Probably the worst property management ever. Has no regards for tenants and makes tenants do the cleaning for them. The property manager does not really do anything besides pleasing the tenants. This place makes you clean the whole place and make you pay for it. The lease does not make any sense at all either with random niches that tenants are required to do.

A liar a theft, I am not sure where to start. This rental group and its operator will make you empty promises to get you into their units then collect your money and fail to fill any of those agreements or even simple maintenance requests. On top of all that the greedy, rude, and two faced man that is the owner of the group will do everything in his power to keep your whole security deposit. Will nitpick for damages after myself and roommate left the property in better condition than when we moved in. DO NOT RENT any of their units. Awful experience and terrible terrible landlord to have.
