I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided. The lady who did my taxes asked when the state of New York can process the money owed out of bank account. I stated April 9th. It’s March 30th and the money was taken out. First, that’s unprofessional to give me false information as to when the IRS will be taking money out of my account. Second, i haven’t even received my refund from the state. I’m never returning to this location and i would never recommend this location to anyone.

They are the best hands down. Everyone there is super nice and super intelligent. I have recommended Shaun to everyone I know!! Just go there, you’ll be glad you did!

I would absolutely recommend Shaun Griffith at Liberty Tax Service on Ridge Ave. He was super helpful and easy to work with. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and he was very efficient. I felt totally comfortable and will definitely get my taxes done by him again.

Sean the owner was timely, professional and easy going. Price was competitive and I had a great experience.
