Love this place. They always go above and beyond to help you. They explain everything so nicely. Sometimes there is a wait, but it’s definitely worth it! I cannot recommend this place enough. I am so grateful for finding this hidden gem.

First time going there couple weeks ago and I loved it. He’s the man for the job. Mr. Raeeed is very honest and fair. He’s very professional and truthful. I love the two sisters that work they’re so sweet and funny. The office is very comfortable and Family oriented.

I came during the afternoon and there was only one staff there. She helped me and a bunch of other clients at the same time. She was very nice and has a beautiful smile. Her name was very hard to say. The office has very high quality service. I appreciate her help.

It was my first time at Qtax office and I received the best customer service. I came on a snow storm day and the office was closed. However, one of his staff opened the door for me and didn’t deny me service due to the weather circumstances. I find that very compassionate of her which is very hard to find now days. This office was recommended to me by many people. I appreciate the professionalism and thoughtfulness of his staff. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Not very friendly at all when I called the office about my paperwork. They didn’t offer to take my name and number to call me back. Also they don’t have an answering machine for customers to leave a message.
