I cant say enough good things about Hot Wheelz. I found myself on the side of the road in a strange town during 100 degree temperature on a Friday afternoon. I was from out of town, Maryland, and did not know anything about anywhere. Hot Wheelz was contacted through my Amoco Motor Club membership and boy were they heaven sent by God. William, the tow truck driver, could not have been any nicer. Not only did he take good care of my car but he calmed me down and saw that I was able to get back to my hotel. Being from out of town, I had no idea where to tell them to tow the car. I suggested a few commercial places but was instructed by Jose, the owner, that I would be charged twice a much for any needed repairs. William was instructed by Jose to have the car towed to the Hot Wheelz location. After I described what had happened, Jose said he thought the problem was my alternator and battery and if this was the problem, he offered to have it fixed on Saturday. Hot Wheelz is usually closed on Saturdays but they made an exception for me. Jose said if that was not the problem, he would make arrangements for a trusted mechanic to take a look at the car. The problem did turn out to be the alternator and the battery. All day Saturday Jose kept me informed about what needed to happen and at what price. I WAS BACK ON THE ROAD BY 5PM SATURDAY EVENING. I firmly believe that Jose is an angel sent by GOD. The service I received could not have been any better or more professional while also being personable. May God bless Hot Wheelz Towing.
