the most professional and knowledgeable person I have known. She really genuinely cares about her clients, always has a smile. Personal care is very intimate to each individual, she never makes one feel as though they have had that space invaded. Highly recommend her and her services.

Kristin is always very thorough, professional and efficient. And although it can be an awkward situation because of her demeanor it never is.

While the work done here was fine, I was treated with no hospitality. My appointment was moved back ten minutes and when I arrived on time, I wasnt buzzed in until after my new scheduled time. I was barely greeted with a hello, let alone a sorry for the wait.

Really not as bad as what you think or have seen online. Truly recommend for first timers like me.
