Hello everyone. Dental Solutions is the place to go. Dr. Lewis, is my dentist. He pulled 14 teeth out of my mouth on Monday 08/02/2021. While sitting in the dentist chair. I was nervous. He said relax. Im going to take care of you, he informed me that i was going to feel a little pressure . I didnt feel pressure or pain. Dr. Lewis is a very, very good dentist. Lexi, the dental assistant who worked with me was friendly, had fantastic bedside manner, and was thorough and careful. Dr. Lewis, the dentist I saw was communicative, to the point, and helpful in answering all my questions.

I just moved to Philly and needed to find a new dentist. I picked this office because it was the first listed near me that my insurance covered and I feel like I struck GOLD! Alisha was my dental hygienist and Dr. Lewis was my dentist. I wasnt able to catch the peoples names at the front desk, but everyone was so helpful, kind, and polite! Ive never had a better experience at any dentist office before. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking for a primary care dentist!

My thanks to her for such a great cleaning.The dentist who performed work on my teeth had exceptional chair-side manner. He was very attentive to my questions and regularly checked in to make sure I felt comfortable. He also did a superb job explaining what exactly was wrong with my teeth and detailing the means by which he was going to remedy my issue.His assistant was herself very welcoming and reassuring. Her attentiveness to the doctors needs assured me that I was in good hands altogether.Ive already recommended this dental practice to a number of my family members. On all three occasions I visited the Center City Office, the staff were Professional, Pleasant and Attentive. The staff took all COVID precautions by taking each clients temperature, wearing masks and constantly wiping down the surfaces in the exam rooms.The hygienist was exceptional. She explained what she was doing and she took extra precautions to keep her workspace clean and sanitized. I am very happy with the treatment I have received this far.

I have had nothing but great experiences in this office. The receptionist is the most friendly and welcoming woman who always ensures that I have an appointment and time that works for me. The hygienist I have been seeing is friendly and she takes the time to really provide answers to all of my questions. She will explain things to me while showing me my own teeth with a handheld mirror, using my X-Rays or on the plastic teeth in the office. The doctor is friendly and has helped me with various issues that I had after coming from another office. I cant recommend the Market Street address enough!

Today was my third visit at the clinic. My appointment was at 12:00pm so I got there at about 11:55am. I signed in and took a seat. There were 2 other people in front of me. By 12:15pm I was the only person left in the waiting room. At that point, a white lady walks in. She sat for about 2 minutes when the assistant came and got her. I’m still waiting. So about 12:20, I got up and asked the admin how long I still gotta wait. She tells me about 2 more minutes (so 12:22 to be exact and my appointment was for 12:00).I wouldn’t mind the wait if this was pre-COVID because then they’d probably be scheduling a lot more people for the same appt window. However, since it’s my third visit, I noticed a pattern. All the white people come in, sit for about a minute or 2 and their name gets called. As a black person, I waited, on average, 20-40 minutes before I could see the dentist. Not sure if this was just a coincidence but the treatment is definitely different for different people.

Great office. Short wait times. Great, thorough attention. Always a pleasant experience. My dental hygienist for my cleaning was Kate and she was really good! I have braces and she helped me with spots I had trouble getting into, showed me herself and then let me try myself. It’s one thing for someone to show you something, but another to let you try yourself and guide you. I’ve been going for a few years, my job changed our dental plan and I opted for the more expensive plan so I could continue coming to this office and it’s well worth it.

Went to dentist solutions for a widsom tooth that was bothering me and root canal and Tim was very upfront, polite and took the time to listen and go over everything with me and also offer options. They help you with payment options and the staff was very generous and respectful. I definitely plan on going back in the future to get more dental work done!!

