The team here is really fantastic from the reception to the technicians! I bring my two small children (2 & 4) and they are so kind and patient with them, my kids never cry! They are also flexible and easy when my kids are waiting for me to be seen. The technicians take great care and time when cleaning the teeth, they never feel rushed! All around a great dentist that I highly recommend!

I have been a patient here for over 2 years and they are by far, the best dentist and practice Ive ever been to. Easy scheduling, clean, friendly and knowledgeable (and gentle!) staff and the best part - the dental work is great. I had a tad bit of childhood trauma associated with going to the dentist and I can actually say that I LIKE this place. I needed some work done (implants, crowns, extractions) and they were patient and helpful with getting me set up with an affordable financial plan and when the work itself was performed, it was painless and Dr. Yanez and his staff answered my questions and I felt well-cared for. Highly recommended!

I love Dr. Yanez and all of his staff. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is so laid back. They have tons of magazines and a massage chair that you can use while you wait. They make every effort to make sure youre comfortable. I highly recommend this office. This is the best experience Ive ever had in a dental office. The staff is super warm and friendly, as well as extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to answer all the questions I had right on the spot and were extremely upfront about all details of procedures and cost. From the moment I walked in the door, they genuinely seemed happy to have me there! Since it was my first visit, I can only recommend Michelle, but Im sure everyone else there is totally on par with the quality of care she provided me with. If you choose I-Dentical as your dental care provider, you will not be disappointed.

I.Dentical is about as good as it gets for the dentist. The environment is wonderful, all staff are friendly and helpful, and the doctors and technicians do a great job by providing thoughtful care. The responsiveness is top notch - Dr. Yanez once drove into the office on a Saturday morning when they were not open to refit a crown that had fallen out the night before. I have been coming to this practice since Spring 2013. I have only had positive experiences. The work is high quality. The office is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Dr. Yanez and his team are always willing to help with any emergency treatments such as with a fractured crown or to work with my insurance to help file claims. They are also extremely considerate of my schedule and commute from out of town (despite leaving Philadelphia, I continue to return here for my dental needs) when helping to schedule my appointments. I highly recommend this practice.

Great dentist, great office and great staff! Since the moment you walk in you feel relaxed and forget youre at the dentist. Everybody is very friendly and attentive. Doctor Yanez is very professional, proficient, fast and very gentle. He is fluent in English and Spanish. You can make an appointment on Saturdays or late in the evening on weekdays, which is very useful if you work normal hours and cant take a day off of work only for a cleaning. He also does the patients cleaning himself, something that you cant find anywhere these days. Neat office, state of the art equipment. Great experience overall, I would recommend it to everybody!

My visit to I.dentical was amazing! I had been to their office a couple of years ago to extract a tooth and get an implant, and my experience could not have been better (affordable and very professional). This time I went in for a routine cleaning and the staff (receptionists, hygienist) and Dr. Yáñez were, once again, out of this world! Not only was my visit painless, but their professionalism and friendliness made my experience so much better. I would recommend their practice to everyone!!! Very clean office and nice staff, but no one returns your phone call at all! The doctor is not too personable. I was going there for years, but decided to visit another dentist closer to me. Well, that new dentist discovered that I had decay in several teeth. How can I go to a dentist for years, and he not realize cavities from film? Preventive care is the most important thing, but I wound up having to get a root canal in several teeth. I only gave two stars because the staff is very nice, and the establishment is super clean!

I was visiting Philadelphia and had to get a tooth pull and a implant placed. Dr. Yanez was by far the most professional and gentle dentist I have ever seen. He was very sensitive, and took what normally could be a painful experience as painless as a dentist visit could possibly be. My teeth has never looked better and I have no more pain. I have been a patient of Dr. Yanez for about a year now. I find him and the whole team there to be exceptional. Their attention to detail as well as their compassion and empathy for me as a patient does not go unnoticed. Additionally, the office is very modern in terms of their equipment. I have yet to need any work done (always great news), but x-rays have been shockingly painless- which is amazing in my book.I went there initially after seeing a dentist that had some poor reviews online that had said Id needed a cavity filled that Dr. Yanez had said was unnecessary-there were no cavities to be found. I was shocked that another dentist would recommend unnecessary care- but it happens and as a patient you should be vigilant in reading available reviews to stay informed. I would rest assured that recommendations made here are in the interest of your health and not making the practice money.Highly recommended.

I had the worst experience with this dentist. Not only did he charge me over $2000 for the dental work I had done but then refused to correct it after he adjusted my dental work 2 times. He said if I needed another adjustment I would have to Pay for it. This guy is after your money and does not really care about the work he has done. This hole episode caused me extreme anxiety, pain, and money. I would give him 0 stars if possible.

My favorite dentist ever.... Dr. Yanez and his office staff have really created an excellent experience - and I hate dentists! The office is a pleasure to deal with - easy to schedule, nice waiting area (though I have NEVER waited). Most importantly, Dr. Yanez is fast, has a light touch both in terms of cleanings and dental work. I have asked that he use hand tools for cleanings (because I cant stand the noise the ultrasonic thingy makes), and he has happily agreed. Great dentist!

