I was a long time attendant 17 years.to live somewhere for that amount of years you should know that everything was fine. Did not have any problems with Maintance workers. They was respectful when ever I had problems with something. They Would be right over to fix it . The house I was in was in a great neighborhood and I had nice neighbors.I would have never left if it wasn’t for the property having to be renovated because it started to need more repairs .Yes I would rent from Dave again .

I rented from PAR for two years and had a very positive experience. The unit I rented was in an older historic building and therefore required multiple repairs during my residency. PAR completed these repairs quickly. The staff was always friendly, reachable, and helpful. They worked with me at move in and move out to ensure a smooth process. It was obvious that David and his staff care for their tenants well being and experience. I would be happy to rent from them again!

Rented from Philadelphia Apartment Rentals for a year. Had no real issues and they were responsive with maintenance requests. Work was constantly being done to the property for improvements. Would rent again

I have been renting from Philadelphia Apartment Rentals Inc. for over 4 years and I been happy with this decision. If I had the choice to recommend someone I would. The company has good communication and nice properties.

My partner and I rented an apartment through PAR for over 5 years. Theyve always been responsive to the infrequent maintenance issue, very respectful of our privacy, and generally pleasant to work with.

Overall the most unprofessional property management company I have ever dealt with.-Charged cleaning fees and withheld money from the security deposit in what made absolutely no sense, even though someone came in to paint AFTER we had moved out and BEFORE the cleaning fee was charged and made a mess-Extremely unresponsive. One worded, unprofessional responses common 90% of the time.-Need something fixed? Good luck. Washer broke twice and took weeks to fix. Basement looks like a sewer; was promised that it would be clean, no luck. Mice infested the apartment, almost impossible to contact them to get an exterminator out. Our front door door knob was taken out (!!!) and replace a month later. They will basically only send you a message when they want their money. We were accused of not paying rent even though the rent checks had been cashed (!!!) and they threatened eviction!

Do not rent from this place. Very unprofessional. They never anwser the phone or emails. They will take your application fee and never respond to you afterwards. The location is a fake there is no Philadelphia Apartment Inc building. I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!