The people are very professional and friendly I had an unpleasant experience once with a dentist that was filling in, but they fixed it and I was quite happy with the results. The dentist that I see is gentle and caring. He addresses my concerns, thats important to me because I have a phobia of dentist. He helps relax me and put my mind at ease. I recommend one of my coworkers and shes happy with them as well

This was my first visit to the office. I wasnt clear on what the visit would entail. I was called to the back to take a lot of x-rays (more than I have ever taken in a dental office but I guess they want to ensure they get all angles of the mouth).My appointment was set for 12PM but once my x-rays were reviewed with me and the doctor examined my mouth there wasnt enough time to do a cleaning as staff were about to go on their lunch break so I made a follow-up appointment to come back.What I like is that the young lady I was working with was transparent and communicative. I also appreciated the office having a time for my return visit to do my cleaning that would allow me to leave work about 10 minutes early versus me taking more time off from work.

I had an appointment for an implant & invisalign consultation for 3p. I arrived at 2:35p filled out the intake form and waited. Nothing. Its now 3:30p. I asked why have I not been seen or spoken to. So, although the waiting room was empty at this time the person at the desk ask my name. Huh, theres no one here but me. No one knows whos in the waiting room or why? So I gave her my name, asked her to destroy my paperwork, & I left. I think they forgot about me.Implants & invisalign were going to cost about $10k after insurance. As a business person I would have never let that kind of cash walk out the door.

My initial experience with Dental Solutions was via telephone. I spoke with employee Mr. Tim, he was very professional, and attentive to my questions. He also was genuinely interested in my concerns and supportive when I shared my unpleasant experience at another Dental Solution location. He reassured me that I would be treated with warmth and respect. Upon meeting Mr. Tim and Jaime face to face it was indeed a great encounter. It is such a pleasure to have dialogue with people who display characteristics that are of a professional. I was also very pleased with the dental services I received, root canal, crown, & cleaning. Ive been coming here for years double digit years! And I love them!! They get me in and take good care of me regardless of how big or small my needs are. And my children are so comfortable here. I have an autistic son and for the longest we had to take him to a dentist for special needs. But when we come to Dental Solution they take their time with him, and he lets them do what needs to be done. I wouldnt go anywhere else

I was seeking a second opinion regarding extensive dental work. I met with Dr. Gelbart, who was very professional and personable. The staff likewise was most cordial. I was pleased with my experience. I did appreciate the second opinion. Subsequently, I returned to have extensive dental work done. It is too early to evaluate it all, but so far I am quite pleased. I have never had a dentist so concerned for patients well-being. That is awesome.

The office staff are the best! So nice and accommodating. I work in the area so I scheduled an appointment during my lunch break. The dental techs and hygienist were on point. The Dentist made me feel super relaxed. Let me have my fidget spinner in the office with me to help calm my nerves although I was only getting fillings. I still needed it. I was comfortable and not on the edge of my seat. Ill be returning to them for the rest of my care.

I went there for a check-up, which included an exam and X-rays; the staff was polite and welcoming, but the thing they didn’t tell me was that I can’t get my X-rays after that visit. The treatment that they offered was too expensive for me, so naturally I started looking for a different provider. I thought I would be able to have the results either printed or sent to me via email. But they said since it was a promotional visit, I can’t get those X-rays. 🤷🏻‍♀️ so basically I threw away $30 because that was the price of a promotional visit. The exam itself... wasn’t much I learned from that, the dentist just said I had cavities and need cleaning. And he was kind of surprised that I had more questions. So my overall experience is not the best.

Do not go here you will get scammed. I have coverage and I know I have out of pocket expenses but they will do extra work without consulting and giving you prices than they charge you up the gazoo. DO NOT sign up for GREENSKY if you have an emergency it’s a scam. Paying $7,000 for a $3,500 loan. They won’t return a customers call. The gentleman I just spoke to said they were going to call me tomorrow from a call I made in NOVEMBER! Horrible trying to get rich off the poor.