Ive been going to Dr. Yanez for years now. In that time, in addition to all of my routine cleanings and checkups, Ive had crowns, fillings, root canals, an implant put in with him. I can confidently say that Dr. Yanez and his staff have consistently shown me the highest standards of care. All of the procedures Ive had done have evinced excellent dentistry, and Ive never had any problems with dental work after the fact. Moreover, as someone who has disliked going to the dentist since he was a kid, I find that Yanezs procedures are comfortable and painless in comparison to any other dentist Ive ever gone to. His staff is professional and courteous, and his office is clean and modern. I cant recommend him enough, if youre looking for a outstanding dentist.

I took my dad to I.Dentical two days ago for an emergency appointment. My dad was complaining of a moving crown. We got an appointment the same day we called. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr Yanez was very professional, kind and took his time to explain his care plan. The tooth had to be removed. An implant was placed with a temporary crown. Our experience was great and I will recommend I. Dentical to all my family and friends.

I had my first visit today and I can only say that everyone at I.dentical is beyond professional and super friendly. Dr. Yañez and his incredible multilingual team make you feel welcome from the moment that you step in the office to the moment you leave.I was amazed at how clean everything was and how well organized everything appeared to be (not your typical Philly dental office!!).Making an appointment was extremely easy and I was able to schedule it at my earliest convenient time. Even though I had to wait a little bit at the office, my cleaning and revision were well worth the wait. Dr. Yañez was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could easily understand. I also cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I was with my cleaning. After a couple of horrible experiences, it was amazing to meet a dental hygienist that could be as thorough and gentle as the one at I.Dentical. Dr. Yanez and the entire iDentical team are amazing! I decide to do the Invisalign treatment and it was the best decision. My teeth are perfect, they look exactly how I imagined them.As part of the treatment Dr. Yanez provided me with an estimated timeline (of 8 months). Once the original timeline arrived we reviewed the results and decided to adjust the treatment to get to my desired results. An extra couple of weeks with the Invisalign and I am now a 100% satisfied with my results.I recommend iDentical for any treatment (Invisalign, cleaning, etc.). The team is truly great!

Im unashamedly plagiarizing the review I just posted on another site (that rhymes with help) - Im a real person (a real, normally-terrified-of-dentists person) though. Other than being a patient of Dr Yanez, Im not associated with the practice in any way, and I havent been offered any incentive to write a review. I dont normally go the trouble of reviewing anything, even though I obsessively read reviews. Im making an exception in this case, because my experience at this dental practice has been truly transformational - I was terrified, really, really, terrified of going to the dentist up until my first visit with Dr Yanez. Today, I heard myself say (in response to a good luck) its just a cleaning, no biggie. I would never have thought that possible! I hope that I some other terrified person will read this, take the leap of faith, and find the same peace!The irony of me being terrified of going for dental care, is that my oldest friend is a dentist.Heres how pathetically phobic I am (or rather was) about dental visits: after 7 years of avoiding any trips to the dentist I broke a tooth, and was finally forced to confront my fears. Despite the inevitability of actually going to see a dentist: with half of a molar missing, I wasnt getting out of it - it still took me five sweaty-palmed attempts over the course of a half hour to complete the phone call for my first (emergency) appointment because I kept hanging up as soon as it would start to dial.From that first phone call on, the experience of dealing with everybody has been 100% positive. The receptionist/manager, Leslie, listened patiently as I babbled on the phone about being extremely nervous, and assured me that we would start to build good memories to replace the bad ones. At the time I didnt remotely believe that that was possible.... but Im getting there.The office is really nice - open, airy, super clean, very high tech. The staff, as I mentioned are extremely nice. Everybody was patient and reassuring, in a warm, genuine, and natural way which didnt make me feel patronized. The dental assistant who took the X-rays, after showing me the broken one on the screen took a second to say dont worry - itll be super-easy!... and it was. And that little comment made a huge difference (thanks!).Dr Yanez is gentle, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He is focused and unhurried, in the best possible way. He managed to make me feel both informed, and empowered throughout, neither of which are words I associate with any of my prior dental experiences. That comment applies not only to the emergency visit, when I was extremely stressed out, but also to the routine follow-up visits.Over the course of three visits, Ive had the broken tooth crowned, two cleanings, and two cavities/filling replacements (the penalty for my 7 year hiatus)... and no pain. At all. Ever. They did such a great job of calming me down on the first visit, that I didnt end up asking about sedation, so I dont know whether or not its offered. Either way - you wont need it!They take my dental insurance - yay! (Aetna DMO... I couldnt believe my luck finding such a nice practice, in an emergency, as a new patient). Leslie is a wiz at navigating the benefits end of things.TL:DR version - if youre nervous about dentists... this is the place for you. This is also the place for you if you just need a new dentist.
