I came here April 2019 to get my taxes done. I found this office via Google and chose this place because the reviews said the services were reasonably priced. I went in for my appointment with a younger female accountant and things went mostly smooth. She had a few questions which were deferred to Mr. Travis. He assured me that, after everything, I would be receiving a decent refund.The state eventually said that I would not be getting a refund at all. Mr Travis, however, remained adamant that I should have gotten a refund and did not admit any mistake on his part. For months I went back and forth with Mr. Travis. I was told the state would reach out to me, which they never did. I had to get in touch with them several times throughout the process and they routinely told me Mr. Travis interpretation was wrong. Every time I reached out to Mr. Travis he would tell me that hed look into it. Sometimes it was difficult to get a response from him and I would have to send multiple messages and wait a while to hear back. The last request I made for an update was never even followed up on.Eventually, I had had enough and paid the small amount that I owed to the state. While I was not bothered by the money I owed, I was disappointed and frustrated throughout the entire process by Mr. Travis unwillingness to admit he had made a mistake and the sheer length of time that it took for something that should have been fairly simple. I went to a tax professional for a reason, but when you cant trust the advice of the expert it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. While his services were reasonably priced, I would not recommend going to him.

Mr. Travis was exceptionally accommodating. I called with some pressing business tax questions and he invited me to come in on the spot. He answered all my questions and basically gave me a tax education. He was professional courteous and very affordable. He earned my trust and I will be using his services for now on.