I don’t know why it took me so long to post a review but I have never been to a business that deserved it more than Dental Solutions!!!! From a very young age I have always had severe dental anxiety that resulted in hysterical crying fits upon walking into the dentists office. Due to my fear I ended up neglecting my oral health for the majority of my teenage years, resulting in a lot of cavities, a couple root canals, and even an extraction. All of this has completely changed since seeing Dr. Satish at Dental Solutions. He is the only doctor I have ever trusted and felt safe with! I can confidently say that the warmth and compassion this lovely staff provides is the reason I am no longer afraid of the dentist. They do excellent, speedy work and always find a way to save your teeth and save your money. I recommend these guys to all of my friends and family, and highly recommend you do the same as well.

Hey everyone! So my wife has been coming to this dentist since she was a little girl and told me I needed to check it out. So I made a appointment to get a cleaning and really loved how clean and professional it was. I was set on setting a appointment with the orthodontist until Tim the manager gave me a paper and told me i should consider getting a bridge. Well I set the appointment and got the bridge and it has changed my life. I smile and laugh so much more now that my face hurts lol. New to the area and seeking to establish a relationship with a dental practice, I chose this practice based on reviews and location. The staff were very nice, so was the dentist who did the initial exam. I wear a partial and eventually wanted a new one. When the dentist read my xrays he indicated that I needed a good cleaning and that I was a good candidate for implants. He told me to see the receptionist for a next appointment. When I arrived at the reception area, the poor young lady was going back/forth from to desks opposite each other. By the time she finished booking another patient, I had waited 25 minutes. Then to add insult to injury she asked when I could come for implant consultation. I responded, “shouldn’t I schedule my cleaning first. She said, no the doctor would like you to start with implant consultation. I mean seriously. I’ve been going to dentist for many years and this was the absolute first time the dentist prioritized cosmetic over natural teeth health care. I was shocked and disappointed. I never went back. I called and left numerous messages inquiring as to how to obtain my xrays. No response until months later, I received a sarcastic message stating all I have to do was stop in the office. If it’s that simple why not return the call the first time and tell me that; instead of requiring me to chase the information.Obviously, I found another dentist who started with a cleaning and fluoride treatment, who didn’t talk options until the initial steps were done.I wouldn’t recommend this practice at all.

The front desk and the manager were very friendly! Went in for a simple cavity but they wanted to pull out two of my teeth and said because its hurting me. I explained that I dont have any discomfort from my teeth and they basically told me that MY TEETH were hurting me.They never explained why my teeth should be pulled they just wanted to rush to make the appointment with no explaination. The dentist quite charming at first asked me if I wanted to fix the gap in my two front teeth. I told him no and in a condescending tone stated Oh you like them like that. Never again will I go there.

I went into Dental Solutions for general dentistry work because it was conveniently located across from my job. I will say the prices here were much higher then any of the other practices I contacted which is why I went elsewhere for my work after getting their Orthopedic consult and seeing it was literally 2500 more out of pocket then the 2 other Dentist I went to consults.. Anywho I returned back for my 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted and while the staff was pleasant my experience wasn’t due to me not being prepared for the pain that would follow. I would never recommend any human go to this practice to get 4teeth pulled at once because not only was it tough during though I was numb now with it wearing off I am in excruciating pain .. and instead of being like any normal dentist office and giving me the proper medicine to combat that They prescribed me a script for over the counter medicine I have in my home. What a waste of time money and footsteps . I did go back and forth with one of the out of fear that what she offered wouldn’t be enough especially after having 4 wisdom teeth pulled one that he couldn’t get and had to keep tryna crack but still the Ned assistant lady there said all she could give me was Motrin or Tylenol .. and here we are hrs later and I’m in the worst pain i experienced in life aside from my miscarriage of my son at 7months last year ... This is ridiculous and My mouth is in soo much pain.. if you are getting extractions you will be in pain afterwards go to an office that can actually assure u are ready for the pain and prescribe your meds that work . I am completely livid and typing this as I ride in my uber to an ER.

I usually have a good experience at this dentist. This last visit I got stabbed in the mouth with the little dental tool and was told its because I have slippery teeth.... not sure what that means, but my gums are still swollen and hurting a day later.
